Description
The present invention relates to valve structures for closing and opening flow paths.
A valve structure, such as a check valve, is provided in a flow path and is open to allow fluid to pass through in the flow of fluid from the upstream side of the flow path to the downstream side of the flow path (forward flow). It does not allow the flow of fluid from the downstream side to the upstream side and is closed to block the passage of the fluid. Here, the check valve is constructed such that the distance between the valve seat and the valve body changes according to the pressure of the fluid by urging the valve body with, for example, elastic means.
In the conventional check valve, when the pressure difference between the upstream side and the downstream side and the urging force acting on the valve body are approximately balanced, the valve body moves in the direction in which the urging force acts and vice versa. The movement in the direction is frequently repeated, and the state in which the valve body and the valve seat are separated and the state in which the valve body is seated on the valve seat are frequently repeated (so-called "chattering" may occur).
If chattering occurs, fluid flow rate control becomes unstable, noise is generated due to vibration, or the O-ring in contact with the valve body and the valve body seated on the valve seat are damaged. Chattering and related problems also exist in valve structures other than check valves.
In order to solve such a problem, there has been proposed a technique of providing a resistance portion for applying resistance when the valve body is opened and closed (see, for example, Patent Document 1).
In the related art (Patent Document 1), a resin material is generally used for the resistance portion (sliding resistance imparting member 52) in order to prevent damage to the pipeline. However, it is difficult to manufacture resin materials with fine processing tolerances. For example, if the resistance portion is processed to be smaller than the original size, a predetermined sliding resistance cannot be imparted, and chattering cannot be prevented.
In addition, for example, when a check valve is used in the flow path of a hydrogen filling device, a resin material with a large linear expansion coefficient shrinks from hydrogen gas cooled to -40 ° C. Therefore, it is processed small. As in the case, it becomes impossible to apply a predetermined resistance. And it becomes difficult to finely adjust the sliding resistance.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been proposed in view of the above-mentioned problems of the prior art, and aims to provide a valve structure that can provide the resistance necessary for opening and closing the valve body without being affected by the characteristics of the material. there is
The valve structure (100) of the present invention comprises:
a valve seat (1) having an opening (1A) as an inlet for high pressure fluid;
It is biased toward the valve seat (1) by an elastic body (4, such as a spring), and sits on or separates from the valve seat (1) in response to the pressure of the fluid flowing in from the opening (1A). (opening and closing the opening 1A) valve body (2),
including a bearing portion (3) in which the valve shaft (2A) of the valve body (2) is accommodated,
A resistance applying part (5) is provided in the bearing part (3),
It is characterized in that grooves (15, 16) are provided on the outer peripheral surface of the valve stem (2A) and/or the inner peripheral surface of the bearing portion (3) .
In the present invention, it is preferable to form a plurality of grooves (15, 16). The plurality of grooves (15, 16) are preferably provided at symmetrical (point-symmetrical) positions with respect to the central axis of the bearing portion (3).
In carrying out the present invention, a spacer (9) is provided on the downstream side (secondary side:
The valve structure (100) of the present invention is applicable to, for example, check valves and relief valves.
According to the present invention having the above-described configuration, the bearing portion (3) in which the valve shaft (2A) of the valve body (2) is accommodated is provided with the resistance applying portion (5). Even when the pressure on the secondary side is approximately equal to the pressure on the secondary side, the valve body (2) moves to sit on the valve seat (1) or the valve body (2) separates from the valve seat (1). The movement is slowed down by the resistance applying part (5). Therefore, the valve body (2) is prevented from repeatedly sitting on the valve seat (1) and separating from the valve seat.
In addition, the resistance imparting portion (5) moderates the speed at which the valve body (2) moves, and does not stop the valve body (2). is securely seated on the valve seat (1) to close the valve, or the valve body (2) is reliably separated from the valve seat (1) to open the valve, so the valve opening and closing operations are accurate and sure to be done.
Furthermore, when used as a check valve in a working fluid (for example, hydrogen gas) supply system, when the working fluid is supplied (when hydrogen gas is filled), the working fluid filling device side (upstream side: primary side) Even if the differential pressure with the fluid supply side (downstream side: secondary side) is large, when the valve is opened, the movement of the valve body (2) away from the valve seat (1) is slowed down by the resistance applying section (5). This prevents the valve body (2) from being damaged due to sudden valve opening.
In the present invention, the valve structure (100) is used in a working fluid filling machine, and the resistance applying part (5) is an elastic body (4: For example, if a spring is included, the elastic body (4) urges the valve body (2) toward the valve seat (1). The valve closing operation of seating the body (2) on the valve seat (1) is reliably performed. That is, when the filling of the working fluid is completed, the valve body (2) is pressed toward the valve seat (1) by the biasing force of the elastic body (4). As a result, the valve body (2) is seated on the valve seat (1), the valve structure (100) is reliably closed, and the working fluid is prevented from flowing back in the valve structure (100) of the present invention.
In the present invention, holes (6, 7, 8: through holes) are formed in the resistance applying section (5), and the working fluid flows through the holes (6, 7, 8) into the resistance applying section (5). , the resistance applying part (5) exerts a damping effect as a damper using an elastic body (4: spring, for example) and fluid resistance.
When the working fluid is hydrogen gas, when the hydrogen gas is filled, high-pressure hydrogen gas flows through the holes (6, 7, 8) into the resistance applying part (5), generating a damping force. The valve body (2) can be stably seated on the valve seat (1) and the valve can be opened without causing any
Further, if grooves (15, 16) are formed on the outer peripheral surface of the valve shaft (2A) and/or the inner peripheral surface of the bearing (3), the working fluid flows through the grooves (15, 16) to the resistance applying portion (5). ) into or out of
Here, by adjusting the cross-sectional area of the holes (6, 7, 8) or the opening area of the grooves (15, 16) to adjust the flow rate of the working fluid, the damping force and other effects as a damper can be controlled. can be done.
When the working fluid flows into or out of the resistance applying portion (5) through the grooves (15, 16), a plurality of grooves (15, 16) are formed, and the plurality of grooves (15, 16) form a bearing. If it is provided at a symmetrical (point-symmetrical) position with respect to the central axis of the portion (3), the pressure of the working fluid acts evenly on the valve stem (2A) of the valve body (2). Therefore, the valve stem (2A) is prevented from being tilted or biased, and the valve body (2) can smoothly move to perform the opening/closing operation.
In carrying out the present invention, a spacer (9) is provided on the downstream side (secondary side:
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. The illustrated embodiment exemplifies a case where the working fluid is hydrogen gas and the present invention is applied to a check valve interposed in a flow path of a hydrogen filling device.
First, referring to FIG. 1, a first embodiment of the invention will be described.

As described above, the
At the time of filling, the pressure difference between the pressure of the high-pressure fluid (hydrogen gas) supplied from the hydrogen filling device side (upstream side) and the pressure on the hydrogen storage tank side (downstream side) is large. The
On the other hand, at the end of filling (or at the time of non-filling), the pressure difference between the upstream side and the downstream side is small unlike that at the time of filling. As a result, the
In the first embodiment shown in FIG. 1, hydrogen gas flows into or out of the space 14 (the space in which the

The first embodiment of FIG. 1 includes a spring 4 (within the space 14) that biases the

A modification of the second embodiment will be described with reference to FIG.
In the valve structure 100-2 of the modified example of FIG. 3, the sidewall of the bearing
Other configurations and effects in the modified example of the second embodiment shown in FIG. 3 are the same as those of the second embodiment shown in FIG.

Although not shown, the modified example of the third embodiment shown in FIG. It is possible to combine the third embodiment.
