負荷の一端と直流電源の一方の極との間を導通又は遮断する第1切替部と並列となるように、一端が前記直流電源の前記一方の極に接続されると共に、他端が前記負荷の一端に接続された状態で、前記直流電源の電圧を低下させて暗電流を生成する暗電流生成回路の他端と一端との電位差及び前記負荷の他端と前記直流電源の他方の極との間の電流に基づいて前記第1切替部の状態を判定し、
前記電位差が所定の閾値電圧未満で、かつ前記電流が所定の閾値電流未満の場合に、前記直流電源の他方の極と前記負荷の一端とを導通する状態で外部充電器から供給された電力の一部を消尽するバイパス回路を導通状態に制御し、
前記バイパス回路により前記直流電源の他方の極と前記負荷の一端とが導通状態の場合に各々検出された前記暗電流生成回路の他端と一端との電位差及び前記負荷の他端と前記直流電源の前記他方の極との間の電流に基づいて前記第1切替部の状態及び前記外部充電器による前記直流電源の充電の有無を判定する、
ように構成されている電源制御装置。

Claims (10)
- 負荷の一端と直流電源の一方の極との間を導通又は遮断する第1切替部と、
前記第1切替部と並列となるように、一端が前記直流電源の前記一方の極に接続されると共に、他端が前記負荷の一端に接続された状態で、前記直流電源の電圧を低下させて暗電流を生成する暗電流生成回路と、
外部充電器により前記直流電源が充電される場合に、前記直流電源の他方の極と前記負荷の一端とを導通することで前記外部充電器から供給された電力の一部を消尽するバイパス回路と、
前記暗電流生成回路の他端と一端との電位差及び前記負荷の他端と前記直流電源の他方の極との間の電流に基づいて前記第1切替部の状態を判定すると共に、前記電位差が所定の閾値電圧未満で、かつ前記電流が所定の閾値電流未満の場合に、前記バイパス回路を導通状態にして、前記バイパス回路により前記直流電源の他方の極と前記負荷の一端とが導通状態の場合に各々検出された前記暗電流生成回路の他端と一端との電位差及び前記負荷の他端と前記直流電源の前記他方の極との間の電流に基づいて前記第1切替部の状態及び前記外部充電器による前記直流電源の充電の有無を判定する制御部と、
を含む電源制御装置。 - 前記暗電流生成回路の他端と一端との電位差を検出する電圧検出部と、
前記負荷の他端と前記直流電源の前記他方の極との間の電流を検出する電流検出部と、
をさらに含み、
前記制御部は、前記第1切替部の導通又は遮断を制御すると共に、前記電圧検出部で検出した電位差及び前記電流検出部で検出した電流に基づいて前記第1切替部の状態を判定する請求項1に記載の電源制御装置。 - 前記制御部は、前記電圧検出部で検出した電位差が所定の閾値電圧以上の場合に、前記第1切替部が開状態であると判定する請求項2に記載の電源制御装置。
- 前記制御部は、前記電圧検出部で検出した電位差が所定の閾値電圧未満で、かつ前記電流検出部で検出した電流が所定の閾値電流以上の場合に、前記第1切替部が閉状態で固着していると判定する請求項2に記載の電源制御装置。
- 前記バイパス回路は、前記負荷の一端と前記直流電源の前記他方の極との間を導通又は遮断する第2切替部と、導通された電力の一部を消尽する抵抗部とを含み、
前記制御部は、前記電圧検出部で検出した電位差が所定の閾値電圧未満で、かつ前記電流検出部で検出した電流が所定の閾値電流未満の場合に、前記第2切替部をオンにする制御により、前記直流電源の他方の極と前記負荷の一端とを導通させる請求項2に記載の電源制御装置。 - 前記制御部は、前記バイパス回路が前記直流電源の前記他方の極と前記負荷の一端とを導通する状態で、前記電流検出部で検出した電流が所定の閾値電流以上の場合に、前記外部充電器による前記直流電源の充電が行われていると判定する請求項5に記載の電源制御装置。
- 前記制御部は、前記バイパス回路が前記直流電源の前記他方の極と前記負荷の一端とを導通する状態で、前記電流検出部で検出した電流が所定の閾値電流未満で、かつ前記電圧検出部で検出した電位差が所定の閾値電圧以上の場合に前記第1切替部が開状態であると判定する請求項5に記載の電源制御装置。
- 前記制御部は、前記バイパス回路が前記直流電源の前記他方の極と前記負荷の一端とを導通する状態で、前記電流検出部で検出した電流が所定の閾値電流未満で、かつ前記電圧検出部で検出した電位差が所定の閾値電圧未満の場合に前記第1切替部が閉状態で固着していると判定する請求項5に記載の電源制御装置。
- 負荷の一端と直流電源の一方の極との間を導通又は遮断する第1切替部と並列となるように、一端が前記直流電源の前記一方の極に接続されると共に、他端が前記負荷の一端に接続された状態で、前記直流電源の電圧を低下させて暗電流を生成する暗電流生成回路の他端と一端との電位差を検出する手順と、
前記負荷の他端と前記直流電源の他方の極との間の電流を検出する手順と、
前記電位差及び前記電流に基づいて前記第1切替部の状態を判定する手順と、
前記電位差が所定の閾値電圧未満で、かつ前記電流が所定の閾値電流未満の場合に、前記直流電源の他方の極と前記負荷の一端とを導通する状態で外部充電器から供給された電力の一部を消尽するバイパス回路を導通状態にする手順と、
前記バイパス回路により前記直流電源の他方の極と前記負荷の一端とが導通状態の場合に各々検出された前記暗電流生成回路の他端と一端との電位差及び前記負荷の他端と前記直流電源の前記他方の極との間の電流に基づいて前記第1切替部の状態及び前記外部充電器による前記直流電源の充電の有無を判定する手順と、
を含む電源制御方法。 - コンピュータに、
負荷の一端と直流電源の一方の極との間を導通又は遮断する第1切替部と並列となるように、一端が前記直流電源の前記一方の極に接続されると共に、他端が前記負荷の一端に接続された状態で、前記直流電源の電圧を低下させて暗電流を生成する暗電流生成回路の他端と一端との電位差及び前記負荷の他端と前記直流電源の他方の極との間の電流に基づいて前記第1切替部の状態を判定する手順と、
前記電位差が所定の閾値電圧未満で、かつ前記電流が所定の閾値電流未満の場合に、前記直流電源の他方の極と前記負荷の一端とを導通する状態で外部充電器から供給された電力の一部を消尽するバイパス回路を導通状態に制御する手順と、
前記バイパス回路により前記直流電源の他方の極と前記負荷の一端とが導通状態の場合に各々検出された前記暗電流生成回路の他端と一端との電位差及び前記負荷の他端と前記直流電源の前記他方の極との間の電流に基づいて前記第1切替部の状態及び前記外部充電器による前記直流電源の充電の有無を判定する手順と、
を実行させるためのプログラム。
