TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a fiber-reinforced concrete whose material can be recycled and a recycling method thereof.
Fiber-reinforced concrete mixed with this stainless steel fiber is a material that can improve the structural performance of concrete by supplementing concrete's characteristic of being weak against tensile force with the fiber bridging effect of steel fibers.
However, with conventional fiber-reinforced concrete, due to its excellent properties, it is extremely difficult to separate the steel fiber from the hardened cement, and the fiber-reinforced concrete after service has to be transported to a final disposal site for landfill disposal. is the current situation. In addition, since the resources of limestone, which is a raw material for cement (mortar), are limited, there is a demand for the development of recycling technology for fiber-reinforced concrete mixed with a fiber reinforcing material.
Therefore, the present invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned problems, and fiber reinforced concrete that can be separated and recycled after the end of service while exhibiting the material properties required as a building material during service. and to provide a recycling method thereof.
The fiber-reinforced concrete of the present invention, which can be recycled, is obtained by adding some or all of fine aggregates, coarse aggregates, and admixtures to a binder consisting of part or all of cement, admixtures, and water. It is characterized in that a metal fiber reinforcing material having a low melting point is further mixed into the hardened body of the compound formed by the above.
Further, the method for recycling fiber-reinforced concrete that enables material recycling of the present invention is a method for recycling a concrete structure made of fiber-reinforced concrete mixed with a fiber reinforcing material made of a metal having a low melting point after being put into service, First, the fiber reinforced concrete of the used concrete structure is dismantled, then the dismantled fiber reinforced concrete is heat-treated at a low temperature to melt the metal fiber reinforcement with a low melting point, and then the After crushing the fiber-reinforced concrete heat-treated at a low temperature, the recycled concrete material and the recycled metal, which are raw materials for cement hardening, are separated and recovered, and then the recovered recycled concrete is recovered. The method is characterized in that the recycled fiber reinforcing material made of the metal for recycling is mixed with the recycled cement made of the material to remanufacture the fiber reinforced concrete.
According to the present invention, it is possible to provide a fiber-reinforced concrete and a recycling method for the material that can be separated and recycled after the end of service while exhibiting material properties required as a building material during service.
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is a schematic perspective view showing a fiber-reinforced concrete whose material can be recycled according to the first embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 2 is a graph comparing the properties of fiber-reinforced concrete, reinforced concrete, and plain concrete, and FIG. 3 is fiber-reinforced. A schematic perspective view of a concrete structure made of concrete, FIG. 4(a) is a partially enlarged perspective view of a concrete structure made of reinforced concrete, and FIG. 4(b) is a partially enlarged perspective view of a concrete structure made of fiber-reinforced concrete. , FIG. 5 is a flow chart showing a recycling process after a concrete structure made of fiber-reinforced concrete is put into service.
As shown in FIG. 1, a fiber-reinforced
As shown in FIG. 2, the characteristics of fiber reinforced
As described above, according to the fiber reinforced
In addition, the fiber-reinforced
In more detail, seawalls installed in coastal areas are required to have high durability for long-term service in a salt-damaged environment, and to exhibit toughness even after receiving critical damage from unexpected wave forces. However, it is also required to have the performance of continuing to dam seawater in its original position. For this reason, generally, as shown in FIG. 4A, a plurality of reinforcing
Therefore, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4(b), if the
In addition, when the
Next, the recycling process after the
First, the fiber reinforced
Next, at a cement recycling plant, the dismantled fiber-reinforced
Next, the fiber-reinforced
Then, from the pulverized material, concrete debris (concrete material) for recycling, which is a raw material for hardened cement, and liquid metal for recycling are separated and collected by centrifugation or the like (step S4).
Next, a recycled fiber reinforcing material made of a recycled metal is mixed into the recycled cement made of the collected recycled concrete debris to manufacture the fiber reinforced
In this way, since aggregate suitable for recycling is used as the raw material for concrete (mortar), it can be dismantled in the same way as ordinary concrete, and by centrifugal separation, etc., it can be recycled with relatively little input of energy. Concrete debris and metal for recycling can be separated and recovered, respectively, and the separated and recovered materials can be used as they are as recycled raw materials.
According to the first embodiment, the dismantled fiber-reinforced concrete is heat-treated at a temperature equal to or higher than the melting point of the metal. The fiber reinforced concrete may be demolished where it falls, and then heat treated again to liquefy the metal.
Further, according to the first embodiment, the concrete debris for recycling and the metal for recycling are separated by centrifugal separation or the like, but they may be separated by natural separation by gravity or by a filter or the like.
Furthermore, according to the first embodiment, by using limestone as the aggregate that is the raw material of the hardened cement body, the concrete portion is used as a recycled resource as it is. A body or aggregate may be used instead.
Furthermore, according to the first embodiment, the seawall was described as a concrete structure made of fiber-reinforced concrete whose materials can be recycled. Of course, it can be applied to other concrete structures such as precast concrete curtain walls used for outer walls of high-rise buildings.
FIG. 6 is a schematic perspective view showing a fiber-reinforced concrete material recyclable according to a second embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in FIG. 6, the recyclable fiber-reinforced

According to the second embodiment, the fibrous reinforcing material made of aluminum and having an elliptical ring is used as the fiber reinforcing material. Instead of aluminum, a metal having a low melting point, such as lead, rubidium, tin, and zinc, is formed into an elliptical ring. may be used as a fiber reinforcement.
FIG. 7 is a schematic perspective view showing a fiber-reinforced concrete material recyclable according to a third embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in FIG. 7, the recyclable fiber reinforced
In the recyclable fiber-reinforced
According to the third embodiment, the fiber reinforcing material is made of aluminum in a stranded wire shape, but other than aluminum, a metal with a low melting point such as lead, rubidium, tin, zinc, etc. is formed in a stranded wire shape. It may be used as a fiber reinforcing material.
FIG. 8 is a graph showing a comparison of tensile properties of multiple types of fiber reinforced concrete, which are recyclable materials according to the first, second, and third embodiments of the present invention. In this graph, the linear fiber reinforcing material made of aluminum without an oxide film, the aluminum elliptical annular
In the fiber-reinforced
