実施例A1は、古紙600gをオートクレーブに入れ、これに水2400gを加え、更に3.0gのアルカリ性電解水および25%水酸化ナトリウム水溶液4.0mlを添加したもの(アルカリ性電解水の添加量は古紙重量の0.5%)である。
実施例A2は、古紙600gをオートクレーブに入れ、これに水2400gを加え、更に6.0gのアルカリ性電解水および25%水酸化ナトリウム水溶液4.0mlを添加したもの(アルカリ性電解水の添加量は古紙重量の1.0%)である。
実施例A3は、古紙600gをオートクレーブに入れ、これに水2400gを加え、更に12.0gのアルカリ性電解水および25%水酸化ナトリウム水溶液4.0mlを添加したもの(アルカリ性電解水の添加量は古紙重量の2.0%)である。
比較例Bは、古紙11.8tを地球釜に入れ、これに水20m3を加え、更に25kgの二酸化チオ尿素および25%水酸化ナトリウム溶液140Lを添加したものである。
実施例Bは、古紙11.8tを地球釜に入れ、これに水20m3を加え、更に120kgのアルカリ性電解水および25%水酸化ナトリウム溶液80Lを添加したもの(アルカリ性電解水の添加量は古紙重量の1.02%)である。
Claims (5)
- 古紙をパルプ化する古紙の蒸解方法であって、
地球釜に古紙,水,水酸化ナトリウムおよびpH12以上のアルカリ性電解水を投入し、前記地球釜の内容物を加熱しつつ攪拌する工程からなる、
ことを特徴とする古紙の蒸解方法。 - 前記アルカリ性電解水は、炭酸カリウムを添加した水を電気分解して得た、水素イオン指数がpH12~pH12.5で、酸化還元電位が-850mV以下のアルカリ性電解水であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の古紙の蒸解方法。
- 前記アルカリ性電解水の添加量は、前記古紙の重量の0.5~2.0%であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の古紙の蒸解方法。
- 前記工程において界面活性剤を使用しないことを特徴とする請求項1記載の古紙の蒸解方法。
- 前記地球釜は、開口部が形成された球状で中空の本体と、前記開口部を開閉する蓋と、前記本体内に蒸気を導入する蒸気導入口と、前記本体を回転させる動力源と、を有し、
前記本体内に蒸気を導入するとともに前記本体を回転させることで内容物を加熱しつつ攪拌して、前記古紙の蒸解を行うものであることを特徴とする請求項1,2,3または4記載の古紙の蒸解方法。
