以上、本発明の一例として実施の形態が説明されたが、上記実施の形態に、多様な変更または改良を加えることが可能であることはもちろんである。その様な変更または改良を加えた形態も本発明の技術的範囲に含まれ得ることが、特許請求の範囲の記載から明らかである。
図7は、変形例1の制御装置20’の概略構成図である。なお、実施の形態と同様の要素には同様の符号を付している。
待機圧力制御部82は、スクリュ28の順回転と逆回転との両方を行うことを必須としない。待機圧力制御部82は、樹脂の圧力が所定の範囲よりも小さいときはスクリュ28を回転させず、樹脂の圧力が所定の範囲よりも大きいときにスクリュ28を逆回転させるように構成されてもよい。
上限速度および上限回転力の少なくとも一方は、決定されなくてもよい。例えば、上限速度と上限回転力とのうちの上限回転力は決定されなくてもよい。
上限速度および上限回転力の少なくとも一方を決定するとき、これらは操作部68を介してオペレータが決定してもよい。この場合でも、回転速度決定部84または回転力決定部86は、制御装置20の構成から適宜省略され得る。

判定部92は、推進力が閾値Thを超えたか否かではなく、樹脂の圧力が予め決められた閾値Th’を超えたか否かを判定してもよい。

上記実施の形態および変形例から把握しうる発明について、以下に記載する。

Claims (10)
- 樹脂を入れるシリンダと、前記シリンダ内で進退および回転するスクリュと、を備え、前記スクリュを順回転させながら所定の計量位置まで後退させることで前記シリンダ内の前記樹脂を溶融しつつ計量する射出成形機の制御装置であって、
前記樹脂の圧力を取得する圧力取得部と、
前記スクリュが前記所定の計量位置に到達した後、前記スクリュの逆回転およびサックバックのうち、少なくとも前記スクリュの逆回転を行うことにより前記樹脂の圧力を予め決められた目標圧力まで下げる減圧制御部と、
前記樹脂の圧力が前記目標圧力に到達した後、前記シリンダの軸方向での前記スクリュの位置を維持した状態で、所定の条件に基づいて前記スクリュを回転させることで前記樹脂の圧力を所定の範囲内に収める待機圧力制御部と、
を備え、
前記所定の条件は、前記減圧制御部による前記スクリュの回転に応じてセンサから出力される検出信号に基づいて設定される、射出成形機の制御装置。 - 請求項1に記載の射出成形機の制御装置であって、
前記射出成形機は、前記シリンダ内で溶融した前記樹脂を射出するノズルをさらに備え、
前記待機圧力制御部は、前記樹脂の圧力が前記目標圧力に到達してから前記樹脂が前記ノズルから射出されるまでの間において、前記樹脂の圧力を前記所定の範囲内に収める、射出成形機の制御装置。 - 請求項1または2に記載の射出成形機の制御装置であって、
前記所定の範囲内には、前記目標圧力が含まれる、射出成形機の制御装置。 - 請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の射出成形機の制御装置であって、
前記所定の条件は、前記スクリュの回転速度の上限を示す上限速度の指定、および前記スクリュの回転力の上限を示す上限回転力の指定のうちの少なくとも一方を含む、射出成形機の制御装置。 - 請求項4に記載の射出成形機の制御装置であって、
前記所定の条件は、前記上限速度の指定を含み、
前記スクリュの回転速度を取得する回転速度取得部と、前記減圧制御部が前記スクリュを逆回転させている間に取得された前記スクリュの回転速度の最大値に基づいて前記上限速度を決定する回転速度決定部と、をさらに備える、射出成形機の制御装置。 - 請求項4または5に記載の射出成形機の制御装置であって、
前記所定の条件は、前記上限回転力の指定を含み、
前記スクリュの回転力を取得する回転力取得部と、前記減圧制御部が前記スクリュを逆回転させている間に取得された前記スクリュの回転力の最大値に基づいて前記上限回転力を決定する回転力決定部と、をさらに備える、射出成形機の制御装置。 - 請求項1~6のいずれか1項に記載の射出成形機の制御装置であって、
オペレータが操作部を介して前記所定の条件を指定した場合は、前記待機圧力制御部は、前記操作部を介して指定された前記所定の条件に基づいて前記スクリュを回転させる、射出成形機の制御装置。 - 樹脂を入れるシリンダと、前記シリンダ内で進退および回転するスクリュと、を備え、前記スクリュを順回転させながら所定の計量位置まで後退させることで前記シリンダ内の前記樹脂を溶融しつつ計量する射出成形機の制御装置であって、
前記樹脂の圧力を取得する圧力取得部と、
前記スクリュが前記所定の計量位置に到達した後、前記スクリュの逆回転およびサックバックの少なくとも一方を行うことにより前記樹脂の圧力を予め決められた目標圧力まで下げる減圧制御部と、
前記樹脂の圧力が前記目標圧力に到達した後、前記シリンダの軸方向での前記スクリュの位置を維持した状態で前記スクリュを回転させることで前記樹脂の圧力を所定の範囲内に収める待機圧力制御部と、
前記樹脂の圧力が前記目標圧力に到達した後、前記樹脂の圧力とは反対方向の推進力を前記スクリュに与えることで前記軸方向での前記スクリュの位置を維持させる推進付与部と、
前記推進力を取得する推進力取得部と、
を備え、
前記待機圧力制御部は、前記推進力が予め決められた閾値を超えた以降において、前記樹脂の圧力を前記所定の範囲内に収める、射出成形機の制御装置。 - 請求項1~8のいずれか1項に記載の射出成形機の制御装置であって、
前記待機圧力制御部が前記スクリュを回転させているときの前記スクリュの制御状態を報知する報知部をさらに備える、射出成形機の制御装置。 - 樹脂を入れるシリンダと、前記シリンダ内で進退および回転するスクリュと、を備え、前記スクリュを順回転させながら所定の計量位置まで後退させることで前記シリンダ内の前記樹脂を溶融しつつ計量する射出成形機の制御方法であって、
前記スクリュが前記所定の計量位置に到達した後、前記樹脂の圧力を取得しつつ前記スクリュの逆回転およびサックバックのうち、少なくとも前記スクリュの逆回転を行うことにより、前記樹脂の圧力を予め決められた目標圧力まで下げる減圧ステップと、
前記減圧ステップの後、前記シリンダの軸方向での前記スクリュの位置を維持した状態で、所定の条件に基づいて前記スクリュを回転させることで前記樹脂の圧力を所定の範囲内に収める待機圧力制御ステップと、
を含み、
前記所定の条件は、前記減圧ステップにおける前記スクリュの回転に応じてセンサから出力される検出信号に基づいて設定される、射出成形機の制御方法。
