(7)上記実施例では、第1部材固定部51F及び第2部材固定部51Sが、スライド移動させた状態で左右に一致する位置に配されるが、これに限らず、例えば少なくとも一方の固定部に長孔を設けて、両固定部がずれた位置に配されるようにしてもよいし、複数の固定部を設けて、両固定部の固定位置を調整できるようにしてもよい。

前記一対の保持部が、接近方向及び離間方向に移動自在であり、
