Description
Claims (9)
- 外側シースアセンブリ及び内側シースアセンブリを備える人工弁送達カテーテルであって、前記外側シースアセンブリは、人工弁(3)を収容することができる鞘管(12)と、前記鞘管(12)の一方の端部に回転可能に接続された外側シース(13)とを備え、前記内側シースアセンブリは、内側シース(15)と、前記内側シース(15)に固定して接続されたアンカ(14)とを備え、前記内側シースアセンブリは、前記外側シースアセンブリの内腔に配置され、前記鞘管(12)及び前記アンカ(14)は、前記鞘管(12)と前記アンカ(14)とが円周方向に位置決め係合されて前記内側シース(15)の円周方向回転とともに回転可能に構成されており、
前記アンカ(14)の外壁は、少なくとも一つの嵌入部(141)を備え、前記嵌入部(141)と前記鞘管(12)との間に生成される摩擦は、前記人工弁(3)と前記鞘管(12)との間に生成される摩擦より大きく、
前記嵌入部(141)は、第1の細片ユニット(1411)及び第2の細片ユニット(1412)を備え、前記第1の細片ユニット(1411)と前記第2の細片ユニット(1412)との間に、第1のばね(1421)及び第2のばね(1422)が接続される、人工弁送達カテーテル。 - 前記嵌入部(141)と前記鞘管(12)との間の静止摩擦係数は、0.1~1.5の範囲である、請求項1に記載の人工弁送達カテーテル。
- 引き糸(142)をさらに備え、前記引き糸(142)は、前記第1及び第2の細片ユニット(1411、1412)が前記第1又は第2のばね(1421、1422)との接合部に配置され、前記内側シース(15)から引き出される、請求項1に記載の人工弁送達カテーテル。
- 前記第1及び第2の細片ユニット(1411、1412)は、前記アンカ(14)の前記外壁に軸対称に配置される、請求項3に記載の人工弁送達カテーテル。
- 前記鞘管(12)は、軸受け又は弾性材料によって前記外側シース(13)に接続される、請求項1に記載の人工弁送達カテーテル。
- 前記外側シース(13)は、ポリマー管又は複合金属ポリマー管である、請求項1に記載の人工弁送達カテーテル。
- 前記内側シース(15)は、単一の内腔を有する管又は複数の内腔を有する管である、請求項1に記載の人工弁送達カテーテル。
- ハンドル(2)と、請求項1、2、4から7のいずれか一項に記載の送達カテーテルとを備える人工弁送達デバイスであって、前記送達カテーテルは、前記ハンドル(2)に結合され、前記ハンドル(2)は、外側シース作動部材(21)及び内側シース作動部材(22)を備え、前記外側シース作動部材(21)は、前記外側シース(13)の軸方向運動を作動させるように前記外側シース(13)に結合され、前記内側シース作動部材(22)は、前記内側シース(15)の円周方向回転を作動させるように前記内側シース(15)に結合される、人工弁送達デバイス。
- 引き糸(142)をさらに備え、前記引き糸(142)は、前記第1及び第2の細片ユニット(1411、1412)が前記第1又は第2のばね(1421、1422)との接合部に配置され、前記内側シース(15)から引き出され、前記引き糸(142)は、前記ハンドル(2)に固定して接続される、請求項8に記載の人工弁送達デバイス。
