Description
The present invention relates to drug identification devices.
In recent years, hospitals, pharmacies, and the like have introduced packaging devices and inspection devices. A packaging device performs a packaging operation of packing a drug into a packaging bag based on prescription data. 2. Description of the Related Art An inspection device inspects whether or not a medicine is contained in a packaging bag discharged from a packaging device according to prescription data.
The inspection device moves one sachet to an imaging area, captures an image of the sachet to be inspected, and inspects the medicine based on the image, for example, collating the quantity, the name of the medicine, and the like. In order to perform an inspection with high accuracy, it is necessary to reliably position one package in the imaging area and determine the range of one package based on the image.
When determining the range of one package, utilization of perforations formed between adjacent one packages is being studied. However, since the perforations are formed in the heat-sealed sealing portion of the sachet, it may be difficult to find the perforations from the image.
Therefore, in Patent Document 1, upstream and downstream boundary candidates are derived, and a combination in which the distance between the upstream and downstream sides approximates the default value of the length of the sachet is determined as the upstream and downstream boundaries. It has established.
However, the distance between the upstream side and the downstream side of the seal portion, which is likely to be mistaken for the perforation, and the distance between the upstream side and the downstream side of the perforation are the same. Therefore, even if the combination approximates the default value of the length of the sachet, there is a concern that the upstream and downstream boundary candidates, which are not perforated, may be misidentified as the boundary.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION It is an object of the present invention to provide a drug identification device that determines a boundary candidate near the existing position as a boundary based on the actual moving distance of the sachet. .

As shown in 6-2, when the inspection is completed, the
When transporting the
In general, it is difficult to accurately extract the downstream boundary Db from the downstream boundary candidate Dbc based only on the image. Among the multiple downstream boundary candidates Dbc extracted from the captured image, it is highly likely that the downstream boundary candidate Dbc located at the set distance is the downstream boundary Db. Therefore, the downstream boundary Db can be determined in consideration of the position.
However, in order to prevent cutting of the
Therefore, in the embodiment, as shown in FIG. 4, the
Next, an upstream boundary Ub is determined from a plurality of upstream boundary candidates Ubc. In the embodiment, the upstream boundary candidate Ubc located at a distance L2 corresponding to the set length of one packet OP is determined as the upstream boundary Ub with reference to the downstream boundary Db. The
In this manner, the downstream boundary Db and the upstream boundary Ub are determined based on the actual movement distance L1 each time the
In the embodiment, the following operations are possible by imaging the
If the moving distance of the
If the moving distance L1 of the
When the movement distance L1 of the
If the moving distance L1 of the
The embodiment of FIG. 4 shows a case where one
Also, an abnormal value can be set for the movement distance L1. If any of the calculated moving distances L corresponds to an abnormal value, the moving distance L1 other than the abnormal value can be used to obtain an average value or the like.

As shown in FIG. 7,
