Claims (13)
- 多孔質親水性ポリマー層(20)を含んでなり、さらに多孔質支持体(10)を含んでなる、アルカリ水電解用のセパレータ(1)であって、前記多孔質親水性ポリマー層はポリマー樹脂および親水性無機粒子を含んでなり、前記無機粒子が0.3μm以下の粒子サイズD50を有する硫酸バリウム粒子であることを特徴とする、前記セパレータ。
- 硫酸バリウム粒子の量が、ポリマー樹脂の総量に対して少なくとも50重量%である請求項1に記載のセパレータ。
- 多孔質支持体(10)の両側に隣接する2つの多孔質親水性ポリマー層(30,40)を含んでなる請求項1に記載のセパレータであって、多孔質親水性ポリマー層がポリマー樹脂および0.3μm以下の粒子サイズD50を有する硫酸バリウム粒子を含んでなる、セパレータ。
- ポリマー樹脂がポリスルホン、ポリエーテルスルホンおよびポリフェニルスルホンからなる群から選択される請求項1に記載のセパレータ。
- 多孔質親水性層が0.05から2μmの間の最大孔径を有する請求項1に記載のセパレータ。
- -ポリマー樹脂、0.3μm以下の粒子サイズD50を有する硫酸バリウム粒子および溶媒を含んでなるドープ液を基材に適用し、
-適用したドープ液を転相させる

- ドープ液の溶媒がN-メチル-2-ピロリドン(NMP),N-エチル-ピロリドン(NEP),N-ブチル-ピロリドン(NBP),N,N-ジメチルホルムアミド(DMF),ホルムアミド,ジメチルスルホキシド(DMSO),N,N-ジメチルアセトアミド(DMAC)、アセトニトリル、およびそれらの混合物から選択される請求項6に記載の方法。
- ドープ液がさらにポリビニルピロリドンまたはグリセロールを含んでなる請求項6に記載の方法。
