Claims (7)
- 長方形状の主面を有している圧電素体と、前記圧電素体の内部に配置されている内部電極と、前記主面上に配置され、かつ、前記内部電極と電気的に接続されている外部電極と、を含む圧電素子を有する振動部と、
前記外部電極に接続された配線部材と、を備え、
前記主面に直交する直交方向から見て、前記配線部材は、前記主面の長辺に沿って延在して、前記主面の短辺と交差し、
前記配線部材は、導電性を有する第一接合部材と電気絶縁性を有する第二接合部材とにより前記振動部に接合されることで前記振動部により支持されている第一領域と、支持部により支持されている第二領域と、前記第一領域のうち前記第二接合部材に接合された部分と前記第二領域とに接続されている第三領域と、を有し、
前記第三領域は、湾曲部を含んでおり、
前記配線部材は、互いに対向している第一主面及び第二主面を有しているベースと、前記第一主面上に配置されている導電層と、を含み、
前記第一領域おいて、前記第二主面が空間に面して設けられている、振動デバイス。 - 前記直交方向における第三領域の長さは、前記直交方向における前記圧電素体の長さよりも長い、請求項1に記載の振動デバイス。
- 前記湾曲部の曲率半径は、前記圧電素子の振幅よりも大きい、請求項2に記載の振動デバイス。
- 前記主面の長辺方向における前記振動部の両端部を保持している保持部を更に備える、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の振動デバイス。
- 前記振動部は、前記圧電素子が接合された振動部材を更に有している、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の振動デバイス。
- 二つの前記外部電極は、前記主面の中央部に配置されている、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の振動デバイス。
- 請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載の振動デバイスを備える、電子機器。
