Description
液体貯蔵部分であって、

- 前記第一の毛細管材料と接触し、前記第一の毛細管材料によって前記ヒーター組立品と間隙を介する第二の毛細管材料とを含み、
前記液体貯蔵部分の第二の部分が、液体状のエアロゾル形成基体を保持するための容器を含み、前記液体を前記第二の毛細管材料に供給する、カートリッジ。
2. 前記液体貯蔵部分が開口部を含み、前記ヒーター組立品が前記ハウジングの前記開口部を横切って延びる、1に記載のカートリッジ。
3. エアロゾル発生システムで使用するためのカートリッジであって、
液体貯蔵部分であって、
液体エアロゾル形成基体を保持するためのハウジングであって、前記ハウジングが開口部を持つものを含み、
前記液体貯蔵部分が相互に流体連通した少なくとも2つの部分を含み、前記液体貯蔵部分の第一の部分が、
- 前記ハウジングの前記開口部の近くに提供されている第一の毛細管材料と、
- 前記第一の毛細管材料と流体接触し、前記第一の毛細管材料により前記開口部と間隙を介している第二の毛細管材料とを含み、
前記液体貯蔵部分の第二の部分が、液体状のエアロゾル形成基体を保持するための容器を含み、前記液体を前記第二の毛細管材料に供給する、カートリッジ。
4. 前記ハウジングの前記開口部を横切って延びる流体透過性ヒーター組立品をさらに含む、3に記載のカートリッジ。
5. 前記第一の毛細管材料の平均空孔サイズまたは空隙率が、前記第二の毛細管材料の前記平均空孔サイズまたは空隙率よりも小さい、1~4のいずれかに記載のカートリッジ。
6. 前記第一の毛細管材料が0.1~50μm、好ましくは0.5~10μm、最も好ましくは約4μmの繊維サイズまたは空孔サイズを持つ、1~5のいずれかに記載のカートリッジ。
7. 前記第一の毛細管材料が、2g/ml未満、好ましくは約0.5g/mlの密度を持つ、1~6のいずれかに記載のカートリッジ。
8. 前記第二の毛細管材料が1~100μm、好ましくは15~40μm、最も好ましくは約25μmの繊維サイズまたは空孔サイズを持つ、1~7のいずれかに記載のカートリッジ。
9. 前記第二の毛細管材料が1g/ml未満、好ましくは0.1~0.3g/mlの密度を持つ、7または8に記載のカートリッジ。
10. 前記第一の毛細管材料または前記第二の毛細管材料が、その有効な空孔サイズが減少するように、前記ハウジング内で圧縮される、1~9のいずれかに記載のカートリッジ。
11. 前記第一の毛細管材料および前記第二の毛細管材料が同一の毛細管材料要素の異なる領域を含む、1~10のいずれかに記載のカートリッジ。
12. 前記ハウジング内に配置された時に前記毛細管材料の圧縮が、前記毛細管材料の前記空孔サイズまたは空隙率が前記ヒーター組立品に向けて連続的に減少するような圧縮である、1~11のいずれかに記載のカートリッジ。
13. 前記第一および前記第二の毛細管材料が、材料の連続片から一体型の要素として形成され、それによって前記要素の一方の端での断面が増大する、1~12のいずれかに記載のカートリッジ。
14. 前記ハウジングの内部表面が円形断面を持つ正円柱の形状であり、毛細管材料の前記片が円錐形である、1~13のいずれかに記載のカートリッジ。
15. 前記毛細管材料が円形の断面を持つ規則正しい円柱の形状を持ち、また前記ハウジングの前記内部表面が開放端でテーパー付部分を含み、前記毛細管材料を前記ハウジングに挿入後に前記毛細管材料がこのテーパー付部分によって圧縮される、1~14のいずれかに記載のカートリッジ。
16. エアロゾル発生システムで使用するためのカートリッジであって、
液体貯蔵部分であって、
液体エアロゾル形成基体を保持するためのハウジングを含み、前記液体貯蔵部分が、
- ヒーター組立品と、
- 前記ヒーター組立品と接触して提供される毛細管材料とを含み、前記ヒーター組立品に隣接した前記毛細管材料の領域の平均空隙率または空孔サイズが、前記ヒーター組立品から離れた前記毛細管材料の領域の平均空隙率または空孔サイズよりも小さい、カートリッジ。
17. 前記領域の前記毛細管材料の一部が圧縮されて、その空隙率または空孔サイズを減少させる、16に記載のカートリッジ。
18. 前記液体貯蔵部分が相互に流体連通している少なくとも2つの部分を含み、
前記液体貯蔵部分の前記第一の部分が前記毛細管材料を含み、また前記液体貯蔵部分の前記第二の部分が液体状のエアロゾル形成基体を保持するための容器を含み、かつ前記液体を前記毛細管材料のより大きい空隙率または空孔サイズの領域に供給する、16または17に記載のカートリッジ。
19. エアロゾル発生システムで使用するためのカートリッジの製造方法であって、
- 第一の部分と第二の部分を持つハウジングを含む液体貯蔵部分を提供する工程と、
- ヒーター組立品を提供する工程と、
- 第一の毛細管材料が前記ヒーター組立品と直接接触するように、第一の毛細管材料を前記液体貯蔵部分の前記ハウジングの前記第一の部分内に配置する工程と、
- 前記第二の毛細管材料が前記第一の毛細管材料と接触し、かつ前記第一の毛細管材料によって前記ヒーター組立品と間隙を介するように、第二の毛細管材料を前記液体貯蔵部分の前記ハウジングの前記第一の部分内に配置する工程とを含み、
前記液体貯蔵部分の前記第二の部分が実質的に空であり、液体状のエアロゾル形成基体を保持するのに適切な、方法。
20. 前記毛細管材料の前記部分の前記空隙率または前記空孔サイズが減少するように、前記毛細管材料の一部が前記ハウジングへの挿入時または挿入前に圧縮される、1~19のいずれかに記載の方法。
21. エアロゾル発生システムで使用するためのカートリッジの製造方法であって、
- ハウジングを含む液体貯蔵部分を提供する工程と、
- ヒーター組立品を提供する工程と、
- 毛細管材料を前記液体貯蔵部分の前記ハウジング内に配置して、前記毛細管材料が前記ヒーター組立品と直接接触するようにする工程とを含み、
前記方法が、前記ハウジングの配置時または配置前に前記毛細管材料の一部を圧縮して、前記毛細管材料の前記一部の前記空隙率または空孔サイズが減少するようにする工程を含む、方法。
22. 1~17のいずれかに記載のカートリッジを備えたエアロゾル発生システム。
23. マウスピースをさらに備え、前記カートリッジが、前記カートリッジの前記開口部が前記マウスピースから離れた、または前記マウスピースに向かう方向で前記システム内に挿入される、22に記載のエアロゾル発生システム。
24. 前記システムが電気的に作動する喫煙システムである、22または23に記載のエアロゾル発生システム。
Claims (17)
- エアロゾル発生システムで使用するためのカートリッジであって、
- ハウジングであって、空気の流れチャネルが該ハウジングの中に提供されるハウジングと、
- 液体エアロゾル形成基体を保持するための液体貯蔵部と、
- 前記空気の流れチャネル内に配置されるヒーター組立品と、
- 前記ヒーター組立品と接触して提供される毛細管材料と
を含み、
前記毛細管材料は、円筒形の形状を形成するように巻かれ、
前記ヒーター組立品により近い前記毛細管材料は、該毛細管材料の半径方向の外側に位置する部分の該毛細管材料の材料部分よりも圧縮され、
前記ヒーター組立品により近い前記毛細管材料が0.5~10μmの繊維サイズまたは空孔サイズを持ち、
前記毛細管材料の半径方向の外側に位置する部分の前記毛細管材料が、15~40μmの繊維サイズまたは空孔サイズを持つ、
カートリッジ。 - 前記毛細管材料は、該毛細管材料の長方形片のウェブである、請求項1に記載のカートリッジ。
- 前記毛細管材料のウェブは、前記ハウジングの内径の約25%となる厚さを持つ、請求項2に記載のカートリッジ。
- 前記毛細管材料のウェブの長さは、前記カートリッジの前記ハウジングの長さの約半分である、請求項2または3に記載のカートリッジ。
- 前記毛細管材料のウェブは、前記カートリッジの前記ハウジングの長さよりも小さい長さを有する、請求項2~4のいずれか1項に記載のカートリッジ。
- 前記毛細管材料の空孔サイズまたは空隙率は、該毛細管材料内で前記ヒーター組立品の方向に連続的に減少する、請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載のカートリッジ。
- 前記ヒーター組立品は管形の流体透過性ヒーター要素である、請求項1~6のいずれか1項に記載のカートリッジ。
- 前記ハウジングは円柱状である、請求項1~7のいずれか1項に記載のカートリッジ。
- 前記毛細管材料は前記液体貯蔵部と流体連通する、請求項1~8のいずれか1項に記載のカートリッジ。
- 前記ヒーター組立品により近い前記毛細管材料が1g/ml未満の密度を持つ、請求項1~9のいずれか1項に記載のカートリッジ。
- 前記ヒーター組立品により近い前記毛細管材料が0.5~10μmの繊維サイズまたは空孔サイズを持つ、請求項1~10のいずれか1項に記載のカートリッジ。
- 前記毛細管材料の半径方向の外側に位置する部分の前記毛細管材料が、2g/ml未満の密度を持つ、請求項1~11のいずれか1項に記載のカートリッジ。
- 前記毛細管材料の半径方向の外側に位置する部分の前記毛細管材料が、15~40μmの繊維サイズまたは空孔サイズを持つ、請求項1~12のいずれか1項に記載のカートリッジ。
- 前記毛細管材料の半径方向の外側に位置する部分の前記毛細管材料が、1g/ml未満の密度を持つ、請求項1~13のいずれか1項に記載のカートリッジ。
- 前記液体エアロゾル形成基体が前記空気の流れチャネルと直接的に連通しないように、前記ハウジング内に仕切りが提供される、請求項1~14のいずれか1項に記載のカートリッジ。
- エアロゾル発生システムで使用するためのカートリッジの製造方法であって、
- ハウジングを提供する工程であって、空気の流れチャネルが該ハウジングの中に提供される工程と、
- 液体エアロゾル形成基体を保持するための液体貯蔵部を提供する工程と、
- 前記空気の流れチャネル内にヒーター組立品を配置する工程と、
- 前記ヒーター組立品と接触して毛細管材料を配置する工程と
を含み、
前記毛細管材料は、円筒形の形状を形成するように巻かれ、
前記ヒーター組立品により近い前記毛細管材料は、該毛細管材料の半径方向の外側に位置する部分の該毛細管材料の材料部分よりも圧縮され、
前記ヒーター組立品により近い前記毛細管材料が0.5~10μmの繊維サイズまたは空孔サイズを持ち、
前記毛細管材料の半径方向の外側に位置する部分の前記毛細管材料が、15~40μmの繊維サイズまたは空孔サイズを持つ、
