Description
Claims (14)
- 有機発光材料を含む発光層と、
前記発光層の一方面側に配置された遮光性の第1の電極と、
前記発光層の他方面側に配置された光透過性の第2の電極と、
前記第2の電極に対して前記発光層とは反対側に配置されていると共に、前記発光層からの光を選択的に反射する反射フィルタと、
前記反射フィルタに対して前記発光層とは反対側に位置する第1の光吸収部を有する光吸収部材と、を備え、
前記反射フィルタで反射した光が、前記発光層及び前記第2の電極からなる群より選ばれる少なくとも一種が配置されていない部分から出射する、有機エレクトロルミネッセンス素子。 - 前記光吸収部材が、前記反射フィルタで反射した光が出射する開口を有する第2の光吸収部を更に有し、
前記第2の光吸収部における前記開口を除く部分が、当該第2の光吸収部以外の当該有機エレクトロルミネッセンス素子の全体を覆う、請求項1に記載の有機エレクトロルミネッセンス素子。 - 前記反射フィルタを複数備える、請求項1又は2に記載の有機エレクトロルミネッセンス素子。
- 前記反射フィルタが高分子フィルタである、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の有機エレクトロルミネッセンス素子。
- 前記第1の電極が光反射性の電極である、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の有機エレクトロルミネッセンス素子。
- 前記第1の電極が、前記反射フィルタで反射した光が出射する開口を有する、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の有機エレクトロルミネッセンス素子。
- 前記第1の電極が前記開口を複数有する、請求項6に記載の有機エレクトロルミネッセンス素子。
- 前記発光層の第1の部分から放出された後に前記反射フィルタで反射した光と、前記発光層の第2の部分から放出された後に前記反射フィルタで反射した光とが、前記開口の同一部分から出射する、請求項6又は7に記載の有機エレクトロルミネッセンス素子。

- 前記発光層の第1の部分からの光と、前記発光層の第2の部分からの光とが、前記反射フィルタの同一箇所に照射される、請求項1~10のいずれか一項に記載の有機エレクトロルミネッセンス素子。
- 前記第2の電極と前記反射フィルタとの間に配置された光透過性の基材を更に備える、請求項1~11のいずれか一項に記載の有機エレクトロルミネッセンス素子。
- 前記第2の電極と前記反射フィルタとが接している、請求項1~11のいずれか一項に記載の有機エレクトロルミネッセンス素子。
- 請求項1~13のいずれか一項に記載の有機エレクトロルミネッセンス素子と、光検出器と、を備える、測定装置。
