Description
Claims (15)
- 熱硬化性複合装填材料を成形及び硬化するために温度及び圧力を制御するように構成された誘導加熱成形システムであって、
相対移動可能な第1成形型及び第2成形型であって、前記第1成形型及び前記第2成形型は、金型キャビティを形成するとともに、複数の積層金属シート、及び、隣接する積層金属シートの間に形成された複数の空隙を含む、第1成形型及び第2成形型と、
前記金型キャビティ内に位置するとともに、前記第1成形型に連結された第1スマートサセプタ材料であって、第1キュリー温度を有する第1スマートサセプタ材料と、
前記金型キャビティ内に位置するとともに前記第2成形型に関連付けられた第2スマートサセプタ材料であって、前記第1キュリー温度より低い第2キュリー温度を有する第2スマートサセプタ材料と、
前記第2成形型と前記第1スマートサセプタ材料との間に位置する可撓性膜であって、圧力を受けるように構成された可撓性膜と、を含む誘導加熱成形システム。 - 第1周波数範囲を生成するべく、前記第1成形型及び前記第2成形型を通って延びる第1群の導電体をさらに含み、前記第1スマートサセプタ材料は、前記第1周波数範囲によって加熱されるように構成されており、
第2周波数範囲を生成する第2群の導電体も含み、前記第2スマートサセプタ材料は、前記第2周波数範囲によって加熱されるように構成されている、請求項1に記載の誘導加熱成形システム。 - 前記第2スマートサセプタ材料は、前記金型キャビティ内に配置された形状追随性スマートサセプタブランケットの一部である、請求項1又は2に記載の誘導加熱成形システム。
- 前記形状追随性スマートサセプタブランケットは、さらに前記可撓性膜を含む、請求項3に記載の誘導加熱成形システム。
- 前記第2スマートサセプタ材料は、前記可撓性膜の下方のスマートサセプタ板である、請求項1~4のいずれかに記載の誘導加熱成形システム。
- 前記第1スマートサセプタ材料は、成形面の一部であり、前記成形面にはスマートサセプタ回路が埋設されており、前記成形面は、前記第1成形型に連結されている、請求項1~5のいずれかに記載の誘導加熱成形システム。
- 前記第1成形型に連結された前記第1スマートサセプタ材料は、前記第1成形型に連結された第1成形面の一部であり、
前記誘導加熱成形システムは、前記第2成形型に連結された追加の第1スマートサセプタ材料をさらに含み、当該追加の第1スマートサセプタ材料が第2成形面を構成しており、前記可撓性膜は、前記第2成形型に連結された前記追加の第1スマートサセプタ材料と、前記第1成形型に連結された前記第1スマートサセプタ材料との間に設けられている、請求項1~6のいずれかに記載の誘導加熱成形システム。 - 前記第1スマートサセプタ材料と真空フィルムとによって形成された、前記金型キャビティ内の第1圧力部と、
前記真空フィルムと前記可撓性膜とによって形成された、前記金型キャビティ内の第2圧力部と、
前記可撓性膜と、前記第2成形型に連結された成形面とによって形成された第3圧力部と、をさらに含む、請求項1~7のいずれかに記載の誘導加熱成形システム。 - 熱硬化性複合充填材料を、誘導加熱成形ツールの金型キャビティ内に配置し、前記誘導
加熱成形ツールは、相対移動可能な第1成形型及び第2成形型を含み、前記第1成形型及び前記第2成形型は、前記金型キャビティを形成しており、前記第1成形型及び前記第2成形型は、複数の積層金属シートと、隣接する積層金属シートの間に形成された複数の空隙とを含み、
前記金型キャビティ内の第2スマートサセプタ材料を用いて、前記金型キャビティ内の前記熱硬化性複合装填材料を成形温度まで加熱し、
前記金型キャビティ内の前記熱硬化性複合装填材料を、前記熱硬化性複合装填材料を前記成形温度まで加熱した後に、前記第1成形型に連結された第1スマートサセプタ面材に向かって移動させ、
可撓性膜を用いて前記熱硬化性複合充填材料に圧力を付与することによって、前記熱硬化性複合充填材料を前記第1スマートサセプタ面材に沿わせ、
前記第1スマートサセプタ面材を用いて前記熱硬化性複合充填材料を硬化温度まで加熱する、方法。 - 前記第1スマートサセプタ面材の部分を、前記第1スマートサセプタ面材の第1キュリー温度未満まで冷却することをさらに含む、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記熱硬化性複合充填材料を前記成形温度まで加熱するに際し、前記金型キャビティ内に配置された形状追随性スマートサセプタブランケットを用いて前記熱硬化性複合充填材料を加熱し、前記形状追随性スマートサセプタブランケットは、前記第2スマートサセプタ材料を含んでいる、請求項9又は10に記載の方法。
- 前記金型キャビティ内の前記熱硬化性複合充填材料を移動させるに際し、前記形状追随性スマートサセプタブランケットと、前記第2成形型に連結された第2スマートサセプタ面材との間の圧力を上昇させ、前記形状追随性スマートサセプタブランケットは、前記可撓性膜を含んでいる、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記熱硬化性複合充填材料を前記成形温度まで加熱するに際し、前記形状追随性スマートサセプタブランケット内の第2群の導電体を用いて第2周波数範囲を生成する、請求項11又は12に記載の方法。
- 前記熱硬化性複合充填材料を前記硬化温度まで加熱するに際し、第1群の導電体を用いて第1周波数範囲を生成し、前記第1スマートサセプタ面材の第1スマートサセプタ材料は、前記第1周波数範囲によって加熱されるように構成されており、前記第1周波数範囲は、前記第2周波数範囲から離れている、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 前記金型キャビティ内の前記熱硬化性複合充填材料を、前記第2スマートサセプタ材料を用いて前記成形温度まで加熱するに際し、
前記第2スマートサセプタ材料を用いて前記熱硬化性複合充填材料の第1面を加熱し、
前記第1スマートサセプタ面材を用いて前記金型キャビティを加熱する、請求項9~14のいずれかに記載の方法。
