Claims (8)
- 表示領域を含む第1面と、前記第1面に対向する第2面と、を第1方向に湾曲する湾曲面として、有する液晶パネルと、
前記液晶パネルの前記第2面に取り付けられた接触部材と、
前記接触部材に取り付けられ、前記液晶パネルが平板に戻ろうとする弾性力と対向する押圧力を前記液晶パネルに対してかける押圧部材と、
前記接触部材と対向する位置において、前記押圧部材を固定する固定シャーシと、
前記固定シャーシを支持する支持部材と、を備え、
前記液晶パネルは、液晶を封止し前記湾曲面の内周に沿うシール、を含み、
前記湾曲面の非湾曲辺が定める第1軸と、前記第1方向が定める第2軸と、に直交する第3軸において、前記接触部材と前記液晶パネルとの接触領域は、前記シールの内側に位置し、
前記液晶パネルは、TFT基板と、前記TFT基板より前記第1面側に配置されたカラーフィルター基板と、を含み、
前記液晶を含む液晶層と、前記シールと、は前記TFT基板と前記カラーフィルター基板とに挟まれ、
前記液晶パネルは、前記TFT基板の前記第2面側に取り付けられたTFT偏光板と、
前記カラーフィルター基板の前記第1面側に取り付けられたカラーフィルター偏光板と、を含み、
前記TFT偏光板及び前記カラーフィルター偏光板の、前記第3軸における前記液晶パネルの外側方向における端部は、前記シールの前記外側方向に対向する内側方向における端部より、前記内側方向に位置し、
前記接触部材を通る前記第2軸に平行な第4軸上に、前記TFT偏光板と前記カラーフィルター偏光板と、が配置され、
前記TFT基板内の領域のうち、前記接触部材と前記TFT偏光板の接触領域が前記第2軸方向に投影された領域にのみ前記押圧部材による押圧力がかかるよう、前記接触部材が配置されている、表示装置。 - 請求項1に記載の表示装置であって、
前記液晶パネルの前記第2面側に配置されたバックライトと、
前記固定シャーシは、前記バックライトの前記第1軸及び第2軸の少なくとも一方における周囲に配置されている、表示装置。 - 請求項2に記載の表示装置であって、
前記固定シャーシは、前記液晶パネル、前記接触部材、前記押圧部材、及び前記バックライトを格納する容器であり、
前記支持部材は、
前記液晶パネルの前記第1面側に位置し、
前記固定シャーシに取り付けられ、
前記固定シャーシの開口部を覆う、表示装置。 - 請求項3に記載の表示装置であって、
前記支持部材と前記液晶パネルの前記第1面とに挟まれたタッチパネルセンサを備える、表示装置。 - 請求項2に記載の表示装置であって、
前記液晶パネルの前記第1面に取り付けられたタッチパネルセンサを備え、
前記支持部材は、前記タッチパネルセンサである、表示装置。 - 請求項5に記載の表示装置であって、
前記液晶パネル、前記接触部材、前記押圧部材、前記バックライト、前記固定シャーシ、及び前記タッチパネルセンサを格納する容器である、バックライトシャーシと、
前記液晶パネルの前記第1面側に位置し、前記バックライトシャーシに取り付けられた前面カバーと、を備え、
前記タッチパネルセンサは、前記前面カバーと前記液晶パネルの前記第1面とに挟まれている、表示装置。 - 請求項2に記載の表示装置であって、
前記液晶パネルの前記第1面側に位置する前面カバーと、
前記前面カバーと前記液晶パネルの前記第1面とに挟まれるタッチパネルセンサと、を備え、
前記支持部材は、前記前面カバーである、表示装置。 - 請求項7に記載の表示装置であって、
前記液晶パネル、前記接触部材、前記押圧部材、前記バックライト、前記固定シャーシ、及び前記タッチパネルセンサを格納する容器である、バックライトシャーシを備え、
前記前面カバーは、前記バックライトシャーシに取り付けられ、前記固定シャーシの開口部を覆う、表示装置。
