Claims (13)
- 組織部位の少なくとも一部分に対して温熱療法を施す装置であって、
前記装置は、
エネルギー放射領域を備える加熱プローブであって、前記加熱プローブが、前記エネルギー放射領域により、組織の前記部分を加熱するためのエネルギー源に接続可能である加熱プローブと、
スリーブと
を備え、
前記加熱プローブは、前記スリーブ内に配置可能であり、前記スリーブは、前記温熱療法を制御するように、組織の前記部分内に前記エネルギー放射領域を位置決めするために遠位および/または近位方向において前記加熱プローブに沿って摺動するように構成され、
前記エネルギー放射領域は、少なくとも部分的にディフューザーである発光領域であり、
前記ディフューザーは、ファイバーのコアおよび/またはクラッディングおよび/または緩衝材内に焼き付けられる微細修飾である、構造化された描画である、装置。 - 前記スリーブは、少なくとも1つの温度測定要素を含み、前記スリーブは、前記エネルギー放射領域から所定の距離をおいて前記少なくとも1つの温度測定要素を位置決めするために、遠位および/または近位方向において前記加熱プローブに沿って摺動するように構成される、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つの温度測定要素は、前記スリーブのチャンネル内に配置される、請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つの温度測定要素が、前記スリーブ内に編み組まれるか、または編み継がれる、請求項2または3に記載の装置。
- 前記スリーブは、カテーテルイントロデューサーである、請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つの温度測定要素は、前記スリーブの同じ横平面において配置された少なくとも2つの温度測定要素である、請求項2~5のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記加熱プローブの前記エネルギー放射領域は、キャピラリーによって覆われている、請求項1~6のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 溶融、および/または接着、および/または収縮チューブが、前記キャピラリーを前記加熱プローブに接合するために使用されている、請求項7に記載の装置。
- 前記エネルギー放射領域に対する、前記スリーブの適正な位置が求められた場合に、ハブが、前記スリーブを前記加熱プローブに係止するために使用される、請求項1~8のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 組織部位の少なくとも一部分に対して温熱療法を施すシステムであって、
前記システムは、
組織を加熱するためのエネルギー源と、
エネルギー放射領域を備える加熱プローブであって、前記加熱プローブは、前記エネルギー源に接続可能である加熱プローブと、
スリーブと、
組織の前記部分内の温度を測定する手段と、
前記温度を測定する手段により測定された温度を示すディスプレイ装置と
を備え、
前記加熱プローブは、前記スリーブ内に配置可能であり、前記スリーブは、前記温熱療法を制御するように、前記組織の前記部分内に前記エネルギー放射領域を位置決めすることを可能にするために遠位および/近位方向において前記加熱プローブに沿って摺動するように構成され、
前記エネルギー放射領域は、少なくとも部分的にディフューザーである発光領域であり、
前記ディフューザーは、ファイバーのコアおよび/またはクラッディングおよび/または緩衝材内の微細修飾である、構造化された描画である、システム。 - 前記測定された温度が40~60℃の範囲内の目標温度に維持されるように、前記放射エネルギーを制御する制御装置をさらに備える、請求項10に記載のシステム。
- 前記温度は、ディスプレイのグラフとして示される、請求項10または11に記載のシステム。
- 前記温度を測定する手段は、前記スリーブ内に配置された温度測定要素であるか、または、前記温度を測定する手段は、前記組織の前記部分を備える処置領域の2Dまたは3Dの温度マップを得るための磁気共鳴イメージング法である、請求項10~12のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
