Description
本出願は、2019年10月10日付け出願の韓国特許出願第10-2019-0125482号に基づく優先権を主張し、当該出願の明細書及び図面に開示された内容は、すべて本出願に組み込まれる。
複数の二次電池、及び複数の二次電池を収容するための内部空間を形成する外壁が備えられたモジュールケースを備えたバッテリーモジュールと、
モジュールケースを収容するための内部空間を形成する外側壁を備えて上部及び下部が開放された箱状に構成された中間ハウジングを備えたパックハウジングと、を含み、
中間ハウジングの内側面には、モジュールケースの上下方向の挿入をガイドするように、バッテリーモジュールが位置した内側に突出して上下方向に延びた少なくとも一つ以上のガイドレールが備えられ、
モジュールケースの水平方向の外側面には、ガイドレールに沿って上下方向に移動できるように外側に突出して上下方向に延び、ガイドレールを押し付けるように突出した少なくとも一つの以上の圧着突起を備える、少なくとも一つ以上のガイド突出部が備えられる。
圧着突起は、ガイド溝の内面を押し付けるように構成され得る。
圧着突起は、ガイド突出部の左面または右面、前面、及び後面のうちのいずれか一つ以上に備えられ得る。
モジュールケースの外壁から外側に突出して延びた延設部と、
延設部の延長方向の端部からモジュールケースの外壁と対応する方向に折り曲げられて延びた板状部と、を有し、
板状部の外側面には、外側に突出して少なくとも二つ以上の方向に線形に延びたリブが備えられ得る。

Claims (10)
- 複数の二次電池、及び前記複数の二次電池を収容するための内部空間を形成する外壁が備えられたモジュールケースを備えたバッテリーモジュールと、
前記モジュールケースを収容するための内部空間を形成する外側壁を備えて上部及び下部が開放された箱状に構成された中間ハウジングを備えたパックハウジングと、
を含み、
前記中間ハウジングの内側面には、前記モジュールケースの上下方向の挿入をガイドするように、前記バッテリーモジュールが位置した内側に突出して上下方向に延びた少なくとも一つ以上のガイドレールが備えられ、
前記モジュールケースの水平方向の外側面には、前記ガイドレールに沿って上下方向に移動できるように外側に突出して上下方向に延び、前記ガイドレールを押し付けるように突出した少なくとも一つの以上の圧着突起を備える、少なくとも一つ以上のガイド突出部が備えられた、バッテリーパック。 - 前記ガイドレールは、前記ガイド突出部の突出方向の外形と対応する形状で凹設されて上下方向に延びた少なくとも一つ以上のガイド溝を備え、
前記圧着突起は、前記ガイド溝の内面を押し付けるように構成された、請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記ガイド突出部は、左面または右面、前面、及び後面を備え、
前記圧着突起は、前記ガイド突出部の左面または右面、前面、及び後面のうちのいずれか一つ以上に備えられた、請求項2に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記ガイドレールのガイド溝の内側面には、前記ガイド突出部を押し付けるように突出した加圧突起が備えられた、請求項2に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記加圧突起は、前記ガイド溝の内側面で前記圧着突起の外面に密着するように前記圧着突起と対応する位置に形成された、請求項4に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記ガイドレールの上部には、前記モジュールケースの上下方向の動きを制限するように水平方向に延びたプレート状のストッパが備えられた、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記モジュールケースは、前記中間ハウジングに対面して位置し、外部の衝撃を吸収するように前記外壁の外側面から外側に突出したバンパー部を備える、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記バンパー部は、
前記モジュールケースの外壁から外側に突出して延びた延設部と、
前記延設部の延長方向の端部から前記モジュールケースの外壁と対応する方向に折り曲げられて延びた板状部と、
を有し、
前記板状部の外側面には、外側に突出して少なくとも二つ以上の方向に線形に延びたリブが備えられた、請求項7に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーパックを少なくとも一つ以上含む、電子デバイス。
- 請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーパックを少なくとも一つ以上含む、自動車。
