Claims (17)
- 湾曲可能体であって、前記湾曲可能体の端から端まで延びる中空チャンバを有する湾曲可能体と、
前記湾曲可能体に設けられ、空洞を形成するように互いに距離を置いて配置される、少なくとも2つのガイドリングと、
前記湾曲可能体内の少なくとも2つのルーメンであって、前記少なくとも2つのガイドリングの各々の端から端まで延びるとともに前記中空チャンバと平行である、ルーメンと、
前記少なくとも2つのルーメンのうちの少なくとも1つにスライド自在に位置し、前記湾曲可能体の遠位端に取り付けられる、少なくとも1つの制御ワイヤと、
前記湾曲可能体の端から端まで延びるとともに、前記少なくとも2つのガイドリングに固定される壁と、
を備える医用装置であって、
前記壁は、前記湾曲可能体の曲げを可能にするように柔軟であり、
前記少なくとも2つのガイドリングの内径は、弾性インナーライニングを形成する前記壁の少なくとも一部に取り付けられ、
前記壁は、前記少なくとも2つのガイドリングを封入するための弾性アウターライニングを更に有し、前記弾性インナーライニングと前記弾性アウターライニングの組合わせにより、隣接する少なくとも2つのガイドリングの間に前記空洞が形成される、
装置。 - 前記湾曲可能体は、第1の湾曲可能セクション及び第2の湾曲可能セクションを有し、前記少なくとも2つのガイドリングは、前記第1の湾曲可能セクションに設けられる、

前記弾性インナーライニングと前記弾性アウターライニングのいずれか又は両方が、前記少なくとも2つのガイドリングに固定され、前記弾性アウターライニングと前記弾性インナーライニングの間の空間と、前記少なくとも2つのガイドリングとによって、空洞が形成され、
前記第1の制御ワイヤは、前記第1の湾曲セクションの前記ルーメン内にスライド自在に位置し、前記第2の制御ワイヤは、前記第2の湾曲セクションの前記ルーメン内に位置し、
前記壁は、前記湾曲可能体の曲げを可能にするように柔軟である、
