Claims (14)

‐前記破壊システムは、前記第一の中空管の前記第一の近位端横断断面と前記第二の中空管の前記第二の遠位端横断断面によって縦方向に区切られ、且つ、前記第一の中空管の前記内部表面と前記第二の中空管の前記内部表面によって横方向に区切られた容積を画定しており、
‐また、前記画定される容積が第二の位置よりも第一の位置で大きくなるように、前記第一の中空管および前記第二の中空管が第一の動作経路に沿って前記第一の位置から前記第二の位置へと相互に移動可能であり、
‐また、前記第一の位置において、第一の破壊部材が前記第一の中空管および前記第二の中空管の前記画定される容積内に完全に含まれるように、前記第一の中空管が、少なくとも部分的に前記第一の中空管内に配置された第一の破壊部材を含み、
‐前記第二の位置において、前記第一の破壊部材が前記画定される容積から少なくとも部分的に突き出て、前記少なくとも一つのエアロゾル発生基体を含む前記第一の容器を破壊する、エアロゾル発生システム。 - 前記第一の破壊部材が破壊部分を含む遠位端および近位端を含み、また前記第一の動作経路に沿った前記第一の中空管の移動時に、前記破壊部分が、少なくとも部分的に前記第一の動作経路とは平行でない第二の動作経路を描くように、前記第一の破壊部材が前記近位端で前記第一の中空管に結合されている、請求項1に記載のエアロゾル発生システム。

- 前記案内部材がカム表面を含み、かつ前記第一の破壊部材が、前記第一の位置から前記第二の位置への前記第一の動作経路に沿った前記第一の中空管および前記第二の中空管の相対移動時に、前記第一の破壊部材のカム従動子表面が前記案内部材の前記カム表面に係合して、前記第一の破壊部材の前記破壊部分を前記第二の動作経路に沿って案内するように、カム従動子表面を含む、請求項3に記載のエアロゾル発生システム。
- 前記案内部材が第二の破壊部材であり、また前記第二の位置で、前記第二の破壊部材が前記容積から第二の容器に少なくとも部分的に突き出る、請求項3または4に記載のエアロゾル発生システム。
- 前記第二の破壊部材が破壊部分を含む遠位端および近位端を含み、また前記第二の破壊部材が、前記第一の動作経路に沿った前記第二の中空管の移動時に、前記破壊部分が、少なくとも部分的に前記第一の動作経路とは平行でない第三の動作経路を描くように、前記近位端で前記第二の中空管に接続されている、請求項5に記載のエアロゾル発生システム。

- 前記第一の中空管の前記内部表面および前記第二の中空管の前記外部表面がそれぞれ、長軸方向の圧縮力が前記破壊システムにかけられるまで、前記破壊システムを前記第一の位置に保持するために協働するよう構成されている弾性の突起を含む、請求項8に記載のエアロゾル発生システム。
- 前記第一の中空管の前記内部表面および前記第二の中空管の前記外部表面がそれぞれ、前記破壊システムを前記第二の位置に保持するために協働するよう構成された弾性の突起を備える、請求項8または9に記載のエアロゾル発生システム。
