Description
本発明は、クリンカの製造方法及びクリンカ製造装置に関する。 TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a clinker manufacturing method and a clinker manufacturing apparatus.
セメントの原料となるクリンカは、石灰石、粘土等の原料を、粉砕、焼成することで製造される。通常、焼成工程はロータリーキルンで行われる。得られたクリンカはその後クリンカクーラで冷却され、その後セメントの製造に使用される。 Clinker, which is a raw material for cement, is produced by pulverizing and firing raw materials such as limestone and clay. The firing process is usually carried out in a rotary kiln. The clinker obtained is then cooled in a clinker cooler and then used for the production of cement.
By the way, it is known that alkali components, chlorine components, SO 3 , free lime and the like in cement compositions affect various physical properties of cement and the like.
For example, if clinker with a high alkaline component content is used as a cement-based solidification material for improving the solidification of soft ground such as soil, high strength can be expressed. On the other hand, if clinker with a high alkaline component content is used in concrete structures, aggregates containing silica minerals react with alkaline components, which may cause expansion of concrete and cracks.
When clinker with a high chlorine content is used in concrete structures, it causes corrosion of reinforcing bars and steel frames, reducing the durability of concrete structures.
The SO3 content affects fluidity and strength development when used in mortar and concrete. On the other hand, when the SO 3 content is high, a low-melting-point substance is generated to agglomerate the clinker grains, resulting in the formation of large clinker.
It is known that when clinker with a high free lime content is used in a concrete structure, cracks or the like occur in the concrete structure due to expansion due to hydration.
そこで、用途に応じて上述の成分の含有量、すなわち、クリンカの品質を管理する必要がある。例えば、アルカリ成分含有量や塩素量が少ないクリンカを得る手法として、焼成後のクリンカを洗浄することにより、上記成分の濃度を低減させることが知られている(例えば特許文献1)。 Therefore, it is necessary to control the content of the above components, that is, the quality of the clinker, depending on the application. For example, as a technique for obtaining clinker with a low alkali component content and chlorine content, it is known to reduce the concentrations of the above components by washing the clinker after firing (eg, Patent Document 1).
On the other hand,
特許文献1の手法では、製造したクリンカの全量を洗浄する必要があり、多量の水を必要とするなど処理費用が高く、水和反応が進行する虞があることが問題となっていた。また、セメントの要求性能に応じてクリンカ中のアルカリ成分や塩素を調整することが難しいという問題があった。 In the method of Patent Document 1, it is necessary to wash the entire amount of the produced clinker, requiring a large amount of water. Another problem is that it is difficult to adjust the alkaline components and chlorine in the clinker according to the required performance of the cement.
特許文献2~3では、画像取得エリアに存在するクリンカをすべて規格外品として分別するため、規格を満たすクリンカも規格外品サイロに搬送されることになる。すなわち、特許文献2~3の手法では、ロスが大きくなることが問題であった。また、特許文献2~3では塩素のみを検出しており、アルカリ成分やフリーライムなどの他の成分の含有量を含めたクリンカの品質管理を行うことができなかった。
In
本発明は、上記課題に鑑みなされたものであり、所定の品質を満たすクリンカを効率的に製造する方法及び製造装置を提供することを目的とする。 SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION It is an object of the present invention to provide a method and a manufacturing apparatus for efficiently manufacturing a clinker that satisfies a predetermined quality.
本発明者は、焼成後のクリンカを分級して粒度毎にアルカリ成分、塩化物イオン、及び、フリーライムの含有率を分析したところ、これらの成分は大粒径のクリンカに多く含まれることに着目した。更に本発明者は、所定の大きさ以上のクリンカでは、上記成分の含有量と、クリンカの円形度、周囲温度対する温度の違い(冷却度合い)、及び、明度の各々との間に相関があることを見出し、本願発明を着想するに至った。 The present inventor classified the clinker after firing and analyzed the contents of alkaline components, chloride ions, and free lime for each particle size, and found that large particle size clinker contains a large amount of these components. I paid attention. Furthermore, the present inventors have found that in clinker of a predetermined size or larger, there is a correlation between the content of the above components, the degree of circularity of the clinker, the difference in temperature with respect to the ambient temperature (degree of cooling), and the lightness. This discovery led to the idea of the present invention.

[First embodiment]
FIG. 2 is a flow chart of the clinker manufacturing method according to the first embodiment of the present invention. The first embodiment is an example in which the extraction parameter acquisition means includes circularity calculation means, and the circularity is used as the extraction parameter.
ステップS1では、画像取得手段12が、ベルトコンベア5上の粒子の画像を撮影する。撮影される画像は、可視光を検出して得られる画像(可視光画像)である。可視光画像は公知の手段により撮影される。撮影された画像は、制御部11のサイズ検出手段に送信される。
In step S<b>1 , the image acquisition means 12 takes images of the particles on the
ステップS2では、まず、サイズ検出手段が画像を解析し、撮影領域に存在する各クリンカのサイズを計測する。計測されるサイズは、例えば、面積、周囲長、定方向最長幅、円等価径などである。 In step S2, first, the size detection means analyzes the image and measures the size of each clinker present in the photographing area. The size to be measured is, for example, the area, perimeter, longest width in a given direction, circle equivalent diameter, and the like.
サイズ検出手段には、サイズの閾値が予め格納されている。サイズ検出手段は、上記計測されたサイズと、サイズの閾値とを比較する。そして、サイズ検出手段は、閾値以上のサイズを有する粒子を検出する。サイズ検出手段は、解析した画像及び検出した粒子のサイズなど、検出した粒子の情報を円形度演算手段に送信する。 A size threshold value is stored in advance in the size detection means. The size detection means compares the measured size with a size threshold. Then, the size detection means detects particles having a size equal to or larger than the threshold. The size detection means transmits information about the detected particles such as the analyzed image and the size of the detected particles to the circularity calculation means.
The size threshold is preferably determined based on at least one of alkali content, SO 3 content, chlorine content and free lime (f-CaO) content in the clinker.
The alkali content, SO3 content, chlorine content, and free lime (f-CaO) content in the clinker after firing depend on the type of clinker raw material, the firing temperature in the kiln, and the amount of raw clinker in the kiln. Although it varies depending on the degree of firing, large clinker is not sufficiently burned in the kiln, so the above components tend to remain inside. Also, the coating peeled off from the inner wall of the kiln is relatively large and contains a large amount of chlorine and sulfur compounds. From this, among the particles discharged from the kiln, particles larger than a certain size originate from large-particle-sized clinker that was not sufficiently burned, coating, or clinker that grew while entraining coating inside. , the content of the above-mentioned components is considered to be high. They are present in some size even after being pulverized by the crusher. On the other hand, small clinker burns well and therefore contains less of these components.
ベルトコンベア5で搬送させるクリンカは互いに重なり合っている。サイズが大きい粒子は搬送の過程で上方に浮き上がり、撮影された画像に写りやすい。一方で、サイズが小さい粒子は重なりによって上方の粒子の陰に隠れ、撮影された画像に写らないものが多数存在する。すなわち、サイズが小さいクリンカは、すべての粒子を画像撮影で把握することが困難である。
The clinker conveyed by the
そこで本発明では、上記成分の含有量に基づいてサイズの閾値を決定し、選別の第1段階として、画像撮影されたクリンカの中から閾値以上のサイズを有する粒子を抽出する。 Therefore, in the present invention, a size threshold is determined based on the content of the above components, and particles having a size equal to or larger than the threshold are extracted from the photographed clinker as the first stage of sorting.
具体的に、サイズの閾値は以下の工程で決定される。
キルンから排出されたクリンカの一部が採取される。採取されるクリンカは、画像撮影の対象となるクリンカであることが好ましい。すなわち、図1のクリンカ製造装置1では、ベルトコンベア5で搬送されるクリンカ、あるいは、クリンカクーラ3から排出されたクリンカであることが好ましい。
Specifically, the size threshold is determined by the following steps.
A portion of the clinker discharged from the kiln is harvested. The clinker to be collected is preferably the clinker to be imaged. That is, in the clinker manufacturing apparatus 1 of FIG. 1, the clinker is preferably conveyed by the
The collected clinker is classified for each predetermined size. As a classification method, it is preferable to measure the size of each clinker by image analysis as described above and classify the clinker into each set size range (classification diameter). However, in the present invention, a known classification method can also be used. Known classification methods include methods using a vibrating sieve machine, a low-tap sieve vibrating machine, a trommel, a grizzly screen, and the like. When a vibrating sieve machine is used, for example, a sieve specified in JIS Z 8801-1:2006 "Test sieve-Part 1: Metal mesh sieve" can be used.
分級されたクリンカについて、分級径毎に、アルカリ含有量、SO3含有量、塩素含有量、及び、フリーライム含有量のうちの少なくとも1つが測定される。アルカリ含有量及び塩素含有量、及び、SO3含有量は、JIS R 5204:2019「セメントの蛍光X線分析方法」に準拠して測定される。フリーライム含有量は、JCAS I-01「遊離酸化カルシウムの定量方法」に準拠して測定される。 At least one of the alkali content, SO 3 content, chlorine content and free lime content is measured on the classified clinker for each classified diameter. The alkali content, chlorine content, and SO 3 content are measured in accordance with JIS R 5204:2019 "Fluorescent X-ray analysis method for cement". The free lime content is measured according to JCAS I-01 "Method for quantifying free calcium oxide".
分級径毎に、得られた分析値を基準値と対比させる。分析値が基準値を満たさない(基準値を超える)分級径の下限値が、「サイズの閾値」に設定される。
ここで基準値とは、クリンカの品質管理基準値である。例えば、本発明の方法により製造されたクリンカをセメントに用いた場合に該セメントが規格を満たすように、各成分の基準値を決定することができる。
The obtained analysis value is compared with the reference value for each classified diameter. The lower limit of the classified diameter at which the analysis value does not satisfy the standard value (exceeds the standard value) is set as the "size threshold".
Here, the reference value is a quality control reference value for clinker. For example, when the clinker produced by the method of the present invention is used in cement, the standard values of each component can be determined so that the cement satisfies the standards.
上述したクリンカの分析及び閾値の設定は、選別工程以前に予め行うだけでなく、例えば、所定の運転時間経過したときなど定期的に、あるいは、燃焼条件や原料産地を変えた場合、得られるクリンカの品質を変更した場合など、条件を変更した場合に、分析及び閾値の設定を改めて行っても良い。また、本実施形態では、製造されるクリンカの要求品質により、サイズの閾値を適宜変更することができる。 The analysis of the clinker and the setting of the threshold value described above are not only performed in advance before the sorting process, but also periodically, for example, after a predetermined operation time has elapsed, or when the combustion conditions or raw material production area is changed. When the conditions are changed, such as when the quality of is changed, analysis and threshold setting may be performed again. Further, in the present embodiment, the size threshold can be appropriately changed depending on the required quality of the manufactured clinker.
本実施形態では、選別の第2段階として、円形度による判定を実施する。ステップS3では、円形度演算手段が、ステップS2で検出された、閾値以上のサイズを有する粒子について、円形度を算出する。円形度(C)は、下記式(1)で表される。
C=4πS/g2 ・・・(1)
C:円形度
S:画像から取得される粒子の面積
g:画像から取得される粒子の周囲長
面積(S)及び周囲長(g)は、上記したようにサイズ検出手段が画像を解析することによって得られる。従って、本実施形態では、サイズ検出手段が閾値以上のサイズを有する粒子について面積及び周囲長を取得し、円形度演算手段に送信する。円形度演算手段は、得られた面積(S)及び周囲長(g)を用い、各粒子の円形度(C)を算出する。
In the present embodiment, as the second stage of sorting, determination based on circularity is performed. In step S3, the circularity calculation means calculates the circularity of the particles detected in step S2 and having a size equal to or larger than the threshold. Circularity (C) is represented by the following formula (1).
C=4πS/g 2 (1)
C: Circularity S: Area of the particle obtained from the image g: Perimeter of the particle obtained from the image The area (S) and the perimeter (g) are determined by the size detection means analyzing the image as described above. obtained by Therefore, in this embodiment, the size detection means acquires the area and perimeter of particles having a size equal to or larger than the threshold value, and transmits them to the circularity calculation means. The circularity calculation means calculates the circularity (C) of each particle using the obtained area (S) and perimeter (g).
円形度演算手段には予め、円形度の設定範囲が格納されている。本実施形態では、円形度の設定範囲はC≧αである。αは円形度の閾値である。 A set range of circularity is stored in advance in the circularity computing means. In this embodiment, the setting range of circularity is C≧α. α is the circularity threshold.
The circularity threshold (α) is determined by the following steps.
First, particles having a size equal to or larger than a threshold value are extracted from the collected clinker. An image of the extracted particles is acquired, image analysis is performed, the area and perimeter of each particle are measured, and the degree of circularity is calculated. The particles are then graded according to their circularity.
At least one of the alkali content, SO3 content, chlorine content, free lime content is then measured for each stage. The obtained analysis value is compared with the reference value, and the upper limit of the circularity when the analysis value does not satisfy the reference value is set as the "circularity threshold (α)". Then, the range equal to or greater than the threshold value (α) is set as the “circularity setting range”.
ステップS4では、円形度演算手段が算出した円形度(C)が、設定範囲を満たすか否かが判断される。算出された円形度が設定範囲を満たす場合(C≧αの場合)、粒子は摘出されずにベルトコンベア5を通過する。その後、ステップS1に移行する。
算出された円形度が設定範囲を満たさない場合(C<αの場合)、制御部11の円形度演算手段は、該当する粒子を摘出する指令を摘出手段13に送信する。その後、ステップS5に移行する。
In step S4, it is determined whether or not the circularity (C) calculated by the circularity computing means satisfies the set range. When the calculated circularity satisfies the set range (when C≧α), the particles pass through the
When the calculated circularity does not satisfy the set range (when C<α), the circularity calculation means of the
A sufficiently burned clinker has a shape close to a sphere even if it has a certain size. Therefore, fully burned clinker has a high degree of circularity. Such clinker meets the criteria when at least one of alkali content, SO3 content, chlorine content and free lime content is measured.
On the other hand, clinker with a large particle size, which has grown due to insufficient combustion or coating, etc., often has an irregular shape. Also, since the coating is flaking off, it has an irregular shape. These clinker and coating have an irregular shape even after being crushed by a crusher like the clinker manufacturing apparatus illustrated in FIG. That is, particles with low circularity originate from large-sized clinker or coating, and contain high alkali content, SO3 content, chlorine content, and free lime content, and do not meet the standard values.
このように、円形度と各成分の含有量との間とに相関があることから、閾値以上のサイズを有する粒子の円形度を求め、その円形度によって、その粒子が大粒径のクリンカあるいはコーチングに由来するか否かを判断することができる。円形度の閾値は、クリンカに含まれるアルカリ含有量、SO3含有量、塩素含有量、及び、フリーライム(f-CaO)含有量の少なくとも1つに基づいて決定されることが好ましい。 In this way, since there is a correlation between the circularity and the content of each component, the circularity of particles having a size equal to or larger than the threshold value is obtained, and the circularity determines whether the particles are large-sized clinker or It can be determined whether or not it is derived from coaching. The circularity threshold is preferably determined based on at least one of the alkali content, SO 3 content, chlorine content and free lime (f-CaO) content in the clinker.
ステップS5において、摘出手段13が、円形度演算手段によって特定された粒子をベルトコンベア5上から外部に摘出する。その後、ステップS1に戻る。
なお、算出された円形度が設定範囲を満たす場合(C≧αの場合)、円形度算出手段は摘出手段13に指令を送信しない。このため、C≧αを満たす粒子は摘出されずにベルトコンベア5を通過する。その後、ステップS1に戻る。
In step S5, the extraction means 13 extracts the particles specified by the circularity calculation means from the
When the calculated circularity satisfies the set range (when C≧α), the circularity calculation means does not send a command to the extraction means 13 . Therefore, particles satisfying C≧α pass through the
As an extracting method, a robot such as the above-described parallel link robot or articulated robot, an air gun, or the like may be used to individually remove the specified particles from the belt conveyor. For example, a vacuum adsorption means can be provided at the tip of the robot, and the specified particles can be adsorbed to the tip of the robot and carried out. An arm may be provided at the tip of the robot, and the arm may grip and carry out the identified particles. In addition, it is possible to eject air from the air gun against the specified particles and eject the particles out of the belt conveyor.
As another extraction method, robots, dampers, wipers, flick rods, etc. may be used to remove the identified particles from the conveyor belt together with the surrounding small diameter clinker. For example, a vacuum hose can be placed at the tip of the robot to suck and remove clinker containing the identified particles. In addition, by switching the delivery route with a damper, the clinker containing the identified particles can be removed from the product. In this case, the removed clinker may be passed through a sieve, and the small-diameter clinker that has passed through the sieve may be returned onto the belt conveyor. By doing so, it is possible to remove only the particles remaining on the sieve that do not satisfy the predetermined quality, and to improve the yield of clinker.
本実施形態では、所定の品質を満たさない粒子を確実に除去するために、摘出対象となる粒子の位置情報を取得する位置情報取得工程を含むことが好ましい。制御部11は位置情報取得手段を更に含むことが好ましい。
In this embodiment, in order to reliably remove particles that do not satisfy a predetermined quality, it is preferable to include a position information acquisition step of acquiring position information of particles to be extracted. It is preferable that the
Specifically, the circularity computing means transmits information on particles (particles to be extracted) having a circularity less than a threshold to the positional information acquiring means. The information is an image acquired by the image acquisition means (including an image processed by the size detection means and the circularity calculation means).
The positional information obtaining means obtains positional information of the particles to be extracted that are being conveyed by the belt conveyor from the image, the conveying speed of the belt conveyor, and the like (positional information obtaining step). The positional information obtaining means transmits the obtained positional information to the extracting
Extraction means 13 grasps the position of the particle to be extracted based on the command sent from the circularity calculation means and the position information obtained from the position information acquisition means, and extracts the particle from the
このように、位置情報取得手段を用いることで、所定の品質を満たさない粗大な粒子を確実に除去することができる。この結果、得られるクリンカの品質を精度良く管理することが可能となる。 In this way, by using the positional information acquiring means, it is possible to reliably remove coarse particles that do not satisfy the predetermined quality. As a result, it is possible to accurately control the quality of the obtained clinker.
〔第2実施形態〕
図3は、本発明の第2実施形態に係るクリンカの製造方法のフロー図であり、特に選別工程を説明するための図である。第2実施形態は、摘出パラメータ取得手段が温度取得手段を含み、温度差(クリンカの平均温度と粒子の温度との差)を摘出パラメータとする例である。
[Second embodiment]
FIG. 3 is a flow diagram of a clinker manufacturing method according to a second embodiment of the present invention, and is a diagram particularly for explaining the sorting process. The second embodiment is an example in which the extraction parameter acquisition means includes temperature acquisition means, and the temperature difference (the difference between the average temperature of the clinker and the temperature of the particles) is used as the extraction parameter.
In step S<b>1 , the image acquisition means 12 takes an image of particles on the
The image acquisition means 12 transmits the visible light image to the size detection means of the
ステップS2では、サイズ検出手段が、第1実施形態と同じ工程で閾値以上のサイズを有する粒子を検出する。サイズ検出手段は、解析した画像など、検出した粒子の情報を温度取得手段に送信する。 In step S2, the size detection means detects particles having a size equal to or larger than the threshold in the same process as in the first embodiment. The size detection means transmits information about the detected particles, such as an analyzed image, to the temperature acquisition means.
In step S11, the temperature acquisition means superimposes the temperature distribution image and the image processed by the size detection means. Then, the average value of the temperature of the entire clinker present in the temperature distribution image (hereinafter referred to as "average temperature") and the temperature of each particle having a size equal to or larger than the threshold (hereinafter referred to as "particle temperature") are calculated. get. The difference (T) between the average temperature and the temperature of the particles is then obtained from equation (2). That is, the temperature difference T is the difference between the average temperature of the clinker discharged from the kiln and the temperature of particles having a size equal to or greater than the threshold.
Temperature difference T = (particle temperature) - (average temperature) (2)
温度取得手段には予め、温度差の設定範囲が格納されている。本実施形態では、温度差の設定範囲はT<βである。βは温度差の閾値である。 The setting range of the temperature difference is stored in advance in the temperature acquisition means. In this embodiment, the setting range of the temperature difference is T<β. β is the temperature difference threshold.
The temperature difference threshold (β) is determined by the following steps.
First, particles having a size equal to or larger than a threshold value are extracted from the collected clinker. A temperature distribution image of the extracted particles is obtained and image analysis is performed to obtain the temperature difference with respect to the average temperature for each particle according to the above definition. The particles are then separated into stages based on the temperature difference.
At least one of the alkali content, SO3 content, chlorine content, free lime content is then measured for each stage. The obtained analysis value is compared with the reference value, and the lower limit of the temperature difference when the analysis value does not satisfy the reference value is set as the "temperature difference threshold (β)". Then, the range below the threshold value (β) is set as the "setting range of temperature difference".
ステップS12において、温度取得手段は、取得した温度差(T)が、設定範囲を満たすか否かを判断する。取得した温度が設定範囲を満たす場合(T<βの場合)、粒子は摘出されずにベルトコンベア5を通過する。その後、ステップS1に移行する。
取得した温度差が設定範囲を満たさない場合(T≧βの場合)、制御部11の温度取得手段は、該当する粒子を摘出する指令を摘出手段13に送信する。その後、ステップS5に移行する。
In step S12, the temperature acquisition means determines whether the acquired temperature difference (T) satisfies the set range. When the acquired temperature satisfies the set range (when T<β), the particles pass through the
When the obtained temperature difference does not satisfy the set range (when T≧β), the temperature obtaining means of the
A clinker with a large grain size tends to have a slower cooling rate than a clinker with a small grain size due to its large heat capacity. In the case where a crusher is provided as in the clinker manufacturing apparatus illustrated in FIG. tend to be high. Coatings likewise tend to be at higher temperatures due to their higher heat capacity than small particle size clinker. That is, particles that are warmer than ambient are believed to originate from large particle size clinker or coating. For this reason, particles with a temperature higher than ambient have high alkali content, SO 3 content, chlorine content and free lime content and do not meet the criteria.
このように、温度差と各成分の含有量との間とに相関があることから、閾値以上のサイズを有する粒子についてクリンカ全体の平均温度との差を取得し、該温度差に基づいて大粒径のクリンカあるいはコーチングに由来するか否かを判断することができる。温度差の閾値は、クリンカに含まれるアルカリ含有量、SO3含有量、塩素含有量、及び、フリーライム(f-CaO)含有量の少なくとも1つに基づいて決定されることが好ましい。 In this way, since there is a correlation between the temperature difference and the content of each component, the difference between the average temperature of the entire clinker and the particles having a size equal to or larger than the threshold value is obtained. It can be determined whether it is due to particle size clinker or coating. The temperature difference threshold is preferably determined based on at least one of the alkali content, SO 3 content, chlorine content and free lime (f-CaO) content in the clinker.
ステップS5では、摘出手段13が、温度取得手段によって特定された粒子をベルトコンベア5上から外部に摘出する。その後、ステップS1に戻る。
なお、取得した温度差が設定範囲を満たす場合(T<βの場合)、温度取得手段は摘出手段13に指令を送信しない。このため、T<βを満たす粒子は摘出されずにベルトコンベア5を通過する。その後、ステップS1に戻る。

[Third embodiment]
FIG. 4 is a flow diagram of a clinker manufacturing method according to a third embodiment of the present invention, and is a diagram specifically for explaining the sorting process. The third embodiment is an example in which the extraction parameter acquisition means includes L * value calculation means and the L * value is used as the extraction parameter. Here, the “L * value” is the L * value (brightness) of the CIE (International Commission on Illumination) L * a * b * color system.
ステップS1では、画像取得手段12が、ベルトコンベア5上の粒子の画像を撮影する。撮影される画像は、可視光画像である。可視光画像は公知の手段により撮影される。撮影された画像は、制御部11のサイズ検出手段に送信される。
In step S<b>1 , the image acquisition means 12 takes an image of particles on the
ステップS2では、サイズ検出手段が、第1実施形態と同じ工程で閾値以上のサイズを有する粒子を検出する。サイズ検出手段は、解析した画像など、検出した粒子の情報をL*値演算手段に送信する。 In step S2, the size detection means detects particles having a size equal to or larger than the threshold in the same process as in the first embodiment. The size detection means sends information about the detected particles, such as the analyzed image, to the L * value calculation means.
ステップ21では、L*値演算手段が、取得した画像に基づいて閾値以上のサイズを有する粒子について、L*値を演算する。
L*値の演算には、公知の方法を用いることができる。例えば、取得した画像中で該粒子に対応する画素について、RGB値の平均値を算出する。その平均値をグレースケールに変換したときの明度を、粒子のL*値とする。
In step 21, the L * value calculation means calculates the L * value for particles having a size equal to or larger than the threshold based on the acquired image.
A known method can be used to calculate the L * value. For example, average values of RGB values are calculated for pixels corresponding to the particles in the acquired image. The lightness when the average value is converted to gray scale is taken as the L * value of the particles.
L*値演算手段には予め、L*値の設定範囲が格納されている。本実施形態では、L*値の設定範囲はL*<γである。γはL*値の閾値である。 The setting range of the L * value is stored in advance in the L * value calculation means. In this embodiment, the setting range of the L * value is L * <γ. γ is the threshold for the L * value.
The threshold value (γ) of the L * value is determined by the following steps.
First, particles having a size equal to or larger than a threshold value are extracted from the collected clinker. Further image analysis is performed to obtain the L * value for each particle. The particles are then graded based on the L * value.
At least one of the alkali content, SO3 content, chlorine content, free lime content is then measured for each stage. The obtained analysis value is compared with the reference value, and the lower limit value when the analysis value does not satisfy the reference value is set as the "L * value threshold (γ)". Then, the range larger than the threshold value (γ) is set as the “L * value setting range”.
ステップ22では、L*値演算手段が、算出したL*値(L*)が、設定範囲を満たすか否かを判断する。取得したL*値が設定範囲を満たす場合(L*<γの場合)、粒子は摘出されずにベルトコンベア5を通過する。その後、ステップS1に移行する。
取得したL*値が設定範囲を満たさない場合(L*≧γの場合)、制御部11のL*値取得手段は、該当する粒子を摘出する指令を摘出手段13に送信する。その後、ステップS5に移行する。
At step 22, the L * value computing means determines whether the calculated L * value (L * ) satisfies the set range. When the acquired L * value satisfies the set range (when L * <γ), the particles pass through the

Clinkers with a large particle size burn poorly, resulting in a large L * value. On the other hand, sufficiently burned clinker has a small L * value. That is, there is a correlation between the particle size of the clinker discharged from the rotary kiln and the L * value. Also, since the coating is generally white, it has a large L * value. Coatings contain particularly high amounts of chlorine. That is, particles with high L * values are believed to originate from large particle size clinker or coating. Therefore, particles with a large L * value contain large amounts of alkali content, SO 3 content, chlorine content, and free lime content, and do not satisfy the standard values.
このように、L*値と各成分の含有量との間とに相関があることから、閾値以上のサイズを有する粒子のL*値を取得し、そのL*値によって、その粒子が大粒径のクリンカあるいはコーチングに由来するか否かを判断することができる。L*値の閾値は、クリンカに含まれるアルカリ含有量、SO3含有量、塩素含有量、及び、フリーライム(f-CaO)含有量の少なくとも1つに基づいて決定されることが好ましい。 In this way, since there is a correlation between the L * value and the content of each component, the L * value of particles having a size equal to or larger than the threshold value is obtained, and the L * value indicates that the particle is a large particle. It can be determined whether it comes from diameter clinker or coating. The L * value threshold is preferably determined based on at least one of the alkali content, SO 3 content, chlorine content and free lime (f-CaO) content in the clinker.

<実施例1>
クリンカクーラから排出された後ジョークラッシャ-で粉砕されたクリンカを採取した。採取直後に採取したクリンカを、粒子同士が重ならないように平面上に広げた。この状態で、CCDカメラを用いて可視光画像を撮影した。
<Example 1>
After discharged from the clinker cooler, the clinker crushed by the jaw crusher was collected. The clinker collected immediately after collection was spread on a flat surface so that the particles did not overlap each other. In this state, a visible light image was taken using a CCD camera.
得られた可視光画像を処理し、画像中の各粒子の面積を取得した。更に、得られた面積から、等価面積径(粒子を真球と見なしたときの半径)を算出した。
得られた等価面積径に基づいて、各粒子を以下の段階に分別した。
(A-1)等価面積径50mm以上
(A-2)等価面積径30mm以上50mm未満
(A-3)等価面積径15mm以上30mm未満
(A-4)等価面積径15mm未満
The resulting visible light image was processed to obtain the area of each particle in the image. Furthermore, from the obtained area, the equivalent area diameter (the radius when the particles are regarded as true spheres) was calculated.
Based on the obtained equivalent area diameter, each particle was classified into the following stages.
(A-1) Equivalent area diameter of 50 mm or more (A-2) Equivalent area diameter of 30 mm or more and less than 50 mm (A-3) Equivalent area diameter of 15 mm or more and less than 30 mm (A-4) Equivalent area diameter of less than 15 mm
A portion of the particles was extracted from each fractionated stage, and the contents of alkaline components, chlorine, SO 3 and free lime were measured as follows. Table 1 shows the results.
(1) Alkali component ( R 2 O), chloride ion (Cl) content, SO 3 content Fluorescent X-ray Analysis Method for Cement".
(2) Content of Free Lime (f-CaO) The content of free lime in clinker was measured according to JCAS I-01 "Method for quantifying free calcium oxide".
実施例1では、セメント工場におけるクリンカ製造の管理基準に基づいて、アルカリ成分、塩化物イオン、SO3、f-CaOの含有率の基準値を、それぞれ0.65%、0.025%、0.8%、1%とする。各基準値のすべてを満たす段階は、A-3及びA-4である。この結果から、サイズの閾値は、基準値を満たさない成分がある(基準値を超える)段階であるA-2の下限値(30mm)に設定される。 In Example 1, based on the control standards for clinker production in cement plants, the reference values for the contents of alkaline components, chloride ions, SO 3 and f-CaO were set to 0.65%, 0.025%, and 0.025%, respectively. .8%, 1%. The stages that meet all of the criteria are A-3 and A-4. Based on this result, the size threshold is set to the lower limit (30 mm) of A-2, which is the stage where there is a component that does not satisfy the standard value (exceeds the standard value).
次いで、等価面積径が30mm以上の粒子(段階A-1及びA-2)を、粒子同士が重ならないように平面上に広げた。この状態で、CCDカメラを用いて可視光画像を撮影した。
得られた可視光画像を処理し、画像中の各粒子の面積及び周囲長を取得した。面積と周囲長とから、式(1)により各粒子の円形度を算出した。
Next, the particles having an equivalent area diameter of 30 mm or more (stages A-1 and A-2) were spread on a plane so that the particles did not overlap each other. In this state, a visible light image was taken using a CCD camera.
The resulting visible light image was processed to obtain the area and perimeter of each particle in the image. The circularity of each particle was calculated from the area and the perimeter using the formula (1).
得られた円形度に基づいて、各段階の粒子を更に以下の段階に分別した。
(B-1)円形度0.75以上
(B-2)円形度0.65以上0.57未満
(B-3)円形度0.55以上0.65未満
(B-4)円形度0.55未満
Based on the circularity obtained, the particles at each stage were further classified into the following stages.
(B-1) Circularity of 0.75 or more (B-2) Circularity of 0.65 or more and less than 0.57 (B-3) Circularity of 0.55 or more and less than 0.65 (B-4) Circularity of 0.65 or more less than 55
分別された各段階から粒子の一部を抽出し、アルカリ成分、塩化物イオン、SO3、フリーライムの含有率を、上記(1)~(2)に従い測定した。表2に結果を示す。 A part of the particles was extracted from each fractionated stage, and the contents of alkaline components, chloride ions, SO 3 and free lime were measured according to the above (1) and (2). Table 2 shows the results.
上述した各成分の基準値に照らすと、すべての基準値を満たす段階は、B-1及びB-2である。この結果から、円形度の閾値は、基準値を満たさない成分がある段階であるB-3の上限値(0.65)に設定される。すなわち、等価面積径が30mm以上の粒子のうち、円形度が0.65未満の粒子は、要求される品質を満たさない粒子であり、この粒子を全クリンカの中から抽出することにより、得られるクリンカが上述の基準値を超えることを防止することが可能である。 In light of the criteria for each component described above, the stages that meet all criteria are B-1 and B-2. Based on this result, the circularity threshold is set to the upper limit value (0.65) of B-3, which is the level at which there are components that do not satisfy the reference value. That is, among particles with an equivalent area diameter of 30 mm or more, particles with a circularity of less than 0.65 are particles that do not satisfy the required quality, and are obtained by extracting these particles from all clinker. It is possible to prevent the clinker from exceeding the above mentioned reference values.
<実施例2>
実施例1と同ロットのクリンカを採取した。採取直後に採取したクリンカを、粒子同士が重ならないように平面上に広げた。この状態で、CCDカメラを用いて可視光画像を撮影した。また、サーモグラフィを用いて温度分布画像を撮影した。
<Example 2>
The same lot of clinker as in Example 1 was collected. The clinker collected immediately after collection was spread on a flat surface so that the particles did not overlap each other. In this state, a visible light image was taken using a CCD camera. Moreover, the temperature distribution image was image|photographed using the thermography.
The resulting visible light image was processed to obtain the area of each particle in the image. Furthermore, from the obtained area, the equivalent area diameter (the radius when the particles are regarded as true spheres) was calculated. Based on the results of Example 1, the difference between the average temperature and the temperature of each particle was obtained for each particle having an equivalent area diameter of 30 mm or more. The average temperature was 155°C.
Based on the obtained temperature difference, particles having an equivalent area diameter of 30 mm or more were classified into the following stages.
(C-1) Temperature difference +100°C or more (C-2) Temperature difference +50°C or more and less than +100°C (C-3) Temperature difference -50°C or more and less than +50°C (C-4) Temperature difference less than -50°C
分別された各段階から粒子の一部を抽出し、アルカリ成分、塩化物イオン、SO3、フリーライムの含有率を、上記(1)~(2)に従い測定した。表3に結果を示す。 A part of the particles was extracted from each fractionated stage, and the contents of alkaline components, chloride ions, SO 3 and free lime were measured according to the above (1) and (2). Table 3 shows the results.
In Example 2, there were no particles with an equivalent area diameter of 30 mm or more that were classified as stage C-4.
In light of the criteria for each component described above, the stage that satisfies all criteria is C-3. From this result, the temperature difference threshold is set to the lower limit of C-2 (+50° C.), which is the stage where there is a component that does not meet the reference value. That is, among particles with an equivalent area diameter of 30 mm or more, particles with a temperature difference of +50° C. or more are particles that do not satisfy the required quality. By extracting these particles out of the total clinker, it is possible to prevent the resulting clinker from exceeding the above mentioned reference values.
<実施例3>
実施例1と同ロットのクリンカを採取した。採取直後に採取したクリンカを、粒子同士が重ならないように平面上に広げた。この状態で、CCDカメラを用いて可視光画像を撮影した。
<Example 3>
The same lot of clinker as in Example 1 was collected. The clinker collected immediately after collection was spread on a flat surface so that the particles did not overlap each other. In this state, a visible light image was taken using a CCD camera.
The resulting visible light image was processed to obtain the area of each particle in the image. Furthermore, from the obtained area, the equivalent area diameter (the radius when the particles are regarded as true spheres) was calculated. Based on the results of Example 1, for each particle having an equivalent area diameter of 30 mm or more, the L * value was calculated based on the visible light image.
Based on the obtained L * value, particles having an equivalent area diameter of 30 mm or more were classified into the following grades.
(D-1) L * value of 240 or more (D-2) L * value of 200 or more and less than 240 (D-3) L * value of 150 or more and less than 200 (D-4) L * value of less than 150
分別された各段階から粒子の一部を抽出し、アルカリ成分、塩化物イオン、SO3、フリーライムの含有率を、上記(1)~(2)に従い測定した。表4に結果を示す。 A part of the particles was extracted from each fractionated stage, and the contents of alkaline components, chloride ions, SO 3 and free lime were measured according to the above (1) and (2). Table 4 shows the results.
上述した各成分の基準値に照らすと、すべての基準値を満たす段階は、D-3及びD-4である。この結果から、L*値の閾値は、基準値を満たさない成分がある段階であるD-2の下限値(200)に設定される。すなわち、等価面積径が30mm以上の粒子のうち、L*値が200以上の粒子は、要求される品質を満たさない粒子である。この粒子を全クリンカの中から抽出することにより、得られるクリンカが上述の基準値を超えることを防止することが可能である。 In light of the criteria for each component described above, the stages that meet all criteria are D-3 and D-4. Based on this result, the threshold for the L * value is set to the lower limit of D-2 (200), which is the level at which there are components that do not satisfy the reference value. That is, among particles with an equivalent area diameter of 30 mm or more, particles with an L * value of 200 or more are particles that do not satisfy the required quality. By extracting these particles out of the total clinker, it is possible to prevent the resulting clinker from exceeding the above mentioned reference values.
