Claims (13)
- 所定の収容空間が設けられるパックケースと、
前記パックケース内に収容され、相互に積層される複数のバッテリーセルを備える複数のバッテリーモジュールと、
前記複数のバッテリーセルの積層方向に平行な方向で前記複数のバッテリーモジュールを区画するように配置される少なくとも一つの区画断熱部材と、
前記複数のバッテリーモジュールを電気的に接続する複数のバスバー部材と、
前記複数のバスバー部材と接続される複数のリレーユニットと、
前記複数のリレーユニットと接続され、前記パックケースの内部一側に設けられる外部抵抗ユニットとを含む、バッテリーパックであって、
前記複数のバッテリーモジュールは、前記複数のバッテリーセルの積層方向に沿って配置される複数の第1バッテリーモジュールアセンブリと、前記第1バッテリーモジュールアセンブリと前記パックケースの幅方向で所定の距離だけ離隔して配置され、前記積層方向に沿って配置される複数の第2バッテリーモジュールアセンブリと、を含み、
前記積層方向に隣り合う前記バッテリーモジュール同士の間には区画断熱部材が設けられない、バッテリーパック。 - 所定の収容空間が設けられるパックケースと、
前記パックケース内に収容され、相互に積層される複数のバッテリーセルを備える複数のバッテリーモジュールと、
前記複数のバッテリーセルの積層方向に平行な方向で前記複数のバッテリーモジュールを区画するように配置される少なくとも一つの区画断熱部材と、
前記複数のバッテリーモジュールを電気的に接続する複数のバスバー部材と、
前記複数のバスバー部材と接続される複数のリレーユニットと、
前記複数のリレーユニットと接続され、前記パックケースの内部一側に設けられる外部抵抗ユニットとを含む、バッテリーパックであって、
前記パックケース内に備えられ、前記外部抵抗ユニットと前記複数のバッテリーモジュールとを区画するように配置される抵抗断熱部材を含む、バッテリーパック。 - 前記複数のバッテリーモジュールは、
複数が備えられ、前記パックケースの長手方向に沿って相互に所定の距離だけ離隔して配置される第1バッテリーモジュールアセンブリと、
前記第1バッテリーモジュールアセンブリと前記パックケースの幅方向で所定の距離だけ離隔して配置され、複数が備えられて前記パックケースの長手方向に沿って相互に所定の距離だけ離隔して配置される第2バッテリーモジュールアセンブリとを含む、請求項2に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記第1バッテリーモジュールアセンブリ及び前記第2バッテリーモジュールアセンブリのバッテリーモジュールのバッテリーセルは、前記パックケースの長手方向に沿って相互に積層される、請求項3に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記少なくとも一つの区画断熱部材は、前記第1バッテリーモジュールアセンブリと前記第2バッテリーモジュールアセンブリとの間に配置される、請求項4に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記第1バッテリーモジュールアセンブリ及び前記第2バッテリーモジュールアセンブリのバッテリーモジュールのバッテリーセルは、前記パックケースの幅方向に沿って相互に積層される、請求項3に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記区画断熱部材は、複数が備えられ、
前記複数の区画断熱部材は、前記パックケースの長手方向に沿って、前記第1バッテリーモジュールアセンブリ及び前記第2バッテリーモジュールアセンブリのそれぞれのバッテリーモジュール同士の間に配置される、請求項6に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記複数のバスバー部材のうち前記パックケースの一側端部に配置されるバスバー部材は、外部電源と電気的に接続される、請求項2~7のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記抵抗断熱部材は、前記パックケースの他側端部に配置される、請求項8に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記複数のバッテリーモジュールと電気的に接続され、複数が備えられる温度センサを含む、請求項1~9のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記リレーユニット、前記外部抵抗ユニット及び前記温度センサと電気的に接続され、前記温度センサで感知された温度情報に基づいて前記リレーユニットの動作を制御する制御ユニットを含む、請求項10に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記外部抵抗ユニットは、前記パックケースから分離自在に前記パックケースに取り付けられる、請求項1~11のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 請求項1~12のいずれか一項に記載の少なくとも一つのバッテリーパックを含む、自動車。
