Description

The present invention provides a magnifying glass (loupe) that can be superimposed on the glasses that are worn all the time, sunglasses, protective glasses worn by workers in the field to protect their eyes, and glasses on both sides of the front part of the glasses. It relates to the attached temples.

There are various types of eyeglasses, such as glasses worn by people with nearsightedness, glasses worn by old people (reading glasses), sunglasses worn to block glare, and even protection from strong light during welding work. A wide variety of spectacles are known, such as protective spectacles that can protect
Moreover, even when spectacles are used for the same purpose, the appearance and design of the spectacles vary, and there are nearly countless types of spectacles.

On the other hand, in recent years, loupe-type glasses that function as magnifying glasses are often used on top of the glasses that are usually worn. This magnifying glass is a magnifying glass that can be hung on the face like ordinary glasses. can also be read. That is, characters that cannot be read because they are too small to be read with reading glasses alone can be clearly seen and read by being magnified.

However, this magnifying glass (magnifying glass) is worn after each person's eyesight is secured, and originally, a person with poor eyesight cannot wear and use only a magnifying glass. That is, it is necessary to wear eyeglasses capable of correcting vision and then wear the magnifying glass.
The same is true for sunglasses, and people with poor eyesight need corrective glasses and must wear sunglasses on top of that.

As shown in FIG. 6, a magnifying glass (loupe-type glasses) is hung over the glasses that are worn all the time. It can be hung by locking onto the top.
The magnifying glass (A) also has the same basic shape as conventional spectacles, and has a front part (B) and both temples (C), (C), and the front part (B) is a wide (D) It has a structure in which a lens (e) is attached to the The above-mentioned wading (d) is always worn and placed on the front part of the eyeglasses, and the temples (c) and (c) are engaged with the side of the head so that the eyeglasses can be worn without dropping.
However, the magnifying glass (A) that is hung over the glasses that are worn all the time is not stable, shifts in position, and sometimes falls off the face.

In recent years, this type of magnifying glass has been marketed under the name of "hazuki loupe" or "smart eye". However, it lacks stability when worn on the face, and the position shifts, making it necessary to reapply it from time to time.
"Glasses with a magnifying glass" according to Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2001-350123 are glasses worn by a surgeon during an operation, and the magnifying glass is easily detachable and integrated with the glasses. That is, a link body extends from the front part, arms extending to both sides are attached to the ends of the link body, magnifying glasses are attached to the arms, and the distance between both magnifying glasses can be freely changed. there is
However, the "glasses with a magnifying glass" are not intended to be worn in combination with the glasses that are always worn when reading newspapers or magazines.
"Glasses with a magnifying glass" according to JP-A-2001-350123

As described above, glasses that can be worn over the glasses worn on a daily basis have the above problems. The problem to be solved by the present invention is to solve this problem, and to provide spectacles that can be worn stably without displacement, and temples that constitute the spectacles.
Here, target glasses include not only magnifying glasses (loupes) but also sunglasses and protective glasses used during work.

The spectacles according to the present invention have a front part and two temples (cradles), and the basic structure is the same as that of the conventional one. is characterized by
The temple is connected to the front part so that it can be folded, but unlike conventional hinges, it does not use a hinge as a joint. have holes.

On both sides of the front portion, a pair of through holes are provided at a predetermined interval, and the semicircular hook-shaped joints are engaged with these two holes. That is, two points of a substantially semicircular hook-shaped joint are fitted into two through-holes, and the shaft hole of the hook-shaped joint is fitted into the shaft portion between the two holes, and the temple is turned and folded, and the hook is folded. The shape joint can stably rotate and slide along the two holes.
Here, the shaft portion provided in the front portion that fits into the shaft hole of the hook-and-loop joint is not necessarily limited to the case where it is provided between the pair of two holes.

The temple extends from the semi-circular hook-shaped joint toward the distal end, but is divided into an upper piece and a lower piece from the base and extends obliquely upward and downward. A space is formed between the upper piece and the lower piece. Then, when the height dimension is maximized, the upper piece and the lower piece extend inclined upward and downward toward the tip portion side, so that the height dimension is reduced, and the tip portion intersects with each other to form one piece. becomes. However, the shape in which the upper piece and the lower piece are inclined is not limited.

By the way, the method of attaching the temple is to insert the tip of the small vertical dimension through the through hole provided in the front part, and push it in until the semicircular hook-shaped joint fits into the two holes and the shaft part fits into the shaft hole. be
The hook-shaped joint is guided by two holes on the circumference, and the shaft is fitted in the shaft hole, so that it can be stably rotated and the temple can be folded without rattling.

Since the temple has a space between it and is composed of an inclined upper piece and a lower piece, the upper and lower pieces can be bent and deformed to be inserted through the through hole. Then, the joint once fitted into the two through-holes is attached so as not to come off.
Further, when the shaft portion is provided without providing two through holes at the side ends of the front portion, it can be directly fitted into the shaft hole of the hook-type joint.

The basic form of the spectacles according to the present invention consists of a front portion and two temples, and is common to conventional spectacles. The temple is divided into an upper piece and a lower piece from a substantially semicircular hook-shaped joint, and a space is formed between the temples, so that the temples of the spectacles that the wearer normally wears fit and engage with the space. Therefore, the temples of the eyeglasses that are worn on top of each other are positioned and stabilized without shifting.
Moreover, the temples are not pressed by being fitted in the space, so that the sides of the face do not feel pain even when worn for a long period of time.

The hook-shaped joints of the temples constituting the spectacles of the present invention are approximately semicircular, and the joints are engaged with two pairs of holes penetrating the front portion so that they can be stably rotated and folded. is connected to That is, there are no end pieces on both sides of the front portion, so that the folded temples can fit in the front portion with almost no space and can be folded compactly.
Of course, it is simpler than the conventional temple joint structure for spectacles, and the manufacturing cost is low.

1(a) is a plan view and FIG. 1(b) is a front view of an embodiment of spectacles according to the present invention. 1 shows a side view of an embodiment of spectacles according to the invention; When two through holes are provided in pairs on the side of the front part. A specific example showing the temple of the spectacles according to the present invention. FIG. 2 is an enlarged cross-sectional view of an upper piece that constitutes a temple; An example of conventional use in which another pair of glasses is layered on top of the glasses that one wears all the time.

1 and 2 show an embodiment of spectacles according to the present invention, where (a) in FIG. 1 is a plan view, (b) is a front view, and FIG. 2 is a side view. In FIG. 1, reference numeral 1 denotes a front portion, and 2 denotes a temple. The front portion 1 is composed of a lens 3, and the lens 3 has continuous left and right lens portions 3a and 3b.
A concave portion 4 is formed on the lower side of the central portion of the lens 3, and a nose pad 5 is attached to this concave portion 4. -

The temples 2, 2 are connected to both sides of the lens 3 forming the front part 1, and the temples 2, 2 are folded.
As shown in the figure, the lens of the front part 1 is not a general hinge-type joint that has been used frequently in the past, but a substantially semicircular hook-shaped joint 6 provided at the base of the temple 2 . 3 is engaged with the shaft portion 7 formed in the . Therefore, the temple 2 turns around the shaft portion 7 and is folded.

FIG. 3 is an enlarged view showing a side portion of the lens 3 through which are passed two holes 8a and 8b provided at a predetermined distance. Between the holes 8a and 8b, there is a shaft portion 7 with which the hook joint 6 of the temple 2 is engaged.
As shown in FIG. 1(a), a substantially semicircular hook-shaped joint 6 engages a shaft portion 7, the temple 2 can pivot about the shaft portion 7, and the temple 2 can folded.
In this case, the lens 3 has two holes 8a and 8b penetrating therethrough, so that the semicircular hook-shaped joint 6 is not only fitted to the shaft portion 7, but also fitted to both holes 8a and 8b. The folding operation of the temple 2 is stabilized because it is guided to turn.

As shown in FIG. 4, a concrete example of the temple 2 has an overall arcuate shape with a key joint 6 formed at the base. The hook joint 6 has a substantially semicircular shape and has a shaft hole 9 in the center, into which the shaft portion 7 of the front portion 1 is fitted so that the temple 2 can be connected.
Also, the hook-type joint 6 is guided by being engaged with two holes 8a and 8b. The distal end portion 10 of the temple 2 is flexed and deformed inwardly from the hook-shaped joint 6 provided at the base portion, and when the eyeglasses are worn, the back of the head can be embraced.

As shown in the front view of the temple 2 in FIG. 2, a large space 11 is formed. The temple 2 has a hook-shaped joint 6 at its base, and is bifurcated from the hook-shaped joint 6 into an upper piece 12 and a lower piece 13. The base-side upper piece 12a extends slightly upward and the base-side lower piece 13a. extends slightly downward. Therefore, the height dimension of the temple 2 is gradually expanded halfway.
Further, the upper piece 12 has a tip-side upper piece 12b that extends downward from the middle. Similarly, the tip-side lower piece 13b extends obliquely upward to reduce the height dimension of the temple 2, and the tip-side upper piece 12b and the tip-side lower piece 13b intersect at the tip to form the tip 10. there is

As described above, the temple 2 is composed of two upper and lower pieces 12 and 13 separated from each other, so that there is a space 11 between the upper and lower pieces 12 and 13 . The relatively thin upper piece 12 and lower piece 13 are excellent in elasticity, so that they can be flexed and deformed when an external force acts thereon. shrinks. Of course, when the eyeglasses are worn, the occipital region can be embraced with an appropriate pressing force due to the bending deformation of the temples 2 in the outward direction.

By the way, when the temple 2 is attached to the front portion 1, the thin tip portion 10 is inserted through the hole 8b and pushed. At this time, although the distance between the tip-side upper piece 12b and the tip-side lower piece 13b is increased, the upper piece 12 and the lower piece 13 can be pushed into the hole 8b by bending and deforming.
The distance between the upper piece 12 and the lower piece 13 of the temple 2 becomes maximum in the middle, but it becomes narrower from the middle toward the base, and the shaft 7 is inserted into the shaft hole 9 provided in the key joint 6 formed in the base. can fit in.

The hook-shaped joint 6 having a substantially semicircular shape is fitted with the shaft portion 7 in the shaft hole 9, and the outer peripheral portion can be engaged across both holes 8a and 8b, so that the hook-shaped joint 6 does not rattle. Stabilize. Once the hook-shaped joint 6 is engaged with both holes 8a and 8b and attached, it will not come off easily. That is, the temple 2 cannot escape from the hole 8b by increasing the height dimension of the upper piece 12 and the lower piece 13 extending from the base.

FIG. 5 shows an enlarged sectional view of the upper piece 12 in FIG. As shown in the figure, the AA cross section near the base and the tip side has a square cross section, and the BB cross section, which is the other area, has a trapezoidal cross section, and the lower surface 14 is inclined.
By the way, when wearing the spectacles of the present invention, the temples (f) of the spectacles that the wearer normally wears are fitted into the spaces 11 formed in the temples 2 and are positioned. Since the lower surface 14 of the upper piece 12 is slanted, the slanted lower surface 14 can be locked to the temple (F), and the worn spectacles are stabilized without the upper piece 12 being displaced.

Although resin spectacles have been described as a specific example in the above embodiment, it is also possible to construct the spectacles as a metal frame. The shape of the front portion 1 is not particularly limited, and the shape of the lens 3 is also free.
