Description

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a fluid device piping connection structure for connecting a fluid device such as a bathtub cleaning nozzle and a piping member such as a hose.

The present applicant has proposed a bathtub cleaning nozzle that is attached to the bottom of a bathtub and used to clean the bathtub by spraying washing water toward the inside of the bathtub (see Patent Document 1). ). A piping member for supplying cleaning water must be connected to such a bathtub cleaning nozzle in a manner that prevents it from coming off. On the other hand, the bathtub cleaning nozzle must be installed in the space formed between the bottom of the bathtub and the bottom of the bathtub and the floor of the bathroom. There are many. Therefore, it is desired that the connecting portion between the bathtub cleaning nozzle and the piping member be as small as possible in the vertical direction.

On the other hand, conventionally, as pipe connection means, joints with various structures have been proposed, such as one that uses a simple stopper to prevent the pipe from coming off (for example, Patent Documents 2 to 4, etc.).
However, these conventional joints tend to be bulky over the entire outer circumference of the piping member, and have a structure that is relatively large not only in width but also in length. This is not very suitable for installation in narrow spaces.

Japanese Patent No. 4231676

The present invention has been conceived under the circumstances described above, and aims to reduce the thickness of the connecting portion between a fluid device such as a bathtub cleaning nozzle and a piping member, and is suitable for installation in a narrow space. An object of the present invention is to provide a fluid device piping connection structure that can be used as a fluid device.

In order to solve the above problems, the present invention takes the following technical means.

A fluid device pipe connection structure provided by the present invention includes a fluid device having a joint tubular portion; a piping member connected to the fluid device with one end fitted to the joint tubular portion; and a stopper that is attached to the outer surface of the piping member and restricts movement of the piping member in the axial direction. a pair of left and right first and second stopper wall portions which are provided so as to protrude from the joint cylindrical portion to both sides in the lateral width direction thereof and are opposed to each other with a gap in the axial direction of the joint cylindrical portion; The first and second stopper walls are provided on the stopper so as to protrude on both sides in the lateral width direction and restrict the movement of the stopper with respect to the joint tubular portion in the axial direction. a pair of left and right protrusions disposed in the gap between the parts , the stopper is formed using a strip-shaped metal plate, and the width of the opening formed in a part is A bifurcated member having elastic properties that can be expanded and contracted, and is attachable to the piping member from the outer side so as to surround the circumference of the piping member, and the pair of left and right protrusions are curved portions. The pair of second stopper wall portions are connected to the pair of first stopper wall portions via a pair of side wall portions, and both sides of the gap in the width direction is closed by the pair of side walls, and the top or bottom of each pair of the first and second stopper walls prevents the stopper from rotating around the piping member more than a certain amount. , a pair of third stopper wall portions that can abut on the pair of projecting portions are provided, and the lower or upper portion of the gap on the side opposite to the pair of third stopper wall portions is , through which the fastener can be inserted into the gap and attached to the outer surface of the piping member .
In the present invention, the fluid device may be a bathtub cleaning nozzle attached to a bathtub and for injecting washing water into the bathtub, or a component thereof.

According to such a configuration, since the first and second stopper wall portions provided on the fluid device and the projecting portion of the stopper are engaged with each other, it is possible to prevent the fluid device and the piping member from coming off. In addition to being able to connect in an appropriate state, the following effects can be obtained.
The first and second stopper walls provided on the joint tubular portion of the fluid device protrude in the lateral width direction of the joint tubular portion, and the protruding portion of the stopper also protrudes in the same direction. and is arranged in a gap between the first and second stopper walls. Therefore, both the joint tubular portion and the stopper can be made compact in the longitudinal width direction. As a result, it is possible to reduce the overall vertical width of the connecting portion between the fluid device and the piping member, making it suitable for installing the fluid device and the piping member in a narrow space.
Furthermore, the connection between the fluid device and the piping member can be made more stable. That is, in the present invention, it is possible to further reduce the overall size by providing the first and second stopper walls projecting only on one side in the lateral width direction of the coupling cylindrical portion of the fluid device. However, it cannot be said that the left and right balance is good with this. On the other hand, according to the above configuration, since the first and second stopper wall portions and the projecting portion of the stopper are provided in pairs on the left and right sides, the balance between the left and right sides is improved, and the fluid device and the piping member are well balanced. It can also stabilize the connection with and increase the strength.
Further, when the stopper rotates largely around the piping member, the projecting portion of the stopper escapes from the gap between the first and second stopper wall portions, preventing the fluid device and the piping member from coming off. is likely to be released. On the other hand, according to the above configuration, since it is possible to prevent the stopper from largely rotating around the piping member, it is possible to appropriately avoid the above-described concerns.

In the present invention, preferably, the vertical width of each of the first and second stopper wall portions and the stopper is equal to or less than the vertical width of the joint tubular portion.

According to such a configuration, in the connecting portion between the fluid device and the piping member, the first and second stopper wall portions and the stopper protrude in the longitudinal and width directions from the outer peripheral surface of the tubular joint portion. can be prevented from becoming Therefore, it is more preferable to keep the vertical width of the connection between the fluid device and the piping member from becoming bulky.

Other features and advantages of the present invention will become clearer from the following description of embodiments of the invention with reference to the accompanying drawings.

Preferred embodiments of the present invention will be specifically described below with reference to the drawings.

The fluid device piping connection structure A shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 includes a bathtub cleaning nozzle 1 corresponding to an example of the "fluid device" of the present invention, and a piping member for supplying cleaning water to the bathtub cleaning nozzle 1. 2, and a stop 3. The fluid device pipe connection structure A of this embodiment is configured as a connection structure for a bathtub cleaning nozzle 1 .

The bathtub cleaning nozzle 1 has the same configuration as that described in Patent Document 1, except for the configuration of the nozzle receiver 11, which will be described later. That is, the bathtub cleaning nozzle 1 has a structure in which a nozzle main body 10 is supported by a nozzle receiver 11, and is attached to the bottom wall 8 of the bathtub for use. When washing water is supplied from the piping member 2 into the nozzle receiver 11, the washing water is jetted from the nozzle body 10 toward the inner surface of the bathtub, thereby washing the bathtub.

The nozzle receptacle 11 is made of synthetic resin, and one end side thereof is integrally formed with a joint tubular portion 12 extending in a substantially horizontal direction. As shown in FIGS. 1(c) and 2, the distal end portion of the joint cylindrical portion 12 is provided with first to third stopper wall portions 13a to 13c in pairs on the left and right sides. The pair of first stopper walls 13 a are walls that partially bulge from the outer peripheral surface of the joint tubular portion 12 toward both sides in the width direction of the nozzle receiver 11 . The pair of second stopper wall portions 13b is a wall portion that faces the distal end side of the joint cylindrical portion 12 through the gap 9 from the pair of first stopper wall portions 13a. Each second stopper wall portion 13b is connected to each first stopper wall portion 13a via a side wall portion 14. As shown in FIG. connected to Each third stopper wall portion 13c is a wall portion provided so as to partially connect the upper portions of the first and second stopper wall portions 13a and 13b, and closes the upper side of the gap 9 ( See FIG. 1(b)). However, the third stopper wall portion 13c can also be provided so as to connect the lower portions of the first and second stopper wall portions 13a and 13b.

The piping member 2 has a configuration in which an auxiliary tube 21 is attached to the tip of a hose 20 . The auxiliary pipe body 21 is a member to which a sealing O-ring 22 is mounted and an annular recessed groove 23 for locking mounting of the stopper 3 is formed on its outer peripheral surface. The auxiliary tubular body 21 is fixedly connected to the distal end of the hose 20 in a manner that prevents it from slipping off. A means is adopted in which the tip of the hose 20 is brought into pressure contact with the auxiliary tube body 21 by compressing and crimping.
The distal end portion of the auxiliary tubular body 21 of the piping member 2 is fitted into the joint cylindrical portion 12 of the bathtub cleaning nozzle 1 (nozzle receiver 11).

The stopper 3 is formed by bending a belt-shaped metal plate of a certain width, and as shown in FIG. . The stopper 3 has a pair of protruding portions 31 which are generally V-shaped when viewed from the front and protrude to both sides in the lateral width direction at approximately the central portion in the vertical height direction. As shown in FIGS. 1(a) and 1(b), the stopper 3 is mounted on the outer surface of the piping member 2 so that a portion thereof engages with an annular groove 23 of the piping member 2. . Since the stopper 3 has a spring property that allows the width of the opening 30 to be expanded and contracted, the stopper 3 is temporarily deformed so as to widen the width of the opening 30 so as to surround the periphery of the piping member 2 . can be worn. 2(a), the tip of the piping member 2 is fitted into the joint tubular portion 12 of the bathtub cleaning nozzle 1. As shown in FIG. Since the gap 9 between the first and second stopper walls 13a and 13b has a lower opening shape, the stopper 3 is inserted into the gap 9 from this part and then attached to the outer surface of the piping member 2. Is possible.

As shown in FIGS. 1(b) and 1(c), the protrusion 31 of the stopper 3 is arranged in the gap 9 between the first and second stopper walls 13a and 13b. As a result, the stopper 3 is restricted from being displaced in the axial direction of the joint tubular portion 12 . In FIG. 1(c), when a pulling force F acts on the piping member 2, the projecting portion 31 comes into contact with the second stopper wall portion 13b, so that the piping member 2 is pulled out of the joint cylindrical portion 12. is properly prevented.

As shown in FIG. 1(b), the projecting portion 31 of the stopper 3 faces the third stopper wall portion 13c in the vertical width direction, and the stopper 3 is indicated by an arrow Na. Thus, when the piping member 2 rotates around the outer peripheral surface, the protruding portion 31 abuts against the third stopper wall portion 13c. This adequately prevents further rotation of the stop 3 .
The vertical width La of the first and second stopper wall portions 13a and 13b and the vertical width Lb of the stopper 3 are set to be equal to or less than the outer diameter Lc (vertical width) of the joint cylindrical portion 12. The first and second stopper walls 13a, 13b and the stopper 3 do not protrude above or below the joint cylindrical portion 12. As shown in FIG.

Next, the operation of the fluid device pipe connection structure A described above will be described.

First, as described with reference to FIG. 1(c), the protrusion 31 of the stopper 3 attached to the piping member 2 is positioned between the first and second stopper walls 13a and 13b. This configuration prevents the piping member 2 from being unduly displaced in the axial direction of the joint tubular portion 12, and the piping member 2 is inserted into the bathtub cleaning nozzle 1 in a state in which the removal of the piping member 2 is properly achieved. It is possible to connect.

Although the first and second stopper walls 13a and 13b are bulky in the width direction, they are not bulky in the lengthwise direction, and the stopper 3 is also not bulky in the lengthwise direction. In the present embodiment, as described above, the vertical widths La and Lb are set to be equal to or less than the outer diameter Lc of the joint tubular portion 12 . Therefore, it is possible to thoroughly reduce the thickness of the connecting portion between the piping member 2 and the bathtub cleaning nozzle 1 . As shown in FIG. 1(a), the connecting portion between the piping member 2 and the bathtub cleaning nozzle 1 is arranged in a narrow space between the bottom wall portion 8 of the bathtub and the bathroom floor surface 7 positioned below. However, it is possible to place them appropriately in such a small space. Although the width of the connecting portion between the piping member 2 and the bathtub cleaning nozzle 1 is relatively large, the distance between the bottom wall portion 8 of the bathtub and the bathroom floor surface 7 is considerably wide in the width direction. Therefore, the large width of the connecting portion does not pose a problem.

As described with reference to FIG. 1(b), the third stopper wall portion 13c prevents the stopper 3 from rotating in the direction of the arrow Na over a certain angle. If the stopper 3 rotates at a large angle, the projecting portion 31 may escape from the gap 9 between the first and second stopper wall portions 13a and 13b, making it impossible to prevent the stopper from slipping out. According to the form, it is possible to appropriately eliminate such concerns.

The invention is not limited to the content of the embodiments described above. The specific configuration of each part of the fluid device piping connection structure according to the present invention can be changed in various ways within the intended scope of the present invention.
