Description
The present invention relates to a disinfectant generator that generates a disinfectant using a liquid containing ultra-fine ozone bubbles.
Conventionally, an aqueous solution of ozone has been used for disinfection and sterilization. Disappear. Therefore, in order to effectively perform disinfection and sterilization, it is necessary to use the ozone-dissolved water immediately after it is produced, which is inconvenient to handle. Therefore, in order to retain ozone in water for a long period of time, ozonated water containing ozone in ultra-fine bubbles with a diameter of 50 to 500 nm has been proposed (see Patent Document 1).
By retaining ozone in the form of ultra-fine bubbles, this ozonated water can contain ozone in the water for a long period of one month or more, thereby stably maintaining the effects of ozone. .
However, since the ultra-fine bubbles of ozone are stable in the water, the conventional ozonated water has a lower reactivity to ozone than the ozone-dissolved water, and has the disadvantage of being weak in disinfection and sterilization effects.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a disinfectant generator that uses a liquid containing ultra-fine ozone bubbles to generate a disinfectant that provides sufficient disinfection and sterilization effects.
In order to solve the above problems, the disinfectant generating device of the present invention includes:
an ozone UFB (Ultra Fine Bubble) containing liquid production department for producing an ozone UFB (Ultra Fine Bubble) containing liquid containing ozone ultra fine bubbles;
a fog generation unit that generates a fog of the ozone UFB-containing liquid;
and an energy irradiation unit for irradiating the fog of the ozone UFB-containing liquid with energy.
According to the above configuration, the ozone UFB-containing liquid manufacturing section manufactures the ozone UFB-containing liquid in which ultra-fine ozone bubbles are contained in the liquid. Here, the ozone may be produced at the location where the disinfectant generator is installed, or may be produced at another location. A mist of the ozone UFB-containing liquid is generated by the mist generator. The energy irradiation unit irradiates the mist of the ozone UFB-containing liquid with energy. Energy is effectively applied to the particles of the ozone UFB-containing liquid by irradiating the mist of the ozone UFB-containing liquid with energy. By applying energy to the particles of the ozone UFB-containing liquid, the ultra-fine bubbles of ozone contained in the particles are collapsed, promoting the decomposition of ozone to generate hydroxyl radicals. In this way, by generating mist containing hydroxyl radicals from the ozone UFB-containing liquid, a disinfectant having sufficient disinfection and sterilization effects can be generated.
Here, an ultra-fine bubble (UFB; Ultra Fine Bubble) is a bubble with a diameter of 1 μm or less. As the ozone UFB-containing liquid, water, an organic solvent, or the like can be used as the liquid, and water is particularly preferable as the liquid. In addition to ozone ultra-fine bubbles, the ozone UFB-containing liquid may also contain other substances such as inorganic compounds such as silicon and organic compounds such as surfactants.
In one embodiment of the disinfectant generation device, the energy irradiation section irradiates electromagnetic waves as energy.
According to the above embodiment, energy can be efficiently given to the particles of the ozone UFB-containing liquid by irradiating the fog of the ozone UFB-containing liquid with electromagnetic waves. Therefore, the ultra-fine bubbles contained in the particles of the ozone UFB-containing liquid can be efficiently collapsed to accelerate decomposition of ozone and efficiently generate hydroxyl radicals. As a result, a disinfectant having sufficient disinfecting and sterilizing effects can be obtained.
In one embodiment of the disinfectant generator, the electromagnetic waves are ultraviolet rays.
According to the above embodiment, energy can be efficiently given to the particles of the ozone UFB-containing liquid by irradiating the fog of the ozone UFB-containing liquid with ultraviolet rays.
In one embodiment of the disinfectant generating device, the energy irradiation section irradiates ultrasonic waves as energy.
According to the above embodiment, energy can be efficiently given to the particles of the ozone UFB-containing liquid by irradiating the fog of the ozone UFB-containing liquid with ultrasonic waves.
The disinfectant generation device of one embodiment includes a blower that discharges the fog generated by the fog generation unit to the outside,
The energy irradiation section is arranged on the path of the fog discharged by the blower.
According to the above embodiment, the mist of the ozone UFB-containing liquid generated by the mist generator is discharged to the outside of the disinfectant generator by the blower. Energy is applied to the mist of the ozone UFB-containing liquid by the energy irradiation unit arranged on the path of the mist discharged by the blower, and the fog containing hydroxyl radicals can be discharged to the outside.
In one embodiment of the disinfectant generator, the energy irradiation section is arranged on the blades of the blower.
According to the above embodiment, the mist of the ozone UFB-containing liquid sent by the blower can be effectively irradiated with energy.
In one embodiment of the disinfectant generator, the energy irradiation section is arranged on a guide wall provided on the outer diameter side of the blades of the blower.
According to the above embodiment, the mist of the ozone UFB-containing liquid sent by the blower can be effectively irradiated with energy.
In one embodiment of the disinfectant generator, the ozone UFB-containing liquid mist generated by the mist generator has a diameter of 10 to 1000 μm.
According to the above embodiment, the mist of the ozone UFB-containing liquid generated in the mist generator has a diameter of 10 to 1000 μm, so that the energy irradiation can efficiently collapse the ultra-fine bubbles. Here, if the diameter of the mist of the ozone UFB-containing liquid is smaller than 10 μm, the content of ozone becomes too small, which is disadvantageous in that the disinfection and sterilization effects are lowered. On the other hand, if the diameter of the mist of the ozone UFB-containing liquid is larger than 1000 μm, there is a problem that the efficiency of generating hydroxyl radicals by energy irradiation is lowered.
In one embodiment of the disinfectant generation device, the ozone UFB-containing liquid production unit includes:
a casing having a circular cross section;
a supply pipe connected to one end of the casing and extending coaxially with the casing for supplying a mixture of liquid and ozone;
a discharge pipe connected to the other end of the casing and extending coaxially with the casing and the supply pipe to discharge the ozone UFB-containing liquid;
a first swirl chamber accommodated in the casing and into which the mixture supplied from the supply pipe into the casing is introduced to form a swirl flow around a swirl shaft coaxial with the casing; a second swirl chamber into which the mixture supplied to the second swirl chamber is introduced to form a swirl flow around the swirl axis positioned on the extension of the swirl axis of the first swirl chamber; a collision chamber in which the swirl flow of the body and the swirl flow of the mixture formed in the second swirl chamber collide; and a finer block connected to the discharge pipe in communication with the discharge passage.
According to the above embodiment, the supply pipe, the casing, the discharge pipe, and the micronized blocks accommodated in the casing are arranged coaxially, thereby making it possible to downsize the ozone UFB-containing liquid production unit. Also, the atomization block is formed including a first swirl chamber, a second swirl chamber, a collision chamber, and a discharge passage, and contains ultra-fine bubbles of ozone when a mixture of liquid and ozone is supplied. An ozone UFB-containing liquid is obtained. Therefore, the ozone UFB-containing liquid can be produced with a small number of components, so that the ozone UFB-containing liquid production section can be made relatively small and can be produced at low cost. In addition, in the miniaturization block, the step of forming swirling flows of the mixture in the first swirling chamber and the second swirling chamber and the step of colliding the swirling flows with each other in the collision chamber are continuously performed. , the ozone UFB-containing liquid can be efficiently produced. Further, the mixed material introduced into the casing from the supply pipe is guided to the first swirl chamber and the second swirl chamber of the atomization block and formed into a swirling flow. of ultra-fine bubbles are produced, ultra-fine bubbles with a uniform diameter can be efficiently produced.

上記実施形態によれば、微細化ブロックが、第1ブロック部品と第2ブロック部品が結合されて形成される。上記第1ブロック部品は、第1旋回室と、この第1旋回室の一端側へケーシング内の混合体を第1旋回室の接線方向に導入する第1導入路と、上記第1旋回室の他端に形成されて旋回流を吐出する第1吐出孔とを有する。また、上記第2ブロック部品は、第2旋回室と、この第2旋回室の一端側へケーシング内の混合体を第2旋回室の接線方向に導入する第2導入路と、上記第2旋回室の他端に形成されて上記第1ブロック部品の第1吐出孔と対向して旋回流を吐出する第2吐出孔とを有する。更に、上記第2ブロック部品が、上記第1ブロック部品の表面の一部との間に衝突室を形成する衝突室壁面と、この衝突室壁面に形成された流入口と上記第1ブロック部品が連結された側と反対側の端面に形成された排出口との間に延在する排出通路とを有する。このように形成された第1ブロック部品と第2ブロック部品により、小型の微細化ブロックを構成することができ、オゾンUFB含有液製造部を効果的に小型にできる。 According to the above embodiment, the miniaturized block is formed by combining the first block component and the second block component. The first block component includes a first swirl chamber, a first introduction passage for introducing the mixture in the casing to one end side of the first swirl chamber in a tangential direction of the first swirl chamber, and a first swirl chamber. and a first discharge hole formed at the other end for discharging a swirling flow. The disinfectant generation method of the present invention includes an ozone UFB-containing liquid preparation step of preparing an ozone UFB-containing liquid in which ultra-fine ozone bubbles are contained in the liquid;
a mist generation step of generating a mist of the ozone UFB-containing liquid;
and an energy irradiation step of irradiating the fog of the ozone UFB-containing liquid with energy.
According to the above configuration, the ozone UFB-containing liquid in which ultra-fine ozone bubbles are contained in the liquid is prepared by the ozone UFB-containing liquid preparing step. The fog of the ozone UFB-containing liquid prepared in the ozone UFB-containing liquid preparing step is generated in the fog generating step. The mist of the ozone UFB-containing liquid is irradiated with energy in the energy irradiation step. By irradiating the mist of the ozone UFB-containing liquid with energy, the particles of the ozone UFB-containing liquid are effectively given energy, and the ozone ultra-fine bubbles contained in the particles are collapsed. This promotes the decomposition of ozone in the particles of the ozone UFB-containing liquid to generate hydroxyl radicals. In this way, by generating mist containing hydroxyl radicals from the ozone UFB-containing liquid, a disinfectant having sufficient disinfection and sterilization effects can be generated.
Here, ultra-fine bubbles are bubbles with a diameter of 1 μm or less. The ozone UFB-containing liquid can use a liquid such as water or an organic solvent as a solvent, but water is particularly preferable. Further, the ozone UFB-containing liquid may contain other solutes such as inorganic compounds such as silicon and organic compounds such as surfactants, in addition to the ozone ultra-fine bubbles.
In one embodiment of the disinfectant generation method, the energy irradiation step irradiates electromagnetic waves as energy.

Embodiments of the present invention will now be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
A disinfectant generator according to an embodiment of the present invention is a device that generates a disinfectant that performs disinfection and sterilization using an ozone UFB-containing liquid in which ozone ultrafine bubbles are held in water as a liquid.
This
As shown in FIG. 1, the
The
The
The
As will be described in detail later, the ozone UFB-containing

The second pump 9 pressure-feeds the ozone UFB-containing liquid produced in the ozone UFB-containing
The
The
The

FIG. 10 is a flow diagram showing a disinfectant generation method of an embodiment. The disinfectant generation method of the embodiment can be executed by the
As shown in FIG. 10, in the disinfectant generation method of the present embodiment, first, an ozone UFB-containing liquid containing ozone ultra-fine bubbles is prepared (step S1). In the
Subsequently, a mist of the ozone UFB-containing liquid prepared in step S1 is created. Since the ozone contained in the mist of the ozone UFB-containing liquid is retained as ultra-fine bubbles, the reactivity of ozone is low, so energy is applied to this mist (step S2). The ozone UFB-containing liquid mist can be energized by ultraviolet light or ultrasonic waves. When the mist of the ozone UFB-containing liquid is irradiated with ultraviolet rays, it is preferable to irradiate ultraviolet rays with a wavelength of 1 to 400 nm. Further, when the mist of the ozone UFB-containing liquid is irradiated with ultrasonic waves, it is preferable to irradiate with ultrasonic waves of 10 kHz to 10 GHz. The mist of the ozone UFB-containing liquid irradiated with energy in step S2 is provided to the object as a disinfectant (step S4).
According to this embodiment, the ozone ultra-fine bubbles are stably held in the ozone UFB-containing liquid, so that the position for executing step S1 can be separated from the position for executing steps S2 to S4. Also, a period of up to about one month can be provided between the time for executing step S1 and the time for executing steps S2 to S4. Therefore, it is possible to downsize the equipment to be installed at the place where the disinfectant is provided, and to provide only the required amount of the disinfectant when needed.
