Claims (4)
- 内部に電池収容室を画定する筐体と、
前記電池収容室内に収容された複数の角形電池と、
並列に接続された2以上の前記角形電池を含む複数の電池並列構造を構築すると共に、その複数の電池並列構造を直列に接続するように、前記複数の角形電池を電気的に接続する複数のバスバーと、を備え、
前記複数の角形電池は、複列で配置され、各列には2以上の角形電池が並んで配置され、
前記複数の電池並列構造が直列に接続された電池接続構造は、前記電池並列構造を直列に接続する方向が逆向きになる折返部を有し、
前記筐体は、高さ方向の上側のみに上側に開口する凹部を有する本体部と、前記本体部の前記上側の環状の端面に当接し、前記開口を塞ぐように配置される蓋部と、を含み、
前記蓋部の下面には、上側下面部、前記上側下面部よりも前記高さ方向の下側に位置する下側下面部、及び前記下側下面部の縁部と前記上側下面部を連結する段部が含まれ、
前記下側下面部の少なくとも一部が、前記バスバーの上面に接触する、
電池パック。 - 前記複数のバスバーには、前記折返部に含まれると共に、一例に配置される複数の電極端子を電気的に接続する長尺状のバスバーが含まれ、
前記下側下面部の少なくとも一部は、前記長尺状のバスバーにおいて前記角形電池の奥行方向における負極端子と正極端子との間に位置する正負極間部分に接触する接触部を含む、請求項1に記載の電池パック。 - 前記下側下面部の少なくとも一部と前記バスバーを締結する締結部材を更に備える、
請求項1又は2に記載の電池パック。 - 内部に電池収容室を画定する筐体と、
前記電池収容室内に収容された複数の角形電池と、
並列に接続された2以上の前記角形電池を含む複数の電池並列構造を構築すると共に、その複数の電池並列構造を直列に接続するように、前記複数の角形電池を電気的に接続する複数のバスバーと、を備え、
前記複数の角形電池は、複列で配置され、各列には2以上の角形電池が並んで配置され、
前記複数の電池並列構造が直列に接続された電池接続構造は、前記電池並列構造を直列に接続する方向が逆向きになる折返部を有し、
前記角形電池の幅方向に隣り合う2つの前記角形電池が、前記角形電池の奥行方向に延在するバインドバー挟持するか、又は、絶縁性の一方側セパレータ、バインドバー、及び絶縁性の他方側セパレータを、前記一方側セパレータが前記バインドバーの一方側側面に接触すると共に前記他方側セパレータが前記バインドバーの他方側側面に接触するように挟持する、
電池パック。
