Claims (10)
- 正極リード及び負極リードを備え、互いに直列で接続される第1バッテリーセル及び第2バッテリーセルと、
長手方向の一側は前記第1バッテリーセルの負極リードと前記第2バッテリーセルの正極リードとの間に接触した状態で介在され、長手方向の他側は前記第1バッテリーセルの正極リードと前記第2バッテリーセルの負極リードとの間に位置する短絡誘導部材と
を含み、
前記第1バッテリーセルの負極リードと前記第2バッテリーセルの正極リードとの電位差が基準値以上になったとき、前記短絡誘導部材の長手方向の他側端部が前記第2バッテリーセルの負極リードに向かって曲げ変形を起こして前記第2バッテリーセルの負極リードと接触する、バッテリーモジュール。 - 前記短絡誘導部材は、
EAP層と、
前記EAP層の一面上に形成される第1金属層と、
前記EAP層の他面上に形成される第2金属層と
を含む、請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記第1金属層は前記第1バッテリーセルの負極リードと電気的に接続され、前記第2金属層は前記第2バッテリーセルの正極リードと電気的に接続される、請求項2に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記第2金属層は、前記短絡誘導部材が曲げ変形を起こしたとき、前記第2バッテリーセルの負極リードと接触して第2バッテリーセルに短絡を発生させる、請求項2又は3に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記EAP層は、ナフィオン(登録商標)、ポリピロール、ポリアニリン及びポリチオフェンから選択された少なくとも一つの高分子電解質を含む、請求項2から4のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記第1金属層及び第2金属層は、白金、金、銀及び銅を含む群から選択されたいずれか一つの金属を含む、請求項2から5のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記バッテリーモジュールは、前記第1バッテリーセルの正極リードと前記第2バッテリーセルの負極リードとの間を電気的に接続するコネクティングラインをさらに含む、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記バッテリーモジュールは、前記第1金属層と前記第1バッテリーセルの負極リードとの間、及び前記第2金属層と前記第2バッテリーセルの正極リードとの間に介在されるPTC素子をさらに含む、請求項2から6のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 請求項1から8のうちいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュールを含むバッテリーパック。
- 請求項9に記載のバッテリーパックを含む自動車。
