Buildings such as buildings are often provided with movable devices such as automatic doors and elevators. In order to use such a mobile device stably for a long period of time, it is desirable to perform maintenance management according to the usage conditions. For example,
A movable device is composed of a plurality of modules such as parts and assemblies, and when the movable device is operated, these modules are worn out and degraded according to their operating conditions. In order to use such mobile devices stably for a long period of time, it is necessary to accurately grasp the consumption status of each module, identify more reliable replacement timing and consumption level according to the consumption status, and replace the module. It is desirable that maintenance and management such as
However, in the system described in
Such a problem can occur not only with automatic doors but also with other types of movable devices that are composed of a plurality of modules.
The present invention has been made in view of these problems, and its object is to make it possible to acquire more reliable management information based on the operating status of each module for a movable device configured with a plurality of modules. to do.
In order to solve the above problems, a method according to one aspect of the present invention is a method of managing a mobile device configured with a plurality of modules, wherein at least cumulative operating time and cumulative operating distance for one or more modules are Acquisition of consumption information including one, exchange timing of a module provided corresponding to the consumption information, or a consumption value calculated from the consumption information with respect to a predetermined reference value related to the durability of the module specifying a percentage.
Any combination of the above constituent elements, or mutual replacement of the constituent elements and expressions of the present invention in a method, apparatus, program, temporary or non-temporary storage medium recording the program, system, etc. is also effective as an aspect of the present invention.
ADVANTAGE OF THE INVENTION According to this invention, more reliable management information can be acquired based on the operating condition of each module about the movable apparatus comprised by several modules.
First, the outline of the present invention will be explained. One aspect of the invention is a method of managing a mobile device composed of multiple modules. The movable device is not particularly limited as long as it has a movable mechanism. As an example, the movable device may be an automatic door, an elevator, an automatic shutter, an escalator, a parking structure, an automatic gate, an automatic warehouse, a platform door, or the like. The module may be one that is consumed by the operation of the movable device, and may be, for example, a mechanical component, an assembly, an electronic circuit, or the like that constitutes the movable device. In particular, the modules may be replaceable during maintenance.
In this aspect, consumption information (hereinafter referred to as consumption information W1) including at least one of an accumulated operation time and an accumulated operation distance for one or more of the modules is obtained; replacement timing of the module (hereinafter referred to as replacement timing R1) or a predetermined reference value related to the durability of the module (hereinafter referred to as replacement reference value We). and specifying a rate (hereinafter referred to as consumption rate C1). For example, if the module is an electronic circuit device, its cumulative operating time (for example, cumulative information of power-on time) can be used as consumption information W1. If the module is a member that moves when the movable device is in operation, its cumulative operating distance (for example, cumulative information on the traveling distance of an automatic door) can be used as consumption information W1. The timing for acquiring the consumption information W1 may be when the movable device has been operated for a predetermined period, for example, when the movable device has been operated for one year. The consumption information W1 of each module may be reset or initialized when the module is replaced.
The replacement reference value We at the replacement time R1 of the module may be the consumption state at a predetermined replacement time. The consumption rate C1 of the module may be the rate of the consumption information W1 (numerator) to the replacement reference value We (denominator) at the timing when the consumption information W1 is acquired. The consumption rate C1 may be a so-called consumption degree. The module replacement time R1 may be a scheduled replacement time estimated when the consumption information W1 is acquired.
According to this aspect, more reliable information can be obtained based on the operation status of each module than when obtaining information simply from the number of operations of the movable parts. For example, if the module is an electronic circuit device, its cumulative operating time (for example, cumulative information on power-on time) can be used as consumption information. If the module is a member that moves when the movable device is in operation, its cumulative operating distance (for example, cumulative travel distance of an automatic door) can be used as consumption information. Compared to simply using the number of operations of the movable parts, it is possible to grasp the consumption status based on the actual operation of each module, so that highly reliable information can be obtained. As a result, it is possible to manage the movable device based on highly reliable information of each module, and to specify and present more accurate maintenance information.
The above-described management method includes a replacement time for the mobile device specified based on one of the replacement time R1 and the consumption rate C1 for one or more of the modules (hereinafter referred to as replacement time R2), or The wear value of the mobile device calculated based on either the replacement timing R1 or the wear rate C1 with respect to a predetermined reference value (hereinafter referred to as a replacement reference value) related to the durability of the mobile device. The method may further include specifying a ratio (hereinafter referred to as consumption rate C2) as maintenance information (hereinafter referred to as maintenance information M2) and presenting the specified maintenance information M2 as a presentation target.
In this step, the replacement timing R1 and the consumption ratio C1 of one or more modules after operation for a predetermined period are integrated, and the replacement timing R2 of the movable device or the consumption ratio C2 of the movable device is specified as the maintenance information M2. Information M2 may be presented. This maintenance information M2 may include, for example, a maintenance plan for the mobile device.
In this case, since the maintenance information M2 of the movable device is specified based on the information of each module, it is possible to specify more rational maintenance information M2 than in the case of specifying the information simply from the number of operations of the movable parts. is. In addition, since rational maintenance information M2 is presented, the content of presentation is rational and highly appropriate, and it is easier to obtain the understanding of the customer who receives the presentation compared to simply presenting the number of operations of the movable parts.
The management method described above specifies, as maintenance information M2, a replacement time R2 of the movable device specified based on one of the replacement time R1 and the consumption rate C1 for one or more of the modules; It may further include presenting at least one of a maintenance plan and a price plan according to the specified maintenance information M2 as a presentation target. In this step, the replacement timing R1 and the consumption rate C1 of one or more modules after operation for a predetermined period are integrated to identify the replacement timing R2 of the movable device, and a maintenance plan and a charge plan are presented accordingly. good too. The maintenance plan may include, for example, the frequency of inspection of the mobile device and the content of maintenance, and the fee plan may include a price list according to the maintenance plan.
In this case, for example, a maintenance plan and a fee plan are automatically created from the maintenance information M2 of the movable device specified based on the cumulative operating time and cumulative operating distance of each module after operating for one year, and promptly proposed to the customer. be able to. For this reason, compared with the case of presenting a plan created simply based on the number of operations of the movable parts, the validity is high and it is easy to obtain the customer's consent.
Presenting the presentation target may include at least one of displaying the presentation target, printing the presentation target, and transmitting the presentation target via a communication network.
In this case, for example, in maintenance, periodic inspections, or sales situations, it is possible to display the presentation target on the mobile display and promptly present it to the customer. As a result, time loss can be reduced and information can be presented in a timely manner. Also, by printing the presentation target such as the maintenance plan and the charge plan, the explanation to the customer can be simplified, and the printed result can be easily handed over to the customer. In addition, by transmitting the presentation target via a communication network, it is possible to reduce the time and effort required for presentation and to present information in a more timely manner. This step can also be performed at the installation site of the mobile device.
In the management method described above, specifying the replacement time R1 of the module or the consumption rate C1 of the module based on the consumption information W1 is classifying the consumption information W1 based on one or more thresholds. may include
In this case, when the consumption information W1 of the module has different dimensions such as time and distance, the consumption information W1 can be classified and ranked using a threshold value, so that judgment can be made based on the same standard. Moreover, weighting can be performed by the degree of importance of the consumption information W1 to make a more appropriate judgment. In addition, by subdividing ranks using a plurality of thresholds, it is possible to make more detailed judgments.
Identifying the maintenance information M2 of the movable device described above includes one or more of information identifying the replacement timing R2 of the movable device or the consumption rate C2 of the movable device based on the consumption information W1 of the module. may include classifying on the basis of a threshold of . In this step, the maintenance information M2 may be identified by classifying and ranking the information serving as the basis for identifying the replacement timing R2 and the consumption ratio C2 of the movable device based on preset threshold values. For example, the basic information may be exhaustion information W1 of one or more modules after operation for a predetermined period, or replacement timing R1 and exhaustion rate C1 of these modules.
In this case, even if the dimension of the information underlying each module is different, by ranking the consumption information W1 using a threshold value, each rank is summed up to facilitate maintenance replacement information for the entire movable device. can be classified into
Another aspect of the invention is a method of managing two or more mobile devices composed of multiple modules. This aspect may be a method of collectively managing a plurality of the movable devices described above. The two or more mobile devices may be of the same type of mobile device or may be of different types.
This method includes obtaining exhaustion information W1 including at least one of an accumulated operating time and an accumulated operating distance for one or more of the modules; R1 or a wear rate C1 calculated from the wear information W1 (numerator) with respect to a predetermined reference value (denominator) related to the durability of the module; Alternatively, classifying the timing of maintenance of the movable device as maintenance information based on the consumption rate C1, and presenting at least one of a maintenance plan and a charge plan according to the maintenance information of each movable device as a presentation target. including The maintenance plan and billing plan may be plans for collectively managing two or more mobile devices.
According to this aspect, when collectively managing maintenance work for two or more movable devices, it is possible to automatically create a maintenance plan and a charge plan based on the maintenance information of each device and quickly propose them to the customer. . For this reason, compared with the case of presenting a plan created simply based on the number of operations of the movable parts, the validity is high and it is easy to obtain the customer's consent. In addition, it is possible to present a flexible plan according to the status of the consumption information W1 of each device.
In this method, even if the classification criteria for one mobile device among the two or more mobile devices is different from the classification criteria for the mobile device other than the one mobile device among the two or more mobile devices good. In this case, the maintenance information M2 classified based on the classification criteria according to the importance of each movable device can be integrated and comprehensively evaluated. That is, each piece of information can be integrated by weighting according to the importance of each device. A more reasonable plan can be proposed compared to the case of simply summing up. Equipment with high importance and equipment with relatively low importance can be collectively maintained and managed.
In this method, presenting the presentation object may include at least one of displaying the presentation object, printing the presentation object, and transmitting the presentation object over a communication network. . In this case, for example, in maintenance, periodic inspection, or sales situations, it is possible to quickly present the customer with a display of a maintenance plan, a price plan, or the like, by displaying it on the display of the mobile terminal. Also, by printing the presentation target, the explanation to the customer can be simplified, and the printed result can be easily handed over to the customer. In addition, by transmitting the presentation target via a communication network, it is possible to reduce the time and effort required for presentation and to present information in a more timely manner. This step can also be performed at the installation site of the mobile device.
Yet another aspect of the invention is a mobile device composed of a plurality of modules. This mobile device includes an information acquisition unit that acquires consumption information W1 including at least one of an accumulated operation time and an accumulated operation distance for one or more of the modules, and the modules provided corresponding to the consumption information W1. an information specifying unit that specifies the replacement time R1 of the module or the ratio of the wear value calculated from the wear information to the predetermined reference value (replacement reference value We) related to the durability of the module (wear ratio C1); , provided. The information acquisition unit and the information identification unit can be implemented by a CPU provided in the controller of the movable device.
According to this aspect, it is possible to specify a more reliable replacement time R1 and consumption rate C1 based on the operating status of each module. As a result, the movable device can be managed based on highly reliable information of each module.
Yet another aspect of the invention is an automatic door composed of multiple modules. This automatic door includes an information acquisition unit that acquires consumption information W1 including at least one of an accumulated operation time and an accumulated operation distance for one or more of the modules, and the modules provided corresponding to the consumption information W1. an information specifying unit that specifies the replacement time R1 of the module or the ratio of the wear value calculated from the wear information to the predetermined reference value (replacement reference value We) related to the durability of the module (wear ratio C1); , provided.
According to this aspect, it is possible to specify a more reliable replacement time R1 and consumption rate C1 based on the operating status of each module. As a result, the automatic door can be managed based on highly reliable information of each module. In addition, compared to the conventional way of identifying wear and tear by considering only the number of door openings and closings, the number of modules (parts) to be considered increases, so highly reliable information can be acquired according to the operating status of each module. can do.

The first database DB1 stores, for each configuration module, a first classification criterion T1 set in advance, a replacement time R1 corresponding to the first classification criterion T1, and a replacement reference value We at the replacement time R1. . The first classification standard T1 is a standard value for classifying the consumption information W1 and classifying it into a plurality of ranks, and includes one or more thresholds. The replacement reference value We is consumption information at the replacement time R1.
The replacement time R1 is a predetermined replacement time related to the durability of the module. The replacement time R1 is specified by a plurality of categories classified based on the threshold value of the first classification criterion T1 based on the cumulative operating time or cumulative operating distance of the previous year when the consumption information W1 was obtained. When the consumption information W1 is cumulative operation time, the first classification criteria T1 includes two thresholds of 2400H and 4800H, for example, and the replacement time R1 is classified into three categories. As an example, if the cumulative operating time is less than 2400 hours, the replacement time R1 is 7 years; if the cumulative operating time is 2400 hours or more and less than 4800 hours, the replacement time R1 is 5 years; The replacement time R1 is specified as three years.
When the wear information W1 is the accumulated operating distance, the first classification criteria T1 includes two thresholds of 1000 km and 2000 km, for example, and the replacement time R1 is classified into three categories. As an example, when the cumulative operating distance is less than 1000 km, the replacement time R1 is 7 years; when the cumulative operating distance is 1000 km or more and less than 2000 km, the replacement time R1 is 5 years; The replacement time R1 is specified as three years.
When the replacement time R1 is specified, the replacement reference value We corresponding to the replacement time R1 is acquired from the first database DB1. As an example, when the replacement time R1 is five years, the replacement reference value We is 24000H or 10000km. The consumption ratio C1 can be specified as a ratio of the consumption information W1 (numerator) to the replacement reference value We (denominator). Each identification unit of the

In this example, the cumulative motion time and cumulative motion distance are acquired for each individual module, but the cumulative motion time and cumulative motion distance may be acquired for the entire configuration module as a unit. In this case, the replacement time R1 or the consumption rate C1 may be specified for the entire configuration module as a whole.

A first example of specifying the maintenance plan Q and the price plan P by the
In this example, a first plan for customers who frequently use the
When the energization time is long, mainly the degree of deterioration of electronic components increases. For this reason, the cumulative operation time of the previous year is included in the assessment items so that the maintenance plan can be determined according to the power-on time. When the traveling distance is long, the degree of deterioration of mainly mechanical parts increases. For this reason, the cumulative operating distance of the previous year is included in the assessment items so that a maintenance plan can be determined according to the mileage. If there are many repairs caused by the customer, the operating condition may not be good. Therefore, the previous year's repair history is included in the assessment items so that the maintenance plan can be decided according to the number of repairs. If the total period of use is long, there is a possibility that the deterioration of the device as a whole has progressed. For this reason, the total usage period is included in the assessment items so that maintenance plans are determined according to the total usage period.
There are no restrictions on the method of classifying the assessment items, but in the example of FIG. 8A, each assessment item is classified into two categories by one threshold. Cumulative operation time is classified as the first plan for 4800 hours or more, and the second plan for less than 4800 hours. Cumulative operating distances of 2000 km or more are classified as the first plan, and less than 2000 km as the second plan. The previous year's repair history is classified as the first plan if it is more than three times, and as the second plan if it is less than three times. The total period of use is classified as
As an example of the operation status, when cumulative operating time = 4000 hours, cumulative operating distance = 1700 km, repair history in the previous year = 1 time, and total usage period = 1 year, four assessment items correspond to the second plan. There is no restriction on how to adopt the plan, but in the example of FIG. 8(a), a plan with many corresponding items among these assessment items is adopted. Therefore, in this example, the second plan is adopted, and the maintenance plan Q and price plan P of the second plan in FIG. 8(b) are specified.
Although there are no restrictions on the contents of the maintenance plan Q, the maintenance plan Q in FIG. 8(b) includes the price plan P, the number of annual inspections, the cost of parts replacement, and the number of annual submissions of operation status reports. Price plan P may be a separate building, but is included in maintenance plan Q in this example. As an example, in the first plan, the price plan P is 100,000 yen/year, the number of inspections is twice/year, the parts replacement cost is included in the price plan P, and the operation status report is two times/year. In the second plan, the price plan P is 40,000 yen/year, the number of inspections is once/year, the parts replacement cost is included in the price plan P, and the operation status report is once/year.
(Second example)
A second example of specifying the maintenance plan Q and the price plan P by the
In the first example, each assessment item is classified by one threshold, and a plan with many matching items is adopted, whereas in the second example, each assessment item is classified by multiple (for example, two) thresholds. to determine the applicable plan based on the total score. As shown in FIG. 9A, the evaluation items are the cumulative operation time of the previous year, the cumulative operation distance of the previous year, the repair history of the previous year, and the total period of use, and these assessment items are classified into three categories based on two thresholds. do. The cumulative operating time thresholds are 2400H and 4800H, the cumulative operating distance thresholds are 1000km and 2000km, the repair history thresholds are 1 time and 3 times, and the total usage period thresholds are 3 years and 7 years.
The assessment score may be the same for each assessment item, but in this example, among the assessment items, the items that have a greater impact on the need for inspection and repair are weighted with a higher score than the other items. . A full score of 3 is given for the repair history and the total period of use, and a full score of 5 is given for the cumulative operating time and cumulative operating distance. According to the classification criteria shown in FIG. 9B, the first plan is adopted when the total score is 10 points or more, and the second plan is adopted when the total score is less than 10 points. When each assessment item has the same conditions as those in FIG. 8A, the evaluation example in FIG. The total score of the evaluation is 8 points. Therefore, in this example, the second plan is adopted, and the maintenance plan Q and price plan P of the second plan in FIG. 8(b) are specified.

If the installation environment is outdoors, in a salt-damaged area (within 2 km from the coast), or if the temperature is below 0°C or above 40°C, choose the 1st plan. It is good also as 2 plans. If the door mass is 90% or more of the applicable door mass, the first plan may be used, and if it is less than 90%, the second plan may be used. If the opening/closing speed of the door is 5 or more, the first plan may be used, and if it is less than 5, the second plan may be used. If the number of reversals of the door is 30% or more of the total number of times of opening and closing, the first plan may be adopted, and if it is less than 30%, the second plan may be adopted. The first plan may be used when the number of thermal operations is three or more, and the second plan may be used when the number is less than three.
It is also possible to add the assessment items of the third example to the assessment items of the first example, and adopt a plan that has many applicable items among these assessment items. In the example of FIG. 10, the assessment items are classified into two categories by one threshold, but the assessment items may be classified into three or more categories by a plurality of thresholds, and evaluation points may be given. By assigning evaluation points, the assessment items of the third example can be added to the second example.

(Fourth example)
A fourth example in which the
The importance of the automatic door may be divided into multiple stages and the maintenance content may be changed for each stage. In the example of FIG. 11, the importance of automatic doors is classified into three levels. For example, like an automatic door that controls entry and exit, an automatic door that has a major impact on work and security if it breaks down is more important than usual, and maintenance should be more generous than usual. can be considered. Examples of this importance include automatic doors at the entrances and exits of operating rooms and freezer/cold room entrances.
For example, since an unspecified number of people pass through automatic doors at store entrances and entrances to various buildings, it is desirable to eliminate as much time as possible when they cannot be used due to malfunctions. Therefore, the importance of such automatic doors can be said to be moderate. In addition, automatic doors for employee service entrances and internal meeting room entrances and exits are only used by specific people, so the impact of failure is relatively small, and in many cases there is no problem even if maintenance is performed after the fact. Therefore, it can be said that the importance of automatic doors, which are less affected by failures, is relatively low.
FIG. 12(a) shows an example of evaluation criteria for assessment items, and has the same contents as FIG. 9(a). In the evaluation example of FIG. 12(a), the cumulative operating time is 3 points, the cumulative operating distance is 3 points, the repair history is 1 point, the total usage period is 1 point, and the total evaluation score is 8 points. FIG. 12(b) shows an example of classification criteria for the maintenance plan Q, and the criteria for determination differ according to the importance of the automatic door. As an example, the reference point for high importance is 8 points, the reference point for medium importance is 10 points, and the reference point for low importance is 12 points. In the example of FIG. 12(b), the first plan is adopted above the reference point, and the second plan is adopted below the reference point. Therefore, when the total evaluation score is 8 points, the adopted plan differs depending on the importance of the automatic door. In this example, the first plan is adopted if the importance is high, and the second plan is specified if the importance is medium or low. The contents of the maintenance plan Q and the price plan P of the first plan and the second plan are specified by FIG. 8(b).
Note that the first to fourth examples are merely examples, and assessment items may be added, deleted, or changed, and the conditions and number of thresholds may be changed as appropriate. The first to fourth examples may be applied in combination as appropriate.

The present invention has been described above based on the first and second embodiments. It should be understood by those skilled in the art that each embodiment is an example, and that various modifications can be made to combinations of each component or each treatment process, and such modifications are also within the scope of the present invention. be. The contents of each embodiment do not limit the technical scope of the present invention, and many design changes such as changes, additions, and deletions of constituent elements are possible without departing from the spirit of the invention defined in the scope of claims. is possible.
Modifications will be described below. In the drawings and description of the modified example, the same reference numerals are given to the same or equivalent components and members as the embodiment. Explanations that overlap with the embodiment will be omitted as appropriate, and the explanation will focus on the configuration that is different from the embodiment.
Although each embodiment described the case where the movable device was an automatic door, the present invention is not limited to this. The movable device may be an elevator, an automatic shutter, an escalator, a parking structure, an automatic gate, an automatic warehouse, a platform door, or the like. For example, if the mobile device is a multistory parking lot, the assessment items may include the number of vehicles used in the previous year, the pallet movement distance in the previous year, the repair history in the previous year, the total period of use, and the like.
When the number of units used is large, the degree of deterioration of the movable portion increases. Therefore, the number of machines used in the previous year may be included in the assessment items so that a maintenance plan is determined according to the number of machines used. When the pallet movement distance is long, the degree of deterioration of the movable portion increases. For this reason, the previous year's pallet movement distance may be included in the assessment item so that a maintenance plan may be determined according to this movement distance. If there are many repairs caused by the customer, the operating condition may not be good. Therefore, the previous year's repair history may be included in the assessment items so that the maintenance plan is determined according to the number of repairs. If the total period of use is long, there is a possibility that the deterioration of the device as a whole has progressed. For this reason, the total period of use may be included in the assessment items so that a maintenance plan is determined according to the total period of use.
