Description
装置のフィルタ、フレーム、上部スタビライザ、下部スタビライザおよびワイヤは、治療部位への送達を容易にするために、長手方向軸に沿って潰れることが可能である。大動脈弓に展開されると、装置の下部スタビライザは、動脈枝の開口部を覆うように大動脈弓内の血管内装置に揚力をもたらす役割を果たす。大動脈弓に設置されると、上部スタビライザは、腕頭動脈の内壁と接触して大動脈内の血流に対して装置を適所に固定し、大動脈内の装置の横揺れを防止し、および/または、入口から大動脈の腕頭動脈への所望の距離を超える装置の浮き上がりを防止する。
偏向器を含む本発明の送達システムの概略図である図8を参照する。拡張器先端209に取り付けられたテザー205は、導入シース203によって囲まれている。偏向器210は、導入シース203の遠位端から最初に展開され、導入シース203から展開されて偏向器210の水平面上に着地する血管内装置100用の着地区域を設ける。偏向器210は、追加の装置を導入シース203から偏向器の水平面下に引き続き展開して、二次装置の血管内装置100との絡み合いを防止する。
本発明の実施形態は本明細書に特に示されて説明されたものによって限定されないことは、当業者に理解されるであろう。むしろ、本発明の少なくとも1つの実施形態の範囲は、以下の特許請求の範囲によって定義される。
Claims (10)
- 長さを有するフレームと、
前記フレームに取り付けられ、かつ、前記フレームの長さに延在する塞栓フィルタと、
を備える血管内装置であって、
前記装置は、前記フィルタの水平面に沿って走行するワイヤを備え、
前記ワイヤは、前記フレームの前記長さに沿って近位部から遠位部まで走行し、前記ワイヤは前記フレームの遠位端よりもさらに延在し、
前記ワイヤは、少なくとも1つの内腔を備え、
ガイドワイヤは、前記内腔内に配置可能であり、前記ワイヤの前記内腔の内壁に第1の力を加える、
血管内装置。 - 前記フレームの近位端は前記ワイヤに接続されている、
請求項1に記載の血管内装置。 - 前記ワイヤは、対象者の大動脈弓に展開された場合に、前記フレームおよび/または前記フィルタに第2の力を加えて、前記フィルタを腕頭動脈、左総頸動脈、左鎖骨下動脈の少なくとも1つの開口部に対して保持するように構成される、
請求項1に記載の血管内装置。 - 前記ワイヤは、拡張器先端を含む、
請求項1に記載の血管内装置。 - 前記フレームは、前記フィルタの形状を画定し、前記フレームは上行大動脈および下行大動脈の両方と接触して保持されるのに適している、
請求項1に記載の血管内装置。 - 前記ワイヤは、前記フィルタの前記水平面から上向きに力を加えるように構成される、
請求項1に記載の血管内装置。 - 前記ワイヤは、前記フィルタの前記水平面の下または上に力を及ぼすように構成される、

前記血管内装置を対象者の大動脈に導入するための内腔を有する導入シースと、

請求項8に記載の送達システム。 - 前記ピッグテールカテーテルは、鈍先端をさらに備える、
