横たわり用シート16は、図1および図5に示すように、横たわり用フレーム12に着脱可能に掛装されることで横たわり用フレーム16の内側に横たわり面Pを形成するものである。
横たわり用シート16は、利用者の体重を支持するに足る強度を有する布や織物あるいは合成樹脂材料で構成されている。
