The present invention relates to lighting devices.
Patent Literature 1 discloses a lighting fixture for visible light communication that modulates the light intensity of illumination light and superimposes a communication signal on the illumination light.
In a lighting fixture for visible light communication, it is conceivable to store data transmitted by visible light communication in a memory within the lighting fixture. In this case, there is a possibility that the size of the memory becomes large due to holding a huge amount of data.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been made to solve the above-described problems, and an object of the present invention is to obtain a lighting device having a function of visible light communication and capable of being miniaturized.
A lighting device according to the present invention includes a light source, a lighting circuit that turns on the light source by turning on and off a switching element, and controls the lighting circuit so that the light source outputs light with brightness corresponding to a dimming command value. and a second control unit that sequentially transmits a plurality of dimming command values to the first control unit, wherein the light source has a brightness corresponding to the plurality of dimming command values. Visible light communication data is output by sequentially outputting light.
In the lighting device according to the present invention, the second controller sequentially transmits a plurality of dimming command values corresponding to the visible light communication data to the first controller. Therefore, the first control unit only needs to cause the light source to sequentially output light with brightness corresponding to a plurality of dimming command values, and does not need to store all the data transmitted by visible light communication. Therefore, the size of the memory of the first control unit can be reduced, and the size of the lighting device can be reduced.

Embodiment 1.
FIG. 1 is a circuit block diagram of
The
The
The lighting circuit 20 receives power from an external power supply AC, and turns on the
The first switching
スイッチング素子Q1は例えばMOSFET(Metal-Oxide-Semiconductor Field-Effect Transistor)である。
The switching element Q1 is, for example, a MOSFET (Metal-Oxide-Semiconductor Field-Effect Transistor). The source of switching element Q1 is connected to the low potential side of the output of rectifier DB. The gate of switching element Q1 is connected to
The negative terminal of capacitor C1 is connected to the low potential side of the output of rectifier DB. A series circuit of resistors R2 and R3 is connected in parallel with the capacitor C1. A connection point of the resistors R2 and R3 is connected to the P1 terminal of the first control unit IC1. The first controller IC1 controls the lighting circuit 20 . The first control unit IC1 is, for example, a microcomputer.
The output voltage of the first switching
Here, the output voltage of the microcomputer is generally smaller than the driving voltage of the MOSFET. Therefore, the switching signal from the first control unit IC1 is input to the
A second switching
The anode of diode D2 is connected to the negative electrode of capacitor C1 and one end of resistor R4. The other end of the coil L2 is connected to the positive electrode of the capacitor C3. The other end of the resistor R4 is connected to the negative electrode of the capacitor C3. Also, the other end of the resistor R4 is connected to the P2 terminal of the first control unit IC1. A
The voltage applied to resistor R4 corresponds to the current flowing through
Also, the control
A capacitor C2 is connected between the output of the control
The voltage of the control power source V1 is stepped down by the step-down circuit section 12 and input to the VDD1 terminal of the first control section IC1. The voltage input to the VDD1 terminal is, for example, DC5V. The first control unit IC1 is supplied with power from the control power source V1.
The terminal unit CN3 has a control power supply terminal connected to the control power supply V1, a GND terminal as a grounding terminal, an input terminal and an output terminal. The potential of the GND terminal is equal to the circuit reference potential. A voltage equal to the control power supply V1 is applied between the control power supply terminal and the GND terminal. The input terminal is connected to the RX1 terminal of the first controller IC1, and the output terminal is connected to the TX1 terminal of the first controller IC1.
The
The
Also, the input terminal of the terminal portion CN3 is connected to the output terminal of the terminal portion CN4. The output terminal of the terminal section CN3 is connected to the input terminal of the terminal section CN4. As a result, the RX1 terminal of the first controller IC1 and the TX2 terminal of the second controller IC2 are connected. Also, the TX1 terminal of the first controller IC1 and the RX2 terminal of the second controller IC2 are connected. Therefore, communication between the first control unit IC1 and the second control unit IC2 becomes possible.
The second control unit IC2 outputs the dimming command value from the TX2 terminal to the RX1 terminal of the first control unit IC1. The first control unit IC1 that has received the dimming command value controls the switching element Q2 according to the dimming command value. As a result, the first control unit IC1 changes the voltage input to the P2 terminal to control the dimming of the
The

FIG. 2 is a diagram showing an example of an LED output according to Embodiment 1. FIG. The LED output is proportional to the LED current or LED power and indicates the intensity of light emitted by the
FIG. 3 is an enlarged view of the range from time T1 to T2 in FIG. The second control unit IC2 sequentially transmits the plurality of dimming command values stored in the
調光指令値は、符号付きのコマンド信号でも良く、PWM(Pulse Width Modulation)信号でも良い。
The optical output changes every constant time ΔT. The light output varies, for example, at 100 Hz. That is, ΔT=1/100 seconds. The dimming command value may be a signed command signal or a PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) signal. When the dimming command value is the command signal, the period indicated by the
In this embodiment, the second control unit IC2 performs streaming control of the first control unit IC1. This eliminates the need for the
The fixed time ΔT is longer than the time from when the second control unit IC2 starts transmitting one dimming command value to when the brightness of the
Also, the
Moreover, it is not necessary to change the function of the first control unit IC1 or the size of the
Also, by changing the
Further, the first control unit IC1 controls the lighting circuit 20 so that the
Thus, this embodiment does not require a control or circuit for not performing visible light communication. Therefore, circuit loss can be suppressed. The first control unit IC1 may control the lighting circuit 20 so that the
In this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 3, the brightness of the
Not limited to this, the brightness of the
In this case, the first control unit IC1 stores a plurality of dimming command values received from the period ΔTn-m m times before to the present. At this time, the dimming command value stored by the first control unit IC1 may be a part of the dimming command value stored by the second control unit IC2. As a result, the
While the
Further, in the present embodiment, the constant time ΔT is determined by the second control unit IC2 transmitting the dimming command value every constant time ΔT. Alternatively, the first control unit IC1 may cause the
In this embodiment, the visible
The second control unit IC2 may transmit a dimming command value corresponding to the brightness obtained by adding the illumination light and the visible
Alternatively, a period during which the
