Description
The present invention relates to a hollow structure manufacturing method and a hollow structure.
A shoe, which is one of the hollow structures, is composed of an outsole made of leather or artificial synthetic leather, an insert having cushioning properties and installed in the outsole, and an upper, and the outsole comprises: A fitting recess is cut in the center so that a rib is erected at a fixed position along the outer periphery of the shoe sole, and the peripheral edge of the upper is sewn to the rib with a sewing thread to fix the upper to the outsole. are known (see, for example, Patent Document 1).
The shoe disclosed in
In addition, in the conventional method of manufacturing a mold for shoes and then molding the shoe sole, it takes more than one month to complete the shoe sole because it starts from the manufacturing of the mold. cost was required.
Therefore, the inventor found that if the upper is attached using a concave groove, the sewing part (attachment position) of the upper can be clarified, thereby facilitating manufacturing. did. Furthermore, according to the present invention, the time required to complete the sole and the shoe can be shortened compared to the conventional method using a mold, and the cost can be reduced. In addition, the present inventors have found that hollow structures can be easily manufactured not only for shoes but also for other objects.
An object of the present invention is to provide a hollow structure that is easy to manufacture and a method for manufacturing the same.
To achieve the above object, a method for manufacturing a hollow structure according to one aspect of the present invention includes: a base; Alternatively, it is a method of manufacturing a hollow structure comprising a cover that spreads to cover the upper part, and a belt member having a rectangular cross section is adhered to the upper side of the bottom plate along the outer peripheral edge of the bottom plate, so that the bottom plate and its a step of forming a base member provided with an annular wall portion extending along the outer peripheral edge of the bottom plate portion on the upper side; and forming a recessed groove extending in the circumferential direction and opening outward on the outer peripheral surface side of the annular wall portion. forming the base by cutting to form the base; mounting the lower end of the cover within a recessed groove of the base; and mounting portions of the base and the lower end of the cover hidden inside the cover. and folding back the cover in such a manner that the cover is folded back.
With this arrangement, the recessed groove in the annular wall serves as a mark, and the lower end of the cover can be attached to the base, facilitating manufacturing. Further, since the lower end of the cover fits into the recessed groove, the strength is improved compared to the case where the cover is attached without the recessed groove. In addition, since the base can be formed by joining the bottom plate material and the belt member forming the annular wall, the base having the annular wall can be easily manufactured without manufacturing a mold for the base. can also save cost and time.
Further, in this hollow structure manufacturing method, the step of attaching the lower end portion of the cover in the concave groove of the base is a step of sewing with the lower end portion of the cover inserted into the concave groove. With this arrangement, after the lower end of the cover is fitted into the recessed groove, the base and the cover can be firmly combined with the sewing thread and attached, so that the strength is high.
Further, in this hollow structure manufacturing method, the base constitutes the sole, the cover constitutes the upper, and the hollow structure constitutes footwear.
Further, in this hollow structure manufacturing method, the base constitutes the bottom portion, the cover constitutes the bag portion, and the hollow structure constitutes the bag.
Further, in this hollow structure manufacturing method, the base constitutes a bottom portion, the cover constitutes a side portion erected upward from the peripheral edge of the base, and the hollow structure is a trash can, a bottle case, or a Construct a potted plant case.
Further, a hollow structure according to an aspect of the present invention includes a base, a cover whose lower edge is joined to part or all of the peripheral edge of the base and spreads over or over the base, wherein the base has a bottom plate portion and an annular wall portion provided on the upper side of the bottom plate portion along the outer peripheral edge of the bottom plate portion, and the bottom plate portion and the annular wall portion are bonded to each other , the annular wall portion is formed with a concave groove extending in the circumferential direction on the outer peripheral surface side of the belt member having a rectangular cross section and opening outward, and the lower end portion of the cover is mounted in the concave groove, The mounting portion of the base and the lower end portion of the cover is configured to be hidden inside the cover.
In addition, the hollow structure may be configured such that the annular wall portion has a concave groove extending in the circumferential direction on the inner peripheral surface side as well. In this way, for example, when the base and the cover are sewn together with a sewing machine or the like, when the annular wall portion is thick and the end of the cover is fitted and sewn only by the outer concave groove, the outer concave shape can be used. If the groove is too deep, the depth of the outer groove can be adjusted by providing a groove on the inner side as well. Also, when the base and the cover are sewn together with a sewing machine or the like, the concave groove on the inside serves as a guide when using the sewing machine, so that the sewing can be carried out smoothly.
In addition, in this hollow structure, the cover is attached to the recessed groove on the outer peripheral surface side by sewing.
Also, in this hollow structure, the base constitutes a sole, the cover constitutes an upper, and the hollow structure constitutes footwear.
Further, in this hollow structure, the base constitutes a bottom portion, the cover constitutes a bag portion, and the hollow structure constitutes a bag.
Also, in this hollow structure, the base constitutes a bottom portion, the cover constitutes a side portion erected upward from the peripheral edge of the base, and the hollow structure serves as a trash can, a bottle case, or a potted plant case. Configure.
According to the present invention described above, it becomes easy to manufacture a hollow structure. In addition, since it is not necessary to manufacture a base mold, it is possible to reduce the cost and time required for completion.
An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings, but the present invention is not limited to the following embodiment. As shown in FIG. 6, a central portion of a thick disc-shaped substrate 11 (base material) is cut away to form a recess in the central portion. As a result, the

Further, the first and second embodiments described above are examples in which the annular recessed portion of the annular wall portion of the
In this way, for example, when the base and the cover are sewn together with a sewing machine or the like, when the annular wall portion is thick and the end of the cover is fitted and sewn only by the outer concave groove, the outer concave shape can be used.

Next, the manufacturing method of
Then, as shown in FIG. 9, the end portion of the upper 21 formed in advance is folded into the recessed groove 23a of the sole 20, and the entire periphery of the end portion of the upper 21 is sewn to the recessed groove 23a.

In addition, the footwear described above is footwear in which the end of the upper 21 is sewn on the entire circumference of the annular wall portion of the outer peripheral edge of the sole 20 to wrap the foot. It is also possible to wear them as sandals. In the case of sandals, as shown in FIG. 11, the end portion of the upper is sewn to a portion of the annular wall portion of the sole 20 . Then, the upper is folded back, finished, and the sandal is completed. Also, the annular wall portion of the sole 20 may be provided only on the portion where the upper of the sandal is sewn, that is, only on a portion of the outer peripheral edge of the sole 20 .
As described above, the preferred embodiments of the present invention have been described with reference to the drawings, but various additions, changes, or deletions can be made without departing from the scope of the present invention.
