Description
中間の薄い基材またはフィルムの製造方法であって、
a)ミクロフィブリル化セルロースを含む懸濁液を提供するステップであって、前記懸濁液のミクロフィブリル化セルロースの含有量は、懸濁液の固形分の重量に対して少なくとも60重量%であるステップ、
b)前記懸濁液にナノ粒子を添加して、前記ミクロフィブリル化セルロースおよび前記ナノ粒子の混合物を提供するステップであって、ここで添加されるナノ粒子の総量は、懸濁液の乾燥固形分1トン当たり乾燥基準で50kgを超えるステップ、
c)前記混合物を媒体に提供してウェブを形成するステップ、ならびに
d)前記ウェブを脱水して中間の薄い基材またはフィルムを形成するステップ
を含む方法。
本発明の一実施形態において、フィルムは、製紙機において、または湿式製造法に従って、ワイヤ上に懸濁液を提供し、そしてウェブを脱水して、中間の薄い基材または該フィルムを形成することによって形成される。一実施形態によると、ミクロフィブリル化セルロースを含む懸濁液が提供されて、前記フィルムが形成される。本発明の代替実施形態では、フィルムはキャスティングによって形成される。
使用したパルプは、SR>90にフィブリル化された漂白クラフトパルプであった。KP1は、主にミクロフィブリル化セルロースと少量のアニオン性ナノシリカ(添加濃度5kg/tn)を含んでなる参照供給物である。KP2およびKP3は、同じMFCグレードであるが、シリカの濃度がより高く(それぞれ140および50kg/tn)、シリカの添加点が異なる(KP2についてはフィブリル化の前/フィブリル化の間に添加し、KP3については供給物の調製の間に添加した)。

b)前記懸濁液にナノ粒子を添加して、前記ミクロフィブリル化セルロースおよび前記ナノ粒子の混合物を提供するステップであって、ここで添加されるナノ粒子の総量は、懸濁液の乾燥固形分1トン当たり乾燥基準で50kgを超えるステップ、
c)前記混合物を媒体に提供してウェブを形成するステップ、ならびに
d)前記ウェブを脱水して中間の薄い基材またはフィルムを形成するステップ
を含む方法。

前記ナノ粒子が、シリカ、ナノシリカ、ベントナイトまたはナノベントナイト粒子である、上記項目1に記載の方法。
[3].
前記ナノ粒子が、中性またはアルカリ性pHでアニオン性である、上記項目1または2に記載の方法。
[4].
保持ポリマーも懸濁液に添加される、上記項目1~3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
[5].
保持ポリマー対粒子の重量比が、1:3~1:20、好ましくは1:5~1:12の範囲内である、上記項目4に記載の方法。
[6].
前記保持ポリマーが、デンプン、ポリアミノアミド-エピクロロヒドリンおよびカチオン性ポリアクリルアミド、またはそれらのコポリマーもしくは混合物から選択される、上記項目4または5に記載の方法。
[7].
ナノ粒子の総量が、懸濁液の乾燥固形分1トン当たり乾燥基準で300kg/トン未満である、上記項目1~6のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
[8].
ナノ粒子の総量が、懸濁液の乾燥固形分1トン当たり乾燥基準で200kg/トン未満である、上記項目7に記載の方法。
[9].
ステップc)で使用される媒体が多孔質である、上記項目1~8のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
[10].
ステップc)で使用される媒体が多孔質ワイヤである、上記項目9に記載の方法。
[11].
ステップc)で使用される媒体が非多孔質である、上記項目1~8のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
[12].
上記項目1~11のいずれか1項に記載の方法によって得られるフィルム。
[13].
前記フィルム中のナノ粒子の量が、乾燥フィルム1トン当たり少なくとも5kgである、上記項目12に記載のフィルム。
[14].
前記フィルムの少なくとも1つの側にコーティングが設けられ、任意選択で、フィルムとコーティング層との間に結合物質層が備えられている、上記項目12または13に記載のフィルム。
[15].
上記項目12~14のいずれか1項に記載のフィルムを含む製品。
Claims (8)
- フィルムの製造方法であって、
このフィルムは、10~50gsmの坪量で、50%RH、23℃にて測定して200cc/m2・日未満の酸素透過率を有し、
当該製造方法は、
a)ミクロフィブリル化セルロースを含む懸濁液を提供するステップであって、前記懸濁液のミクロフィブリル化セルロースの含有量は、懸濁液の固形分の重量に対して少なくとも60重量%であるステップ、
b)前記懸濁液にデンプンである保持ポリマーおよびナノ粒子を添加して、前記ミクロフィブリル化セルロースおよび前記ナノ粒子の混合物を提供するステップであって、ここで添加されるナノ粒子の総量は、懸濁液の乾燥固形分1トン当たり乾燥基準で50kgを超えており、前記ナノ粒子がナノシリカであり、かつ前記ナノ粒子が中性またはアルカリ性pHでアニオン性であるステップ、
c)前記混合物を媒体に提供してウェブを形成するステップ、ならびに
d)前記ウェブを脱水してフィルムを形成するステップ
を含む方法。 - 保持ポリマー対ナノ粒子の重量比が、1:3~1:20の範囲内である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 保持ポリマー対ナノ粒子の重量比が、1:5~1:12の範囲内である、請求項2に記載の方法。
- ナノ粒子の総量が、懸濁液の乾燥固形分1トン当たり乾燥基準で300kg/トン未満である、請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- ナノ粒子の総量が、懸濁液の乾燥固形分1トン当たり乾燥基準で200kg/トン未満である、請求項4に記載の方法。
- ステップc)で使用される媒体が多孔質である、請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- ステップc)で使用される媒体が多孔質ワイヤである、請求項6に記載の方法。
- ステップc)で使用される媒体が非多孔質である、請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
