The control means 180 will be further detailed.
According to the present invention, the control means 180 controls the operation of the dispensing means 150 so that the dispensing means 150 performs the following steps (A) to (D).
Step (A): A fixed amount v of mother liquor from one well of one mother liquor plate 110' out of one or more mother liquor plates 110 (however, the fixed amount v is contained in
Step (B): Extract a fixed volume v of mother liquor from another well of one mother liquor plate 110' and pour the extracted mother liquor into
Step (C): Repeat steps (A) and (B) to prepare a plurality of test liquids on one evaluation plate 120'. The total number of repetitions may be as many as the number of mother liquors accommodated in one mother liquor plate 110'. That is, the process may be repeated for all
Further, the
Step (D): The pipetting means 150 performs steps (A) to (C) as basic operations, and for each of the one or more
Since the control means 180 controls the operation of the pipetting means 150 so that the pipetting means 150 performs the steps (A) to (D) described above, the solution integer obtained by dividing the volume V by the fixed amount v A plurality of test liquids can be prepared in a number of evaluation plates corresponding to the number of portion n multiplied by the number of mother liquor plates. For example, when the volume V is 1 mL (=1000 μL) and the fixed volume v is 150 μL, n is 6, and if the number of mother liquor plates is 2, the number of evaluation plates is 12.

The operation of the automatic

Next, a method for simultaneously and automatically measuring the electrochemical properties of test liquids obtained by mixing two or more mother liquors of the present invention will be described.
FIG. 14 is a diagram showing a flow of automatically measuring the electrochemical properties of test liquids all at once according to the present invention.
FIG. 15 is a diagram showing the flow of automatically measuring the electrochemical properties of the test liquids of the present invention following FIG. 14 all at once.
Step S1410: Move one mother liquor plate 110' to a dispensing position among the one or more
Step S1420: Move one evaluation plate 120' out of the one or
Step S1430: Prepare a plurality of test liquids on one evaluation plate 120'. Preparation of a plurality of test liquids consists of the following three steps here.
Step (a): A fixed volume v of mother liquor from one well 210 of one
Step (b): Extract a fixed volume v of mother liquor from another well 210 of one mother liquor plate 110' and pour it into the wells of one evaluation plate 120'.
Step (c): Repeat steps (a) and (b) to prepare a plurality of test liquids on one evaluation plate 120'. The total number of repetitions may be as many as the number of mother liquors accommodated in one mother liquor plate 110'. That is, it is repeated for all mother liquors contained in one mother liquor plate 110'. For example, if there are 96
Step S1430 is preferably performed based on dispensing conditions entered by a user, including at least a fixed volume v, a plurality of mother liquor compositions and a plurality of test fluid compositions. Such dispensing conditions are the same as those described with reference to FIGS. 7 to 11, and therefore are omitted. Incidentally, it is also possible to call the dispensing conditions stored in memory or the like in advance and perform step S1430 based on them.
Step S1440: Electrically connecting the pair of
Step S1450: Make the electrochemical measurement device simultaneously measure the electrochemical properties of the plurality of test liquids on one
Step S1450 is preferably performed based on the electrochemical measurement conditions entered by the user. Such electrochemical measurement conditions are the same as those described with reference to FIGS. 7 and 12, and therefore are omitted. Note that the electrochemical measurement conditions stored in memory or the like in advance may be called up, and step S1430 may be performed based thereon.
Step S1460: When the measurement is finished in step S1450, discard the one measured evaluation plate 120''.
Step S1510: If there is one or more
Step S1520: Steps S1420 to S1460 are repeated n-1 times. where n is the integer part of the solution of capacitance V divided by a fixed amount v. In this way, a plurality of test liquids can be prepared for each of the n evaluation plates for one mother liquid plate 110', and their electrochemical properties can be evaluated at high throughput.
Step S1530: Following step S1520, if there are one or more unused
Step S1540: Steps S1410 to S1520 are repeated. The number of repetitions may be performed until one or more unused

FIG. 17 is a diagram showing the appearance of the evaluation plate.
The evaluation plate has 96 wells in a matrix of 8 rows (A to H)×12 columns (1 to 12), each well having a pair of electrodes (nickel foil and lithium metal foil) and their An electrode member made of glass fiber paper (Whatman (registered trademark), GF/A) was placed between the electrodes. In addition, 25 μL of DMA (dimethylacetamide) in which 1 M of LiNO 3 was dissolved as a common electrolytic solution was placed in each well in advance.
Like the evaluation plate, the mother liquor plate also had 96 wells in a matrix of 8 rows×12 rows, and each well contained 1 mL of mother liquor.
The dispensing condition setting button was selected from the interface shown in FIG. 7, and 1 mL was entered for the well volume of the mother liquor plate (corresponding to volume V), and 6 was entered for the number of mother liquor plates on the mother liquor tab of the dispensing condition setting screen. We then selected 150 μL as the mother liquor extract volume (corresponding to the fixed volume v), 32 as the number of wells used in the mother liquor plate, and uploaded Tables 1 and 2 as the mother liquor plate recipe. It should be understood that Tables 1 and 2 are actually one continuous table.
Subsequently, on the test solution tab, 25 μL was selected as the test solution volume to be prepared in each well of the evaluation plate, Tables 3 to 6 were uploaded as the evaluation plate recipe, and 36 was entered as the number of evaluation plates. The confirmation button was pressed on the dispensing condition setting screen, and it was confirmed that there was no problem with the dispensing conditions. Tables 3 to 6 show only the evaluation plate recipe corresponding to the first evaluation plate among the 36 evaluation plates. It should be understood that Tables 3 to 6 are actually one continuous table, and 96 recipes are listed on the first evaluation plate.
Select the electrochemical measurement condition setting button from the interface shown in FIG. 3 (pattern No. 1, cycle number 3) is selected, and in the pattern tab, pattern No. No. 1 charging/discharging conditions were set. Pattern no. 1 is shown in Table 7.
Again, we returned to the interface shown in FIG. 7 and pressed the execute button. A total of 36 evaluation plates were prepared with test liquids and electrochemical properties were measured without stopping the
Since the well volume V of the mother liquor plate is 1 mL and the fixed volume v is 150 μL, the integer part n of the solution obtained by dividing the volume V (1 mL=1000 μL) by the fixed volume v (150 μL) is 6, and the mother liquor plate A plurality of test liquids were prepared on each of 36 evaluation plates corresponding to the number (6) multiplied by 6 (=n), and it was confirmed that the electrochemical properties were measured. The completion of extraction from all mother liquor plates installed in the plate stacker and the completion of injection into all evaluation plates are always constant, enabling efficient long-term operation simply by replacing each plate stacker. was shown to be
After the measurement, pressing the result button on the interface shown in FIG. 7 displayed the results shown in Tables 8-11. Tables 3 to 6 show only the evaluation plate recipe corresponding to the first evaluation plate out of the 36 evaluation plates, but Tables 8 to 11 show a plurality of wells provided in the evaluation plate and a plurality of test solutions. Information (column (vertical), row (horizontal), test solution number) and the results of the coulombic efficiency of each cycle (1st to 3rd times) corresponding to each were displayed for each sheet of the evaluation plate. It should be understood that Tables 8 to 11 are actually one continuous table, with 96 results listed on the first evaluation plate.
