Claims (11)
- 検査用参照基準品を製造する方法であって、
シワ等の非平面状特異部を有するツール第1表面を含むツールを配置し、
前記ツール第1表面に第1成形素材を配置し、
第1成形素材第1表面及び第1成形素材第2表面を含む前記第1成形素材を少なくとも部分的に硬化させ、その際、前記第1成形素材第1表面は、前記ツール第1表面の近傍に配置されており、
前記ツールから前記第1成形素材を取り外し、
前記第1成形素材第1表面に第2成形素材を配置し、
前記第2成形素材を少なくとも部分的に硬化させる、ことを含み、
前記検査用参照基準品は、複合材コンポーネントの不規則部が許容可能か否かを見る検査において、前記複合材コンポーネントと比較される基準品として使用される、方法。 - 前記第1成形素材を少なくとも部分的に硬化させるステップの後、
前記第1成形素材第1表面を前記ツール第1表面へと押圧することで、前記第1成形素材第1表面に所定の非平面状特異部を形成することを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記第1成形素材第1表面に第2成形素材を配置した後、前記第1成形素材第1表面から前記第2成形素材に、所定の非平面状特異部を形成することを含む、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 非平面状特異部を有するツール第1表面を含むツールを配置するステップの前、
ツール第1表面に所定の非平面状特異部を形成することを含む、請求項1~3のいずれかに記載の方法。 - 前記第1成形素材を少なくとも部分的に硬化させるステップにおいて、さらに、
前記第1成形素材を実質的に完全に硬化させることを含む、請求項1~4のいずれかに記載の方法。 - 前記第2成形素材を少なくとも部分的に硬化させるステップにおいて、さらに、
前記第2成形素材を実質的に完全に硬化させることを含む、請求項1~5のいずれかに
記載の方法。 - 前記第1成形素材第1表面に第2成形素材を配置するステップの前、
前記第1成形素材第1表面を処理することを含む、請求項1~6のいずれかに記載の方法。 - 前記第1成形素材第1表面を処理するステップは、
前記第1成形素材第1表面から所定量の材料を除去することを含む、請求項7に記載の方法。 - 所定量の材料を除去するステップは、
前記第1成形素材第1表面から、約10μm~約100μmの範囲の材料層を除去することを含む、請求項8に記載の方法。 - 少なくとも部分的に硬化され、且つ、第1成形素材第1表面及び第1成形素材第2表面を有する第1成形素材と、
少なくとも部分的に硬化されるとともに、前記第1成形素材第1表面に積層され接合されている第2成形素材と、を含み、
前記第1成形素材第1表面は、シワ等の所定の非平面状特異部を含み、かつ処理がなされる、参照基準品であって、
複合材コンポーネントの不規則部が許容可能か否かを見る検査において、前記複合材コンポーネントと比較される基準品として使用される、参照基準品。 - 前記第2成形素材は、前記第1成形素材第1表面に対して少なくとも部分的に硬化されるように構成されている、請求項10に記載の参照基準品。
