A "sub-state" is set below the "main state". In the example shown in FIG. 4, corresponding to the "operating" state of the
Next, the transition of each state will be explained. As shown in FIG. 3, for example, in the
FIG. 5 is a diagram showing an example of transition information regarding transitions between states in each piece of equipment stored in the
As shown in "state key" in FIG. 5, by assigning a state key to the state of each device based on the address of the hierarchical structure and the presence/absence of the state, the information stored in the
The
As shown in FIG. 6, the
The
FIG. 7 is a diagram showing an example of state transition relationships stored in the
In the
FIG. 8 is a diagram showing an example of time-series energy consumption for each state of each facility stored in the
It should be noted that the energy consumption data can be updated according to the content of the change, if there is a change in the facility characteristics of each facility. In addition, the energy consumption data may have different values depending on the processing conditions, so it may be set according to the production item.
The
The state transition time
The factory
The
The
The

Next, an energy management method by the
First, a factory manager or the like sets production conditions and a production plan (S1). Specifically, the manager or the like inputs information on production conditions to the factory
Subsequently, the characteristics, facility information, transition information, and state information of each facility are acquired from the database 2 (S2). Specifically, the
Next, the
Subsequently, the state transition time
Next, the
Then, the
Next, the
Then, when the evaluation index is the maximum (S8: YES), the
According to the energy management method by the
In particular, the
In addition, the
In addition, the
In addition, as the state of the equipment, the energy The
