Claims (11)
- 一端の一側が陥没されて凹状空間を形成すると共に所定の厚さを有する第1ガイドであって、陥没された前記一端の一側がフォールディングされた電池ケースのフォールディング部に向かうように前記電池ケースの内側に挿入されて前記一側側に押し出される第1ガイド;及び
前記電池ケースのシーリング部を保持して前記電池ケースを固定する第2ガイドを含み、
前記所定の厚さは、前記フォールディング部が広げられた際の幅よりも厚く、前記電池ケースがフォールディングされた際の厚さよりも薄い、二次電池の製造装置。 - 前記第1ガイドは、
前記シーリング部を介して前記電池ケースに挿入される、請求項1に記載の二次電池の製造装置。 - 前記第1ガイドを前記一側側に押し出すと、前記フォールディング部の一部が前記凹状空間に挿入される、請求項1または2に記載の二次電池の製造装置。
- 前記第1ガイドは、
前記一端の一側が内側に陥没されてフィレットされる、請求項1~3の何れか一項に記載の二次電池の製造装置。 - 前記第1ガイドは、
前記一端の一側が内側に陥没されて面取りされ、複数の平面で前記凹状空間を形成し、前記複数の平面が互いに成す外角が鈍角を形成する、請求項1~3の何れか一項に記載の二次電池の製造装置。 - 前記シーリング部に熱及び圧力を印加して前記シーリング部をシーリングするシーリングツールをさらに含む、請求項1~5の何れか一項に記載の二次電池の製造装置。
- 前記第1ガイドは、
前記シーリング部がシーリングされる前に、前記電池ケースから引き出される、請求項6に記載の二次電池の製造装置。 - 前記第2ガイドは、
トング形状を有し、前記シーリング部を両面から保持する、請求項1~7の何れか一項に記載の二次電池の製造装置。 - 電極及び分離膜が交互に積層されて形成される電極組立体を二次電池の電池ケースに収納するステップ;
前記電池ケースがフォールディングされると、一端の一側が陥没されて凹状空間を形成すると共に所定の厚さを有する第1ガイドの前記一端の一側を前記電池ケースのフォールディング部に向かうように前記電池ケースの内側に挿入するステップ;
前記第1ガイドを前記一側側に押し出すステップ;
第2ガイドが前記電池ケースのシーリング部を保持して前記電池ケースを固定するステップ;及び
シーリングツールが前記シーリング部に熱及び圧力を印加して前記シーリング部をシーリングするステップを含み、
前記所定の厚さは、前記フォールディング部が広げられた際の幅よりも厚く、前記電池ケースがフォールディングされた際の厚さよりも薄い、二次電池の製造方法。 - 前記電池ケースを固定するステップ後及び前記シーリング部をシーリングするステップ前に、前記第1ガイドを前記電池ケースから引き出すステップをさらに含む、請求項9に記載の二次電池の製造方法。
- 請求項9または10に記載の二次電池の製造方法で製造された二次電池。
