図1に示すように、蓄電装置1は、収容部2と、収容部2内に収容されるセル群3と、エンドプレート4と、収容部2を車体(図示せず)に締結するための複数の車体締結部材5と、を有する。

Claims (7)
- 複数の電池セルを積層したセル群と、
前記セル群を収容し、前記電池セルの積層方向の両端部に開口部を有する筒状の収容部と、
前記収容部の前記開口部を覆うエンドプレートと、
前記収容部と別体に形成され、前記収容部を車体に締結する車体締結部材と、
前記エンドプレートを前記収容部に締結するボルトと、を備え、
前記車体締結部材は、前記収容部に向けて突出する係合突部を有するとともに、前記係合突部に前記ボルトと螺合する螺合部を有し、
前記収容部の外面には、前記車体締結部材の前記係合突部と係合する係合凹部を有し、
前記車体締結部材は、前記係合凹部内に収容される前記係合突部の前記螺合部が、前記エンドプレート及び前記収容部に亘って設けられる前記ボルトと螺合することによって、前記収容部に固定される、蓄電装置。 - 前記収容部の前記係合凹部は、前記収容部の長さ方向に延びる角部に配置され、
前記角部の内部に、前記ボルトが挿通するボルト挿通穴が、前記係合凹部に開口するように設けられる、請求項1に記載の蓄電装置。 - 前記車体締結部材は、前記収容部に向けてコの字状に突出する一対の前記係合突部を有し、
前記収容部の前記係合凹部は、前記収容部において隣り合う2つの前記角部に、前記車体締結部材の前記一対の係合突部にそれぞれ対応して設けられる、請求項2に記載の蓄電装置。 - 前記車体締結部材は、前記収容部の幅方向に相対峙する側壁部に配置される、請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の蓄電装置。
- 複数の電池セルを積層したセル群と、
前記セル群を収容し、前記電池セルの積層方向の両端部に開口部を有する筒状の収容部と、
前記収容部の前記開口部を覆うエンドプレートと、
前記収容部と別体に形成され、前記収容部を車体に締結する車体締結部材と、
前記エンドプレートを前記収容部に締結するボルトと、を備え、
前記車体締結部材は、前記収容部の幅方向に相対峙する側壁部に配置されるとともに、前記ボルトと螺合する螺合部を有し、前記螺合部が前記エンドプレート及び前記収容部に亘って設けられる前記ボルトと螺合することによって、前記収容部に固定される、蓄電装置。 - 前記収容部の前記側壁部の内部は、空洞部を有し、
前記車体締結部材は、前記側壁部の外面から空洞部に挿入されるブラインドナットによって、前記側壁部に対して更に固定される、請求項4又は5に記載の蓄電装置。 - 前記収容部の前記側壁部は、前記収容部の長さ方向に沿って、前記側壁部の高さ方向に並んだ少なくとも2つの熱交換媒体流路を有し、
前記空洞部は、前記2つの熱交換媒体流路の間に配置される、請求項6に記載の蓄電装置。
