Description

The present invention relates to an airtight/insulating structure for sash windows.

Traditionally, buildings such as buildings and houses have been equipped with different opening and closing methods and functions, such as double sliding windows, double-hung windows, fixed windows (fixed windows), single-sided windows, outward-opening windows, inward-tilting windows, folding windows, and rotating windows. Different sash windows are used.

Among these, the sash window of the double sliding window has a frame fixed to the outer edge of the opening of the building, and two shojis can be slid left and right inside the frame to open and close the opening. It is delivered and configured. Each shoji has a rectangular frame consisting of an upper frame, a lower frame, and left and right vertical frames (one of the vertical frames is a meeting frame) made of aluminum or resin. and an encased glass panel.

Each shoji is provided with a guide groove having a recessed section in the upper frame of the shoji, and the guide groove is engaged with an upper rail formed in the upper frame of the frame body. Furthermore, a door roller is housed in the lower frame, and the lower rail and the door roller are engaged with each other on a lower rail having a convex cross section provided on the lower frame of the frame body. Thereby, the shoji is provided so as to be slidable in the left-right direction while being guided by the upper rail and the lower race of the frame.

In addition, on the upper frame and the lower frame, intermediate rails arranged between the upper frames of one shoji and the other shoji and between the lower frames of each other protrude. Each shoji is provided so as to be slidable.

On the other hand, in the double sliding window sash, a smoke return with a substantially L-shaped cross section is provided integrally with the meeting frame of the shoji, and when the pair of shoji is closed, the meeting frame overlaps and engages with each other. is configured to

In addition, a resin cover (resin material) is attached to the outer frame of the shoji to ensure heat insulation and airtightness on the outside of the aluminum frame, and the pair of shoji are closed to overlap each other. There is a structure in which the resin cover of one shoji abuts against the aluminum profile of the other shoji to ensure heat insulation and airtightness (see, for example, Patent Document 1).

Furthermore, in general, in the double sliding window sash 100 of a middle-rise building, as shown in FIG. A contact portion/airtight line R1 is provided on the indoor side of the smoke return 4, and a drain 5 is provided on the outdoor side of the airtight line R1 to prevent water such as rainwater from entering. .

In a double sliding window sash 100 for a house, for example, as shown in FIG. An airtight line R1 is provided on the outdoor side of the smoke return 4, and the airtight line (abutting portion) R1 is configured to also serve as a drainer.

However, in the above conventional double sliding window sashes, a resin material (resin cover) that is excellent in heat insulation but prone to heat shrinkage is attached to one of the sashes, and this resin material is the aluminum type of the other sash. Since heat insulation and airtightness are ensured by contacting the material, if the resin material undergoes heat shrinkage, a gap will form between the aluminum shape and the resin material, making it impossible to ensure heat insulation and airtightness. It was likely to disappear.

In addition, like the double sliding window sashes of mid-to-high-rise buildings, the resin material is provided on the indoor side, the airtight line is arranged on the indoor side, and the resin material that constitutes the heat insulating layer is provided on the side facing the indoor side of the meeting frame. Then, in order to obtain the desired heat insulation performance, the width of the meeting frame is increased in accordance with the size of the resin material. As a result, there is a risk of deterioration in appearance (decrease in design), high cost, and the like.

In addition, like the double sliding window sash of a house, a contact part/airtight line is provided on the outdoor side where the resin material of one meeting frame contacts the aluminum shape of the other meeting frame, and this airtight line ( If the abutment portion also functions as a drainer, the temperature difference between the outside and the room will affect the dew condensation around the airtight line on the outdoor side, making it difficult to ensure watertightness.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION In view of the above circumstances, it is an object of the present invention to provide an airtight/heat-insulating structure for a sash window that can keep the width of the sashes small while ensuring/improving the airtightness and heat-insulating properties. .

Like the first airtight member 24 and the second airtight member 27, the third airtight member 31 is detachably engaged with the third engaging portion 30 of the lower frame 17 to position and hold the third airtight member 31. With the engaging proximal end portion 31a and the engaging proximal end portion 31a engaged with the third engaging portion 30, the projecting direction tip portion extends from the engaging proximal end portion 31a to the lower frame 10b of the shoji screen 13 on the other side. It is formed with an airtight/insulating main body portion 31b in close contact.

The third airtight member 31 is made of resin and is formed to be elastically deformable, and is formed to have a predetermined length in the lateral direction reaching approximately both ends in the width direction T1 of the lower frame 17 . Further, the third airtight member 31 of the present embodiment is formed so that the tip end side of the airtight/insulating body portion 31b has a convex arc shape in cross section, similar to the first airtight member 24 and the second airtight member 27, and engages. A base end portion 31a is formed in a substantially flat plate shape.

In the third airtight/insulating structure B3, the tip of the airtight/insulating body portion 31b of the third airtight member 31 attached to the intermediate wall portion 20 of the lower frame 17 is in close contact with the lower frame 10b of the other shoji 13. .

As a result, the third airtight/insulating structure B3 of the present embodiment forms a third airtight line R4 inside the room by the third airtight material 31 that contacts the lower frame 10b of the other shoji 13. As shown in FIG.

At this time, the first resin member 21 attached to the other meeting frame 10d to form a heat insulating layer and the first airtight member 24 attached to the one meeting frame 10d in contact with the first resin member 21. A third airtight line R4 formed of the third airtight material 31 is formed at a position (a different position in the prospective direction (depth direction T3)) shifted to the outside of the room from the first airtight line R2 formed by .

Next, the fourth airtight/heat insulating structure B4 of this embodiment is for ensuring airtightness and heat insulation between the first airtight/heat insulating structure B1 and the third airtight heat insulating structure B3. As shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, it is interposed between the lower end of the first airtight member 24 of the first airtight/heat insulating structure B1 and one end of the third airtight member 31 of the third airtight heat insulating structure B3. and a fourth airtight member (airtight piece) 32 made of resin.

The fourth airtight member 32 is provided so as to connect airtight lines respectively formed by the first airtight/heat insulating structure B1 and the third airtight heat insulating structure B3. Further, the fourth airtight member 32 of the present embodiment projects upward (vertical direction T2) and is arranged adjacent to the lower end portion side of the first airtight member 24 of the first airtight/heat insulating structure B1. and a fitting portion 32b recessed in the width direction T1 into which one end of the third airtight member 31 of the third airtight/heat insulating structure B3 is fitted. ing.

Thus, the fourth airtight/heat insulating structure B4 is formed between the lower end of the first airtight member 24 of the first airtight/heat insulating structure B1 and one side end of the third airtight member 31 of the third airtight/heat insulating structure B3. By interposing the fourth airtight member 32, the protruding portion 32a of the fourth airtight member 32 is adjacent to the lower end portion side of the first airtight member 24, and the fitting portion 32b of the fourth airtight member 32 is connected to the fitting portion 32b. 3 By fitting one side end of the airtight material 31, a series of airtight lines are formed in this part, and the airtightness and heat insulation between the first airtight/heat insulation structure B1 and the third airtight heat insulation structure B3 property is suitably ensured.

Next, the fifth airtight/heat insulation structure B5 of the present embodiment is for ensuring airtightness and heat insulation between the first airtight/heat insulation structure B1 and the second airtight heat insulation structure B2. 7 and 8), it is interposed between the upper end of the first airtight member 24 of the first airtight/heat insulating structure B1 and one end of the second airtight member 27 of the second airtight heat insulating structure B2. It is configured with a fifth resin-made airtight member (airtight piece) 33 provided.

Like the fourth airtight member 32, the fifth airtight member 33 is provided so as to connect airtight lines respectively formed by the first airtight/heat insulating structure B1 and the second airtight heat insulating structure B2. In addition, the fifth airtight member 33 of the present embodiment protrudes downward (in the vertical direction T2) and is arranged adjacent to the upper end portion side of the first airtight member 24 of the first airtight/heat insulating structure B1. and a fitting portion 33b recessed in the width direction T1 into which one side end of the second airtight material 27 of the second airtight heat insulating structure B2 is fitted. there is

Thus, the fifth airtight/heat insulating structure B5 is formed between the upper end of the first airtight member 24 of the first airtight/heat insulating structure B1 and one side end of the second airtight member 27 of the second airtight/heat insulating structure B2. By interposing the fifth airtight member 33, the protruding portion 33a of the fifth airtight member 33 is adjacent to the upper end portion side of the first airtight member 24, and the fitting portion 33b of the fifth airtight member 33 is connected to the fitting portion 33b of the fifth airtight member 33. A series of airtight lines are formed in this portion by fitting one side end of the airtight material 27, and the airtightness and heat insulation between the first airtight/heat insulation structure B1 and the second airtight heat insulation structure B2 property is suitably ensured.

Therefore, in the airtight/heat insulating structure B of the sash window A of the present embodiment, the airtightness in the vertical direction T2 in the extending direction of the meeting frame 10d in a state where the meeting frame 10d of the pair of shojis 12 and 13 overlaps each other. A first airtight/insulating structure B1 for securing heat resistance and heat insulating properties is provided, and a first resin material is attached to the meeting frame 10d of the other shoji 13 of the first airtight/heat insulating structure B1 to form a heat insulating layer. 21 and an elastically deformable first airtight member 24 attached to the meeting frame 10d of one shoji 12 that contacts the first resin material 21 form an airtight line R2 inside the room.

As a result, in the first airtight/heat insulating structure B1 of the present embodiment having the above configuration, even if deformation such as heat shrinkage occurs in the first resin material 21, when the pair of shojis 12 and 13 are closed, , the tip of the elastically deformable first airtight member 24 can be kept in close contact with the first resin member 21 at all times, and airtightness and heat insulation can be ensured.

In addition, in the first airtight/heat insulating structure B1 of the present embodiment, the elastically deformable first airtight member 24 is brought into contact with the first resin member 21 provided on the other meeting frame 10d to achieve airtightness and heat insulation. is ensured, the thickness of the first resin material 21 can also be reduced.

As a result, the thickness of the first resin material 21 (heat insulating layer) can be reduced while ensuring desired heat insulating properties, and the width of the meeting frame 10d in the prospective direction (depth direction) T3 can be reduced. can be done. Therefore, the appearance of the meeting frame 10d and the sash window A can be improved, and the cost can be reduced.

In addition, in the airtight/heat insulating structure B of the sash window A of the present embodiment, the second airtight/heat insulating structure B2 for ensuring airtightness and heat insulation between the upper frame 16 and the meeting frame 10d and the upper frame 10a. The second airtight/insulating structure B2 forms a second airtight line R3 with a second airtight material 27 abutting on the other meeting frame 10d and the upper frame 10a.

Furthermore, in the airtight/insulating structure B of the sash window A of the present embodiment, the second airtight line R3 formed by the second airtight material 27 and the first airtight line R2 formed by the first airtight material 24 are Since these two airtight lines R2 and R3 are formed by shifting the position in the prospective direction T3, airtightness and heat insulation can be effectively exhibited. Therefore, it is possible to further improve airtightness and heat insulation compared with conventional ones.

In addition, in the airtight/heat insulating structure B of the sash window A of the present embodiment, a third airtight/heat insulating structure for ensuring airtightness and heat insulation between the lower frame 17 and the meeting frame 10d and the lower frame 10b. B3, this third airtight/heat insulating structure B3 forms a third airtight line R4 by means of a third airtight material 31 abutting on the other meeting frame 10d and lower frame 10b in the same way as the second airtight/heat insulating structure B2. Form. As a result, the third airtight/heat insulating structure B3 can provide the same effect as the second airtight/heat insulating structure B2.

In addition, the third airtight material 31 is brought into contact with the meeting frame 10d and the lower frame 10b of the other shoji 13 to ensure airtightness and heat insulation. It is possible to keep the size of the projection direction T3 small. Therefore, the appearance can be further improved, and the cost can be reduced.

In addition, since the two airtight lines R2 and R4 are formed at different positions (the positions are shifted), airtightness and heat insulation can be exhibited individually for each of the airtight lines R2 and R4. Therefore, it is possible to further improve airtightness and heat insulation compared with conventional ones.

Furthermore, in the airtight/heat insulating structure B of the sash window A of the present embodiment, the fourth airtight/heat insulating structure B4 and the first airtight/heat insulating structure B1 are provided between the first airtight/heat insulating structure B1 and the third airtight/heat insulating structure B3. By interposing the fifth airtight/heat insulating structure B5 between the second airtight heat insulating structure B2 and the second airtight heat insulating structure B2, the airtight lines can be connected to ensure airtightness and heat insulation.

The fourth airtight member 32 of the fourth airtight/heat insulating structure B4 and the fifth airtight member 33 of the fifth airtight/heat insulating structure B5 are respectively arranged adjacent to the first airtight member 24 of the first airtight/heat insulating structure B1. Since the protruding portions 32a and 33a are provided (arranged in parallel), the seams of the first airtight member 24, the fourth airtight member 32, and the fifth airtight member 33 do not become air passages (air leakage). It is possible to further improve airtightness and heat insulation.

Further, by providing the fourth airtight member 32 of the fourth airtight/heat insulating structure B4 and the fifth airtight member 33 of the fifth airtight/heat insulating structure B5, the first airtight member 24 of the first airtight/heat insulating structure B1 is further adjacent to the first airtight member 24. By providing the protruding portions 32a and 33a, even if the first airtight member 24 or the like is thermally shrunk, airtightness and heat insulation can be ensured.

Further, the fourth airtight member 32 of the fourth airtight/heat insulating structure B4 and the fifth airtight member 33 of the fifth airtight/heat insulating structure B5 are provided, and the first airtight member 24 of the first airtight/heat insulating structure B1 is provided with Adjacent protruding portions 32a and 33a are provided to secure desired airtightness and heat insulation, making it possible to form the meeting frame 10d with a smaller width compared to the conventional art. .

Further, together with the first airtight material 24 of the first airtight/heat insulating structure B1, the fourth airtight material 32 of the fourth airtight/heat insulating structure B4 and the fifth airtight material 33 of the fifth airtight/heat insulating structure B5 form a heat insulating layer. When configured to contact the first resin material 21, in other words, the first resin material 21 is arranged in the viewing direction so as to contact not only the first airtight material 24 but also the fourth airtight material 32 and the fifth airtight material 33. By increasing the width, it becomes possible to further improve airtightness and heat insulation.

An embodiment of the airtight/insulating structure for a sash window according to the present invention has been described above, but the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and can be modified as appropriate without departing from the scope of the invention. .

For example, the fourth airtight/heat insulating structure B4 and the fifth airtight/heat insulating structure B5 may be composed of a plurality of members.
For example, as shown in FIGS. 10 and 11, the intermediate rail/intermediate wall portion 20 of the upper frame 16 (lower frame 17) is provided with a heat-insulating material that protrudes downward (upward) from the tip of the intermediate rail 20 in the projecting direction. A resin material 35 having excellent properties is attached, and further, the tip of the resin material 35 in the projecting direction, the upper end (lower end) of the first airtight member 24, and the upper frame 10a of one shoji 12 and the other shoji 13 are brought into close contact with each other. A fifth airtight/insulating structure B5 may be configured by providing a fifth airtight material (airtight piece/upper filling airtight material) 33 so as to fill the upper space surrounded by the upper member. It is needless to say that the fourth airtight/heat insulating structure B4 can be configured in the same manner as this upside down.

By filling and arranging the resin material 35 and the fifth airtight material 33 in the space portion in this way, it is possible to further improve airtightness and heat insulation. Also, by providing the fifth airtight member 33, as shown in FIG. 11, the first airtight line R2 and the second airtight line R3 (the third airtight line R4) can be connected.

Furthermore, by providing the resin material 35 and the fifth airtight material 33, a new airtight line is formed at a plurality of sites where the fifth airtight material 33 abuts, such as the abutting part between the resin material 35 and the fifth airtight material 33. be able to. Therefore, by providing a large fifth airtight member 33, it is possible to improve airtightness and heat insulation more reliably and effectively while keeping the size of the meeting frame 10d small.

Further, as shown in FIG. 10, it is conceivable that the first resin material 21 attached to the other shoji 13 is displaced due to construction error or the like, and the position of the airtight line (broken line) is changed. By providing the fifth airtight member 33 together with the first airtight member 24, the airtight line of this portion is prevented from being deviated, and highly reliable airtight performance and heat insulating performance can be exhibited.

Further, as shown in FIG. 12, upper rails (or lower rails: intermediate walls) 20 are provided to slidably support the upper portions (and lower end portions) of the shojis 12 and 13, respectively, and the frame 15 is provided. When the upper frame 16 (or lower frame 17) is configured, the airtight material 36 is attached to the upper frame 10a (or lower frame 10b) of each shoji 12, 13, and the top rail (or lower rail) 20 is attached to the tip. The parts may be crimped to form an airtight line.

In this embodiment, the first airtight material 24 is brought into close contact with the first resin material 21 of the other meeting frame 10d. It is also conceivable to abut on the Also in this case, as in the present embodiment, since the airtight line is displaced, the expected direction can be reduced.
