Description
これにより、歯面の峻度とは無関係に、十分に正確な測定が確実に行われる(歯面上に十分な数の接触点が確実に設けられる)。走査測定において、小さな圧力角で正確な歯面測定を確実に行うために、接線方向運動の速度を衝撃音信号に従って制御してもよい。
Claims (14)
- ウォームねじ形状の加工領域を有する工具(1)、特に研削ウォームの幾何寸法を自動的に測定する方法であって、
距離を検出するために、測定要素(2)を前記工具(1)に向け、
前記工具(1)を、前記測定要素(2)に対して回転させ、
前記工具(1)の回転中に前記測定要素(2)により検出された距離値に基づいて、前記工具(1)の幾何寸法に係る判定を行う
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1に記載の方法において、
回転軸(B1)に沿って停止した状態の前記工具(1)、及び、360°の倍数の回転中、好ましくは720°回転中の前記工具(1)について検出された距離値を、特定の閾値と比較し、
前記工具(1)のねじ山の数を、前記閾値と比較された距離値に基づいて求める
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の方法において、
前記測定要素(2)を、前記工具(1)のねじ幅について中央に配置し、
回転中に固定配置されている測定要素(2)が、距離の測定を行いつつ、ねじ山に向けて継続的に配向されてその配向から外れることがないように、回転軸(B1)に沿って停止している工具(1)を回転及び停止させ、
前記測定要素(2)を、回転後の位置にある前記工具(1)のねじ幅の中央に再度位置決めし、
ねじ幅の2つの中央点の回転前後の移動に基づいて、前記工具(1)のねじ山のピッチ方向を測定し、
好ましくは、前記測定要素(2)を、前記工程の間、前記工具(1)の回転軸(B1)に対して実質的に垂直に位置合わせする
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の方法において、
前記測定要素(2)を、前記工具(1)の歯末(11)又は歯面(12)に向け、
前記工具(1)を、前記測定要素(2)と噛み合った状態で回転させ、好ましくは、前記工具(1)を、前記工具(1)のねじ山のリード角に従って、回転軸(B1)に沿って接線方向に移動させ、
前記歯末(11)又は前記歯面(12)の状態及び/又は輪郭を、前記測定要素(2)によって検出された距離値に基づいて測定し、
前記歯末(11)又は前記歯面(12)の欠損を、好ましくは、前記工具(1)の特定の接線位置及び角度位置で測定する
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の方法において、
測定結果を、前記工具(1)の測定時に検査し、
前記測定要素を、前記工具(1)のねじ山の中央に位置合わせし、
前記工具(1)を、好ましくはその全長に沿って、検査対象の値を考慮して、測定要素と噛み合った状態で移動させ、
前記移動中に検出された距離値及び/又は前記工具(1)のねじ山の中央に対する移動後の前記測定要素の位置によって、前記工具(1)の幾何形状の測定結果の正確さを判定できる
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の方法において、
前記測定要素は、
レーザ距離測定装置等の光学測定ユニット、
衝撃音装置を有するドレッサ/複合プロフィールローラのような音響測定ユニット、及び
例えば、ドレッサの追従誤差の評価及び/又は消費電流、消費電力、モータ電圧などのドレッサを駆動するためのモータパラメータの評価等を行う物理測定ユニット、
のうちの少なくともいずれか1つである
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の方法において、
衝撃音装置を有するドレッサによって前記測定要素を構成する場合、前記ドレッサは、好ましくは、ドレッシングホイールか複合プロファイルローラであり、前記工具(1)に対して回転中の前記ドレッサが前記工具(1)に衝突すると、前記ドレッサは前記衝撃音装置により検知可能な衝撃音の変化を引き起こし、これにより、前記ドレッサからの最短距離を測定可能である
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の方法において、
回転するドレッサと前記工具(1)との接触時の摩擦により遅延が生じ、所望の値と実際の値との比較において前記ドレッサと前記工具(1)との接触を判定可能とする差を検出することで、好ましくはドレッシングホイール又は複合プロファイルローラであるドレッサにより構成される測定要素において、追従誤差を使用して前記ドレッサと前記工具(1)との最短距離を求める
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の方法において、
前記工具(1)との接触時に摩擦が生じ、これにより発生する追加的負荷トルクがドレッサ又は前記工具(1)の駆動部のモータパラメータ、特に、消費電流、消費電力及び/又はモータ電圧の変化に反映されることを利用し、好ましくはドレッシングホイール又は複合プロファイルローラであるドレッサにより構成される測定要素において、前記モータパラメータの検出を利用して、前記ドレッサと前記工具(1)との最短距離を求める
ことを特徴とする方法。 - ウォームねじ形状の加工領域を有する工具(1)、特に研削ウォームの幾何形状を測定する方法であって、
ドレッサ又は複合プロファイルローラとして構成された測定要素(2)を、距離を検出するために、前記工具(1)に向け、
前記工具(1)に向けられた前記測定要素(2)により検出された距離値に基づいて、前記工具(1)の幾何形状に関する判定を行い、
前記工具(1)の上側縁部又は下側縁部が、長手方向に歯面に自由にアクセスできるように、前記工具を配置し、
前記測定要素(2)を、前記工具(1)の外径の径方向高さ及び前記工具の縁部の接線方向高さで移動させ、送り出しを、始点から出発して、径方向又は接線方向に小さなストロークで行い、前記工具(1)を、各送り出し毎に接線方向又は径方向に移動させて測定要素(2)に接触させて、歯面の輪郭を非連続的に測定する
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項10に記載の方法において、
径方向又は接線方向に小さなストロークで行う前記送り出しを、前記測定要素(2)が歯元に接触するまで繰り返す
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項10又は11に記載の方法において、
ドレッサとして構成された前記測定要素(2)を、前記歯面にわたって接線方向に移動させ、この移動中に、前記工具(1)の径方向送り出しを距離測定の出力に従って行うことにより、前記測定要素(2)が前記歯面の輪郭上を接触して移動して、歯面の半連続輪郭を提供する
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項10から12のいずれか1項に記載の方法において、
前記ドレッサとして構成された前記測定要素(2)は、衝撃音装置、及び/又は、前記ドレッサの追随誤差評価、及び/又は、消費電流、消費電力、モータ電圧などの前記ドレッサを駆動するためのモータパラメータの評価を利用して、上記距離を検出する
ことを特徴とする方法。 - ウォームねじ形状の加工領域を有する工具と、距離を検出する測定要素とを備える、ワークピースに歯切りを施すための歯切り盤であって、
請求項1から13のいずれか1項に記載の方法を実施するよう構成された制御ユニットを有することを特徴とする、歯切り盤。
