FIG. 7 shows a cross-sectional view of the microphone device disclosed in
In the microphone device having such a structure, the surface of the

Moreover, in the manufacturing method of the present invention, a microphone array including a plurality of microphone elements can be formed, and a highly accurate microphone device can be formed.
When the microphone device supplied at low cost according to the present invention is adopted for medical equipment, for example, an electronic stethoscope, the scope of application is expanded, such as the expansion of telemedicine that is easily connected to a communication system and the expansion of a diagnostic system that is connected to artificial intelligence. Expansion is possible.
The method of manufacturing a microphone device for collecting body sounds according to the present invention can be configured using only general semiconductor device manufacturing processes. Hereinafter, the method for manufacturing the microphone device of the present invention will be described in detail, taking a microphone device for collecting body sounds of a human body as an example.
A first embodiment of the present invention will be described. First, the
As shown in FIG. 1, a plurality of
Next, a
Here, the
Next, the
The surface of the first
The surface of the first
Next, singulation is performed.
A microphone device formed in this manner can be used as an electronic stethoscope by attaching it to, for example, a chest piece.
Next, a second embodiment will be described. In the first embodiment described above, one
For example, as shown in FIG. 6, by cutting and removing the
With this configuration, the output signals of the
As described above, according to the present invention, it is possible to form a plurality of microphone elements using materials and methods that are commonly used for manufacturing semiconductor devices, and to form them very simply and inexpensively.
It should be noted that the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and can be modified in various ways. For example, the microphone device can be used not only as an electronic stethoscope but also as various monitor microphones for measuring body sounds. Also, the listening target is not limited to humans, and may be animals such as dogs.
