Claims (14)
- シート状製品(1)であって、
視角とともに変化する光学的特性を有する少なくとも2つのセキュリティフィーチャ(2)と、
少なくとも2つのマーカ(3)と、を有し、
前記シート状製品(1)の前記セキュリティフィーチャ(2)の位置が、前記シート状製品(1)の前記マーカ(3)の位置に対して、予め決められている、シート状製品(1)において、
前記シート状製品は2つ以上の異なるマーカ(3)を有し、
各マーカは、機械的に読み出し可能な符号を有し、
前記シート状製品は少なくとも2つの異なる前記セキュリティフィーチャを有し、各前記セキュリティフィーチャは少なくとも1つの光学可変デバイス(4,5)を有し、前記シート状製品内の前記光学可変デバイスの光学的特性は一定でないことを特徴とする、シート状製品(1)。 - 各マーカ(3)は、前記シート状製品(1)上の位置に一意的に帰属可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のシート状製品(1)。
- 各マーカは、一意的に識別可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載のシート状製品(1)。
- 各マーカ(3)は、符号化された識別子を有し、前記符号化された識別子の符号化は、エラーの検出またはエラーの訂正のための情報を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載のシート状製品(1)。
- 前記マーカは、前記マーカに対する位置によって識別される少なくとも1つの隣接するセキュリティフィーチャの光学的特性の符号化を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載のシート状製品(1)。
- 前記セキュリティフィーチャ(2)は、前記マーカ(3)と重なるか、または前記マーカ(3)の一部であることを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載のシート状製品(1)。
- 前記セキュリティフィーチャ(2)は、並べて配置された2つ以上の光学可変デバイス(4、5)を有し、前記2つ以上の光学可変デバイス(4、5)は互いに異なる光学的特性を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載のシート状製品(1)。
- シート状製品(1)は、シートまたはフィルム、特にホログラフィックシートまたはホログラフィックフィルムであることを特徴とする、請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載のシート状製品(1)。
- タイル状に配置された請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載の2つ以上のシート状製品(1)を有する媒体(10)。
- 請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載のシート状製品(1)または媒体(10)の部分(6)内に含まれている、部分的または完全なセキュリティフィーチャ(8)の光学的特性を判定する方法であって、
前記部分(6)は、少なくとも1つのマーカ(7)と、部分的または完全なセキュリティフィーチャ(8)の少なくとも一部とを有し、
前記方法は、
前記少なくとも1つのマーカ(7)の位置に対する、前記部分(6)内に含まれている前記部分的または完全なセキュリティフィーチャ(8)の位置を判定することと、
判定された相対位置を用いて、前記シート状製品(1)の前記セキュリティフィーチャ(2)の位置および光学的特性を格納したマップから、前記部分的または完全なセキュリティフィーチャ(8)の前記光学的特性を読み出すことと、を含む方法。 - 前記少なくとも1つのマーカ(7)を識別することと、
前記少なくとも1つのマーカ(7)の識別情報と、識別されたマーカに対する前記部分的または完全なセキュリティフィーチャ(8)の前記位置とに基づいて、前記マップから、前記部分的または完全なセキュリティフィーチャ(8)の前記光学的特性を読み出すこととを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の方法。 - 前記部分(6)の参照マークの位置を特定することと、
前記参照マークの判定された位置を、前記マーカ(7)の判定された位置とともに用いて、前記部分(6)内に含まれている部分的または完全なセキュリティフィーチャ(8)の光学的特性を読み出すことと、を特徴とする、請求項10または11に記載の方法。 - 前記部分(6)の境界(9)が前記参照マークとして用いられることを特徴とする、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載のシート状製品(1)または媒体(10)の部分(6)を有するセキュリティタグを認証する方法であって、
請求項10から13のいずれか1項に記載の前記部分(6)内に含まれている部分的または完全なセキュリティフィーチャ(8)の光学的特性を判定することと、
少なくとも1つの画像センサを使用して、前記部分(6)内に含まれている前記部分的または完全なセキュリティフィーチャ(8)の光学的特性を判定することと、
判定された前記光学的特性同士を比較することと、
比較された前記光学的特性同士が一致する場合に前記セキュリティタグの真正さを確認することと、を含む方法。
