Description
TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to footwear, and more particularly to footwear that promotes health and prevents aging by actively bending and stretching human toes, and contributes to the reduction of national medical expenses. .
Traditionally, the soles of the feet, especially the toe joints, have been so important that they are said to be the second heart of humans. In addition, the effective return of blood from the blood vessels at the end of the human body to the heart greatly contributes to human metabolism, and this has attracted a great deal of attention in terms of maintaining health. In addition to being used to prevent and treat bunions, floating toes, and flat feet, it is also expected to be used to prevent coldness in the legs and feet, prevent falls in the elderly, and improve walking disorders. It is
In recent years, toe Gooper exercise, which has become a hot topic worldwide, is attracting attention as an exercise that anyone can easily do based on such knowledge.
In other words, in recent years, there has been a growing recognition that active movement of the soles of human feet, particularly toes, is important for the treatment and prevention of the above-mentioned various disorders and diseases.
In the case of so-called athletic shoes, which have been generally used as footwear, when walking or running, only the toe direction of the athletic shoes is the horizontal surface of the front portion. On the other hand, it only functions by swinging the toes upward, and as described above, it does not have the function of positively and greatly swinging the toes.
In other words, in many of the conventionally used athletic shoes, when walking, running, or running, the toe part is in a state of being warped upward, but the toe part is warped downward. There was a problem that it would not be in a bent state.
On the other hand, heretofore, in the field of footwear, there have been several attempts to bend the toe portion downward from the bottom surface of the footwear. Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2017-121388 (Patent Document 1) is known, but in the known example, a specific example of footwear is clogs, and in the clogs, the clog board portion corresponding to the toe portion is removed, and the rest of the toes, starting with the big toe, are configured to be bent downward from the plane of the clog board portion. Even if it is possible to do so, there is absolutely no structure for positively reversing and lifting each toe from its lower position upward, so it is impossible to effectively move the toe up and down. is impossible.
Japanese Patent No. 3369885 (Patent Document 2) is also known. In this known example, the shoe is designed to firmly fix the toes inside the shoe and maximize the stepping force. The surface of the insole part is provided with a toe root projection to be inserted into the gap between the toes, and the rear end side is provided with a recess where the toe metatarsal part can be fitted and the toe tip is at the front end. A shoe structure is disclosed in which a toe fitting recess is provided so that the toe fitting recess is lower than the surface of the insole of the shoe.
However, in the known example, the toe fitting recesses are provided only for the purpose of fixing the position of the toes to the extent that they do not shift in the horizontal direction when the toes are stepped on. It is clear that it is not intended to bend the hips deeply and strongly and positively.
Moreover, in the known example, there is no disclosure or suggestion regarding turning the toe portion from the downwardly bent state to turn it upward at a large angle, that is, in the upward direction of the shoe. it is obvious.
Furthermore, as prior art related to the present invention, International Publication No. 2011-059045 (Patent Document 3), Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 3-079704 (Patent Document 4), Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2007-061563 (Patent Document 5), utility model registration No. 3024538 (Patent Document 6), Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2006-051305 (Patent Document 7), or Utility Model Registration No. 3154424 (Patent Document 8) are known, but in such prior art However, in any of the known examples, the toe tip is formed with a concave portion in the portion of the shoe sole that is in contact with the toe. Inside the recessed part of the shape, it is just placed in a state where it is always wobbly and free without any restrictions, and when doing a stepping action, the tip of the toe is caught in the stepped part of the reciprocating part. Only the action of bending inward is performed, and this action is nothing but a completely opposite action that is completely different from the bending action of the toe tip in the present invention, and furthermore, it is a characteristic action in the present invention. It must be said that there is absolutely no opportunity for the function or action of turning the tip of the toe outward.
In other words, the third to eighth patent documents are nothing more than prior art completely unrelated to the present invention.
For this reason, in recent years, there has long been a demand for shoes that have the above-described functions and that allow the toes to be greatly moved while wearing the shoes.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide footwear that allows the toes of the toes to move significantly while moving while wearing the footwear, including shoes, and that is capable of improving human health. .
The footwear according to the present invention employs the following basic technical configuration in order to achieve the above objects.
That is, as an aspect of the basic technical configuration of the footwear according to the present invention, the footwear bottom surface portion in contact with the human foot inside the footwear includes a metatarsophalangeal joint of the human foot. The footwear sole surface portion corresponding to the front portion toward the toe direction from the portion corresponding to the footwear sole surface portion such that at least the tip portion of each toe of a human being can be fitted to the footwear sole surface portion A recessed portion formed downward is provided, and the surface portion on the inner surface side of the footwear in at least a part of the deck portion constituting the front portion of the footwear is at least in the recessed portion. along the edge corresponding to the front portion of the footwear and toward the interior of the footwear, and the surface portion of the deck portion on the inner surface side of the footwear It functions as a guide member for guiding the toes into the recessed portion, and strongly and positively pushes the toes into the space formed by the guide member and the recessed portion. The footwear is characterized in that it is constructed so as to be held in a state of being bent downward from the part.
As a result of adopting the basic technical configuration as described above, the footwear according to the present invention makes the toe part deeper and 3 (C As shown by the dotted line and arrow in ), footwear including a shoe that can be turned over and turned at a large angle upward, that is, in the upward direction of the shoe.

The
FIG. 2(A) is a diagram for explaining the planar state of the footwear to be worn on the right foot of a person, but the state diagram of the bottom surface of the left foot of a person is shown symmetrically with FIG. 2(A). It goes without saying that it is a thing.
