Description
Claims (5)
- 造形物の基材となるスラリーを硬化させて前記造形物を造形する付加製造装置と、
前記造形物に付着した前記スラリーを除去する除去装置と、
を備え、
前記除去装置は、
回転軸を有し、周壁に複数の小孔が設けられ、内部に前記造形物を固定可能な容器と、
前記回転軸を中心に前記容器を回転させる駆動部と、
前記容器の内部に設けられ、前記容器の内面に向けて液体又は気体を供給するノズルと、
を有する付加製造システム。 - 前記除去装置は、
外部と内部とを連通する排出口を有し、前記容器を内部に収容し、前記小孔を介して前記容器の外部に移送される前記スラリーを内部に貯留する貯留部と、
前記貯留部を振動させ、前記排出口から前記貯留部内の前記スラリーを排出させる振動部と、
を有する請求項1に記載の付加製造システム。 - 付加製造装置によって造形された造形物に付着したスラリーを除去する除去方法であって、
回転軸を有し、周壁に複数の小孔が設けられた容器の内部に前記造形物を固定するステップと、
その内部に前記造形物が固定された前記容器を、前記回転軸を中心に回転させるステップと、
前記容器の内部に設けられたノズルから前記容器の内面に向けて液体又は気体を供給するステップと、
を有する除去方法。 - 外部と内部とを連通する排出口を有し、前記容器を内部に収容する貯留部の内部に、前記容器の前記小孔を介して前記容器の外部に移送される前記スラリーを貯留するステップと、
前記貯留部を振動させ、前記排出口から前記貯留部内の前記スラリーを排出するステップと、
を有する請求項3に記載の除去方法。 - 前記固定するステップの前に、前記造形物の少なくとも一部の凹型を前記造形物に押圧するステップを有する請求項3又は4に記載の除去方法。
