Claims (4)
- 外歯歯車と、
前記外歯歯車と噛み合う内歯歯車と、
前記外歯歯車を揺動させる偏心体と、を備える偏心揺動型減速装置であって、
前記内歯歯車は、ピン溝が設けられた内歯歯車本体と、前記ピン溝に回転自在に配置されたピン部材と、を有し、
前記内歯歯車本体は、Siの含有量が6.0重量%以上のアルミニウム合金により構成される偏心揺動型減速装置。 - 前記アルミニウム合金は、Siの含有量が7.0重量%以上である請求項1に記載の偏心揺動型減速装置。
- 前記アルミニウム合金は、Siの含有量が24.0重量%以下である請求項1または2に記載の偏心揺動型減速装置。
- 前記ピン部材は、鉄系素材により構成される請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の偏心揺動型減速装置。
