Claims (18)
- 効果的な量で必要とする対象者に投与することによって糖尿病を治療または発症を制限するための方法において使用するための組成物であって、式A-Bの化合物を含み、Aは膵β細胞特異的標的化部分であり、Bはアポリポタンパク質CIII(アポCIII)の発現及び/又は活性の阻害剤であり、
アポCIII阻害剤が、抗アポCIII抗体、及び抗アポCIIIアプタマーからなる群から選択される、組成物。 - 前記膵β細胞特異的標的化部分がディジョージ症候群責任領域遺伝子2(DGCR2)、ゴルジブレフェルジンA耐性グアニンヌクレオチド交換因子1(GBF1)、オーファンGタンパク質結合受容体GPR44(GPR44)、セルピンB10(PI-10)、FXYD領域含有イオントランスポーターレギュレータ2(FXYD2)、テトラスパニン-7(TSPAN7)、ギャップ結合タンパク質,デルタ2,36kDa(GJD2)、溶質キャリアファミリー18(小胞モノアミン),メンバー2(SLC18A2)、プロキネチシン受容体1(PROKR1)、グルタミン酸受容体,代謝型5(GRM5)、ニューロペプチドY受容体Y2(NPY2R)、グルカゴン様ペプチド1受容体(GLP1R)、および膜貫通タンパク質27(TMEM27)からなる群から選択されるタンパク質と選択的に結合する部分を含む、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記膵β細胞特異的標的化部分が抗体またはアプタマーを含む、請求項1または2に記載の組成物。
- 前記膵β細胞特異的標的化部分がグルカゴン様ペプチド-1(GLP-1)、グルカゴン様ペプチド-2(GLP-2)、ペプチドYY(PYY)、ニューロペプチドY(NPY)、膵ペプチド(PP)、エキセンジン-4、ナフチルアラニン、およびナフチルアラニン誘導体からなる群から選択される部分を含む、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- アポCIII阻害剤が、抗アポCIII抗体である、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 対象者がコントロールと比べてアポCIIIを過剰発現する、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 糖尿病を治療するためのものである、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 糖尿病の発症を制限するためのものである、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 対象者が1型糖尿病を有するまたは発症するリスクがある、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 対象者が2型糖尿病を有するまたは発症するリスクがある、請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 対象者が2型糖尿病を有する、請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 式A-Bの構造を含む化合物を含む組成物であって、ここでAは膵β細胞特異的標的化部分であり、Bはアポリポタンパク質CIII(アポCIII)の発現及び/又は活性の阻害剤であり、

- 前記膵β細胞特異的標的化部分がグルカゴン様ペプチド-1(GLP-1)、グルカゴン様ペプチド-2(GLP-2)、ペプチドYY(PYY)、ニューロペプチドY(NPY)、膵ペプチド(PP)、エキセンジン-4、ナフチルアラニン、およびナフチルアラニン誘導体からなる群から選択される部分を含む、請求項12~14のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- アポCIII阻害剤が、抗アポCIII抗体である、請求項12~15のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 前記式A-Bの構造を含む化合物が式A-B-Cの化合物であり、ここでCが前記組成物の細胞内移行を可能にする化合物部分である、請求項12~16のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- Cが細胞透過性ペプチドである、請求項17に記載の組成物。
