Description
したがって、ドライサンプを備える冷却潤滑システムを実施するためには、ポンプの使用方法を最適化する必要がある。
また、2流路ベーンポンプが、例えば特許文献2に開示されており、各々の流路は独立して使用されている。
前記ジェローターポンプ(P2、P3)は、圧力側で変速機供給部(7)及び電気機械用冷却部(8)に連結されることが好ましい。
図1に示すように、ポンプシステム(2)は潤滑剤を循環させる。ポンプシステム(2)は共通のシャフト(5)上で共通の電気機械(EM)により駆動される3つのポンプ(4)からなる。
ポンプシステム(2)において、第1ジェローターポンプ(P2)も、送出機能に加えて、ベーンポンプ(P1)を予圧する圧力を供給するために用いられる。

Claims (4)
- ドライサンプ(3)及びオイルタンク(6)を備え、ポンプシステム(2)がオイルを前記ドライサンプ(3)から前記オイルタンク(6)内に送出するオイル回路を作動させる冷却潤滑システムであって、
前記ポンプシステム(2)は、1つのシャフト(5)上に1つのベーンポンプ(P1)及び2つのジェローターポンプ(P2、P3)を備え、
前記2つのジェローターポンプ(P2、P3)の中のいずれか1つは、圧力出口側(15P2)で、前記ベーンポンプ(P1)内の下部ベーン溝に連結されることを特徴とするドライサンプを備える冷却潤滑システム。 - 前記ベーンポンプ(P1)は、2つの流路を有し、前記ドライサンプ(3)内に互いに独立した2つの吸入地点(S)を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のドライサンプを備える冷却潤滑システム。
- 前記2つの流路を有するベーンポンプ(P1)は、共通圧力出口(12P1)を有することを特徴とする請求項2に記載のドライサンプを備える冷却潤滑システム。
- 前記2つのジェローターポンプ(P2、P3)の中のいずれか1つは、圧力側で変速機供給部(7)に連結され、他の一つは、電気機械用冷却部(8)に連結されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載のドライサンプを備える冷却潤滑システム。
