Claims (6)
- 複数の第1絶縁体層及び複数の第2絶縁体層が積層方向に積層されている絶縁体本体と、
前記複数の第1絶縁体層に形成された複数の第1導体パターンと、
前記複数の第2絶縁体層に形成された複数の第2導体パターンと、
を備え、
前記絶縁体本体は、前記積層方向の上端に配されている第1端部領域と、前記積層方向の下端に配されている第2端部領域と、前記第1端部領域と前記第2端部領域との間に配されている中間領域と、を有し、
前記第1端部領域には前記複数の第1導体パターン及び前記複数の第2導体パターンのうち前記複数の第1導体パターンに含まれる導体パターンのみが含まれるように前記第1絶縁体層のみが配され、
前記第2端部領域には前記複数の第1導体パターン及び前記複数の第2導体パターンのうち前記複数の第2導体パターンに含まれる導体パターンのみが含まれるように前記第2絶縁体層のみが配され、
前記中間領域においては、前記第1絶縁体層と前記第2絶縁体層とが前記積層方向において交互に配置され、
前記絶縁体本体は、前記複数の第1導体パターンのうち前記中間領域にある一または複数の中間第1導体パターンのうちの少なくとも一つの上面及び下面を覆う第1の部分と、前記第1の部分以外の第2の部分と、を含み、
前記第1の部分の電気抵抗率が前記第2の部分の電気抵抗率よりも高い、
コイル部品。 - 前記第1の部分は、前記複数の第2導体パターンのうち前記中間領域にある一または複数の中間第2導体パターンのうちの少なくとも一つの上面及び下面をさらに覆うように設けられる、
請求項1に記載のコイル部品。 - 前記複数の第1導体パターンを含む第1コイルユニットの第1の端部に電気的に接続された第1外部電極と、
前記第1コイルユニットの第2の端部に電気的に接続された第2外部電極と、
をさらに備え、
前記複数の第1導体パターンは、前記第1外部電極の最も近くに設けられている第1エッジ導体パターンと、前記第2外部電極の最も近くに設けられている第2エッジ導体パターンと、を含み、
前記第1エッジ導体パターンは、前記一または複数の中間第1導体パターンに含まれており、
前記第1の部分は、前記第1エッジ導体パターンの上面及び下面を覆うように設けられる、
請求項2に記載のコイル部品。 - 前記複数の第2導体パターンを含む第2コイルユニットの第1の端部に電気的に接続された第3外部電極と、
前記第2コイルユニットの第2の端部に電気的に接続された第4外部電極と、
をさらに備え、
前記複数の第2導体パターンは、前記第3外部電極の最も近くに設けられている第3エッジ導体パターンと、前記第4外部電極の最も近くに設けられている第4エッジ導体パターンと、を含み、
前記第4エッジ導体パターンは、前記一または複数の中間第2導体パターンに含まれており、
前記第1の部分は、前記第4エッジ導体パターンの上面及び下面を覆うように設けられる、
請求項3に記載のコイル部品。 - 前記第1外部電極、前記第2外部電極、前記第3外部電極、及び前記第4外部電極はいずれも前記絶縁体本体の下面に設けられ、
前記第1外部電極と前記第1エッジ導体パターンとは第1引出ビア導体で接続され、
前記第2外部電極と前記第2エッジ導体パターンとは第2引出ビア導体で接続され、
前記第3外部電極と前記第3エッジ導体パターンとは第3引出ビア導体で接続され、
前記第4外部電極と前記第4エッジ導体パターンとは第4引出ビア導体で接続され、
前記第1の部分は、前記第1引出ビア導体と前記複数の第2導体パターンとの間、前記第2引出ビア導体と前記複数の第2導体パターンとの間、及び前記第4引出ビア導体と前記複数の第1導体パターンとの間に介在するように設けられている、
請求項4に記載のコイル部品。 - 前記複数の第1導体パターン同士を接続する一又は複数の第1接続ビア導体と、
前記複数の第2導体パターン同士を接続する一又は複数の第2接続ビア導体と、
をさらに備える請求項1から請求項5のいずれか1項に記載のコイル部品。
