Description
a)装置を、対象の皮膚のゾーンに接触させて配置するステップと、
b)対象の皮膚に向かって配向され、対象の皮膚の下の標的ゾーン内の共通点に集束する装置の少なくとも2つの超音波源を作動させるステップと、
c)標的ゾーン内の組織の画像フィードバックを得るステップ。
- ステップc)は、ステップd)が実施されたときに実施され、
- ステップc)の間、ステップd)の間に照らすゾーンの画像を撮影するために、ビデオカメラが使用される。
- この方法には、
- 前記ステップc)の間に前記ビデオカメラによって取り込まれた画像をユーザに表示するステップe)と、
- ユーザが、表示された画像に基づいて、対象の皮膚と接触する装置の配置を調整する、さらなるステップf)とを含む。
図1~図3に示された装置2は、図4に概略的に示されたシステムに属するプローブを構成する。
Claims (17)
- 軟質固体(T)の標的領域(V)に超音波を発生させるための装置(2)であり、軟質固体内に超音波を発生させる少なくとも2つの超音波トランスデューサ(32)を含む装置であって、
2つの超音波トランスデューサ(32)は、超音波源に対する装置の端面(S2)を超えて、装置の本体(20)に取り付けられ、標的ゾーン(Z1)の共通の焦点(P)に集束し、
装置は、軟質固体(T)のゾーン(Z2)を表面下の散乱によって照らすための発光ダイオード(40)で構成された複数の照明手段と、照明手段によって照らされたゾーン(Z2)の画像(V’)を取り込むためのビデオカメラ(50)とを含み、
発光ダイオード(40)は、全ての超音波トランスデューサ(32)の焦点(P)を含む装置の中心軸(X2)の周りに分布され、
超音波トランスデューサ(32)、発光ダイオード(40)およびビデオカメラ(50)は、装置の本体(20)に取り付けられ、標的ゾーン(Z 1 )の共通の焦点(P)に向けられ、
ビデオカメラ(50)のボアサイト(A50)は、装置(2)の中心軸(X2)上に位置合わせされ、
ビデオカメラ(50)がボアサイト(A50)を中心とした円錐(C50)内の画像を取り込み、
全ての超音波トランスデューサ(32)の前に位置するキャビティ(26)が流体カップリング媒体(34)で満たされ、膜(28)によって塞がれ、
膜(28)は、装置(2)の端面(S2)に属し、可撓性、音響的および光学的に透明であり、平行な主表面を有し、50μm未満の厚さを有する、
ことを特徴とする装置。 - 前記流体カップリング媒体(34)は、1.45~1.65×106kg・s-1・m-2の音響インピーダンスを有し、光学的に透明である、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 発光ダイオード(40)がキャビティ(26)の周りに分布している、ことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の装置。
- 前記発光ダイオード(40)は、前記本体(20)に設けられた、または前記本体(20)の周囲に取り付けられたリング(30)に設けられた一連の孔(204;304)内に取り付けられ、
前記発光ダイオード(40)によって放射された光ビーム(B40)が前記キャビティ(26)を横切らないように、孔が前記中心軸(X2)の周りに分布される、ことを特徴とする請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の装置。 - 前記ビデオカメラ(50)の前記ボアサイト(A50)は、前記本体(20)にも取り付けられた透明部分(54)を横切っており、前記ビデオカメラを前記キャビティ(26)から分離する、ことを特徴とする請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記発光ダイオード(40)は、前記超音波トランスデューサ(32)の周りに配置される、ことを特徴とする請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記発光ダイオード(40)によって放射される光の波長は、586~605nmで選択される、ことを特徴とする請求項1~6のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記ビデオカメラ(50)は、自動利得制御を有する、ことを特徴とする請求項1~7のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記標的領域(V)内の超音波を検出するための検出手段(32)と、超音波の各散乱レベルを表す信号をユーザに提供するための手段(16)とを含む、ことを特徴とする請求項1~8のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記発光ダイオード(40)は、前記軟質固体(T)の表面(S)に接触して、支持するように適応する支持部材(30)上に取り付けられる、ことを特徴とする請求項1~9のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記本体(20)は片手に保持されるように設計、構成されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1~10のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記装置の本体内の前記ビデオカメラ(50)の位置および/または向きが調節可能である、ことを特徴とする請求項1~11のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 超音波源に対する装置の端面(S2)を超えて、装置の本体(20)に取り付けられ、標的ゾーン(Z1)の共通の焦点(P)に集束する3つの超音波源を含む、ことを特徴とする請求項1~12のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 膜(28)は、約35μmの厚さを有する、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記流体カップリング媒体(34)は、約1.54×106kg・s-1・m-2に等しい、ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記発光ダイオード(40)によって放射される光の波長は、黄色および/または橙色スペクトルである、ことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の装置。
- 軟質固体(T)の標的領域(V)に超音波を発生させるためのシステム(4)であって、
前記システムが、
請求項1~16のいずれか1項に記載の装置(2)と、
装置のビデオカメラ(50)によって取り込まれた画像を表示するためのスクリーン(6)と、を含む、ことを特徴とするシステム。
