Claims (17)
- 電極及び分離膜を交互積層して形成される電極組立体と、
前記電極組立体を内部に収容する電池ケースと、
前記電池ケースにおいて前記電極組立体を収容するコップ部の外側に配置される圧電素子と、
一端が鋭く形成されていると共に、他端が前記圧電素子に電気的に接続される打孔部と、を含み、
前記圧電素子は、前記電池ケースの体積が膨張して、圧力が印加されると前記打孔部に電力を供給し、
前記打孔部は前記圧電素子から電力が印加されると、前記一端が前記電池ケースに向かって延伸し、前記電池ケースを打孔する二次電池。 - 前記打孔部は、
電気活性ポリマー(EAP)からなる、請求項1に記載の二次電池。 - 前記圧電素子は、
前記コップ部の外面に付着される、請求項1または2に記載の二次電池。 - 前記圧電素子は、
前記コップ部の中心部に付着される、請求項1~3の何れか一項に記載の二次電池。 - 前記圧電素子は、
前記コップ部と形状が互いに対応している、請求項1~4の何れか一項に記載の二次電池。 - 前記圧電素子と連結された導線は、
前記打孔部の他端に連結される、請求項1~5の何れか一項に記載の二次電池。 - 前記打孔部は、
前記電池ケースにおいて前記コップ部を打孔する、請求項1~6の何れか一項に記載の二次電池。 - 前記打孔部は、
前記電池ケースのシーリング部に密着して形成される、請求項1~7の何れか一項に記載の二次電池。 - 前記打孔部の他端は、
前記電池ケースの頂点に位置する、請求項8に記載の二次電池。 - 前記打孔部は、
前記電池ケースで周縁に沿って形成される前記シーリング部の一部に密着して形成される、請求項8に記載の二次電池。 - 電極及び分離膜を交互積層して形成される電極組立体、前記電極組立体を内部に収容する電池ケース、前記電池ケースにおいて前記電極組立体を収容するコップ部の外側に配置される圧電素子、及び、一端が鋭く形成されていると共に、他端が前記圧電素子に電気的に接続される打孔部、を含み、
前記圧電素子は、前記電池ケースの体積が膨張して、圧力が印加されると前記打孔部に電力を供給し、
前記打孔部は前記圧電素子から電力が印加されると、前記一端が前記電池ケースに向かって延伸し、前記電池ケースを打孔する二次電池と、
前記二次電池を内部に収容するハウジングとを含む電池モジュール。 - 前記打孔部は、
電気活性ポリマー(EAP)からなる、請求項11に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記圧電素子は、
前記ハウジングの内面に付着される、請求項11または12に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記打孔部は、
前記ハウジングの内側角に沿って密着して形成される、請求項11~13の何れか一項に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記打孔部は、
前記電池ケースにおいて前記コップ部を打孔する、請求項11~14の何れか一項に記載の電池モジュール。 - 請求項11~15の何れか一項に記載の電池モジュールを含む電池パック。
- 請求項16に記載の電池パックを含むデバイス。
