Description
本発明は、このような課題に鑑みてなされたものであり、検出結果を無線で出力しつつ、設置自由度が低下することを抑制できる検出装置を提供することを目的とする。
以下、本発明の第一実施形態について図1から図2を参照して詳細に説明する。
<検出装置>
本実施形態に係る検出装置1Aは、作業機械等の機械に取り付けられて、機械の潤滑油や作動流体等の各種流体の状態を検出する。
図1、図2に示すように、検出装置1Aは、流体Fの流路と連通する貫通孔Hに取り付け可能とされている。貫通孔Hは、例えば、ギヤボックス、トランスアクスル、油圧系統の配管等の壁部Wに形成されている。本実施形態の貫通孔Hは、丸孔であり、その内周面に雌ネジ(図示せず)が形成されている。
本体部2は、挿入部11と、頭部12と、を備えている。本実施形態で例示する本体部2は、ボルトに類似した形状をなしている。
上記の検出装置1Aでは、頭部12と蓋部4とが絶縁部5Aによって電気的に絶縁されているので、頭部12、蓋部4及び隙間Gをスロットアンテナとして機能させることができる。そのため、検出部3の検出結果を、頭部12、蓋部4及び隙間Gにより構成されるスロットアンテナを用いて無線出力することができる。
よって、機械から検出装置1Aの突出する部分が大型化することを抑制できる。そのため、検出結果を無線で出力しつつ、検出装置1Aの設置自由度が低下することを抑制できる。
次に、本発明の第二実施形態について図3、図4を参照して説明する。図3、図4では、第一実施形態と同様の構成要素については、同一の符号を付して詳細な説明を省略する。
第二実施形態の検出装置1Bは、本体部2と、検出部3(図2参照)と、蓋部4と、絶縁部5Aと、発振部6(図2参照)と、導体部7と、を備えている。
本体部2は、挿入部11と頭部12とを備えている。この本体部2は、第一実施形態と同様の構成であり、ボルトに類似した形状をなしている。
上記検出装置1Bでは、複数の導体部7を設けることで、軸線Oを中心とした周方向に、同一形状の複数のスロットアンテナを並べて形成することができる。そのため、軸線Oを中心とした周方向に、均等に無線出力を行うことができる。これにより、作業中に発振部と受信部の相対位置が変動する作業機械でも安定した出力の授受が可能である。また、検出装置1Bを周方向の特定の位置に合わせて取り付ける必要がない。
さらに、周方向で隣り合う導体部7同士の直線距離L1をλ/4としていることで、アンテナ利得を全周で向上することができる。
第二実施形態では、三つの導体部7を設ける場合について説明した。しかし、導体部7の個数は、三つに限られない。
図6に示す検出装置1Cのように、例えば、軸線Oを中心とした周方向に二つの導体部7を設けてもよい。この検出装置1Cでは、蓋部4を軸線O方向から見て、六角形の対角線上にそれぞれ二つの導体部7が配置されている。この検出装置1Cの二つ導体部7は、軸線Oを中心とした周方向で均等に配置されている。また、これら二つの導体部7の直線距離L2は、λ/4となっており、アンテナ利得を全周で向上している。
以上、本発明の実施形態について説明したが、本発明はこれに限定されることなく、その発明の技術的思想を逸脱しない範囲で適宜変更可能である。
Claims (2)
- 貫通孔に取り付け可能な検出装置であって、
前記貫通孔の内部に配置可能な挿入部と、前記挿入部が前記貫通孔の内部に配置されているときに前記貫通孔の外部に配置される頭部と、を有する本体部と、
前記挿入部に配置されて流体の状態を検出する検出部と、
前記頭部との間に隙間を形成するように配置された蓋部と、
前記頭部と前記蓋部とに挟まれるように配置された筒状の側壁を有する絶縁部と、
前記絶縁部の内側に収容されて、前記頭部、前記蓋部及び前記隙間をスロットアンテナとして前記検出部の検出結果を無線出力する発振部と、を備え、
前記本体部と前記蓋部とに渡るように配置されて前記隙間を前記貫通孔の軸線を中心とした周方向に区切る導体部を備え、
前記導体部は、前記頭部、前記蓋部及び前記隙間と共に前記スロットアンテナを構成し、
前記導体部は、前記周方向に間隔をあけて複数設けられているとともに、前記周方向に均等な間隔で配置され、
前記無線出力の波長λに対して、前記周方向で隣り合う導体部同士の間隔は、λ/4である検出装置。 - 前記導体部は、前記本体部と前記蓋部とを結合するネジ部材である請求項1に記載の検出装置。
