Description
Claims (13)
- 第1の壁面及び第2の壁面を伴う壁を有する光学構成要素であって、前記第2の壁面が第1の方向で前記第1の壁面とは反対側にあり、前記壁が、前記第1の方向と垂直な第2の方向で互いに積み重ねられた複数の層を備え、
前記複数の層のそれぞれの層が、第1の縁面及び反対側の第2の縁面を伴う第1の領域を有し、前記第1の縁面及び前記第2の縁面が共に、前記層を通って前記第2の方向に延びており、前記第1の縁面が前記第1の領域と第2の領域との境界面であり、前記第2の縁面が前記第1の領域と第3の領域との間の境界面であり、前記第1の領域が前記第2の領域及び前記第3の領域のそれぞれよりも低い透過率を有し、
各第1の領域が規定の幅を有し、
連続する層同士が、前記規定の幅よりも大きい距離だけ互いにずらされている、
光学構成要素。 - 前記光学構成要素が内容積部を備え、各層が前記内容積部の一部を取り囲んでいる、請求項1に記載の光学構成要素。
- 前記第1の領域、前記第2の領域及び前記第3の領域がそれぞれ、前記内容積部の一部を取り囲んでいる、請求項2に記載の光学構成要素。
- 各層が、前記第2の領域が前記第1の壁面の近くにある第1部と、前記第1の領域が前記第1の壁面の近くにある第2部とを備える、請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の光学構成要素。
- 前記複数の層を含む第1の部分と、更なる透過部分との交互パターンを備える、請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の光学構成要素。
- 各第1の領域が、着色された部分、反射性部分、拡散性部分、発光性部分、並びに前記第2の領域及び前記第3の領域とは異なる屈折率を有する透過性部分から個々に選択される、請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載の光学構成要素。
- それぞれの第1の領域が同じ光学特性を有する、請求項6に記載の光学構成要素。
- 異なる層が、異なる材料で作られる、及び/又は異なる寸法を有する、請求項1乃至7のいずれか一項に記載の光学構成要素。
- 請求項1乃至8のいずれか一項に記載の光学構成要素を備える照明器具。
- 前記光学構成要素が内容積部を備え、前記照明器具が、前記内容積部の内又は外に配置された光源を更に備える、請求項9に記載の照明器具。
- 請求項1乃至8のいずれか一項に記載の光学構成要素を製造する方法であって、押出機ノズルを有する3Dプリンタで前記複数の層を3D印刷するステップを含む方法。
- 前記3D印刷するステップが、前記光学構成要素の内容積部の一部の周りを取り囲む各層により、前記内容積部を形成するステップを含む、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 各層が、前記第2の領域が前記第1の壁面の近くにある第1部と、前記第1の領域が前記第1の壁面の近くにある第2部とを備えるように、前記3D印刷するステップが各層を形成するステップを含む、請求項12に記載の方法。
